보일러 문제로 밤에 연락을 해도 전혀 응대가 안되어 정말 당황스럽고 힘들었네요

位置非常方便，附近有很多超商餐廳，感覺是海雲台最熱鬧的地方

入住第一天晚上發現沒有熱水，儘管查了google和chat got還是無法啟動熱水器，一直到隔天早上與房東聯絡上才派人來處理，說是前一天清潔人員沒有設定好熱水器的關係（雖然後來順利有熱水了，但旅遊的心情跟原本的計畫都被打亂🥲）

房間很大 還有大陽台 海景市景都好漂亮

無法寄放行李 樓下隔壁1樓有置物櫃 但寄放到晚上 花了11000韓幣（住宿當晚詢問是否能寄放行李的問題 但一直沒人回覆 6樓也無法寄放）

Good location, accessible to many amenities. Walking distance from nearby metro. The photos of the place online were accurate to the actual place.

Upon turning on the fan, it was linked to the lights. This made it a little uncomfortable as we were sleeping.

L'emplacement à deux pas de la plage, l'appartement est propre, bien équipé et spacieux. Rien à dire sur le logement tout était parfait.

Le manque de communication avec le propriétaire, notamment pour le parking. Sinvous venez en voiture pensez à le préciser au risque d'avoir une mauvaise surprise sur la facture.

Très bien situé sur une des artères principales de Haeudae, à 2 pas de la plage et du métro. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé.

Le check in est un peu laborieux. Manque d'explication pour le parking. On ne comprend pas, il semble y avoir plusieurs établissements dans l'immeuble et le personnel est agacé de répondre, du parking au 34 ème étage, les employés sont peu aimable.

Séjour parfait à Busan ! L’appartement est bien situé, proche de la plage de Haeundae. Tout s’est très bien passé, l’appartement est spacieux, la vue agréable et la communication avec l’établissement efficace.

En revanche, une climatisation dans la chambre serait appréciée, car le ventilateur ne peut pas être utilisé la nuit sans la lumière.

숙소 위치가 해운대 바로 옆이라 너무 좋았고 시장, 음식점, 모든 편의시설들이 바로 옆에 있어서 편리하고 좋았습니다. 숙소에서 바다가 보여서 좋았고 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 침대도 편안해서 휴식을 취하기 좋았어요. 마지막날 짐도 보관할 수 있어서 좋았고 아이들과 함께 여행했는데 불편함없이 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 감사합니다.

Very clean, comfortable beds, amazing location! Owner allowed us to check out one hour later for free (: also was very responsive to any questions we had.

Couldn’t check in early but got to store luggage at 6th floor for free, both on check in and check out day.

Have a very pleasant stay there. Accomation is exactly look like in photo. The place is clean and cozy with all the necessities provided. The place is very near to train station, beach, night market and restaurants. Recommended.

The location was excellent. We liked that there was a 24 hour laundromat, convenience stores, and a cafe just a stone’s throw away from the building. The property itself was as pictured. Very clean and minimalistic.

It would have been better if there was a bidet in the toilet and a dryer too.

Apartment a bit smaller than expected and also not fully adapted for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) because of sleeping set up. The sofa is not a sofa - bed, as mentioned in the description. The manager helped however to organize an extra bedding (‘futon’ kind of)

Location close to every thing, haeundae main beach a few minutes strolls away, food alley not too far away, room is suitable for our family (3 - 2adult and a 13 yrs old), clean and well maintained. The host allowed us to check in early at discounted rate and late check out for free. Communication with the host has been very straightforward and easy. Highly recommended.

Location was great! Easy check in and out.

There is only 1 bed. Sleeping on floor on top of blankets is not a bed but understandable for 1 person to sleep. However, the couch is not a bed especially considering it’s not a full size couch. It does not pullout to be a bed so absolutely is not a bed!

Great location, awesome view with two balconies. Great communication with host.

3rd person bedding could be better - Futon is in a small room next to the main sleeping room without much comfort.

Location very good

We had a lovely corner room with views of the ocean. The location was near a lively street with shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was only a short walk to the bus and train/subway stations making it easy to get to all the area attractions. The room itself was very comfortable and we enjoyed the coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods and biscuits. Good communication with the host.

Right in the middle of haeundae beach and a short walk from the subway station (250m). Loads of eateries including the market street around the building.

Good location next to busy street, nice view and short walk to Haeundae beach. The room was modern with great views, we liked having 3 balconies! Overall, a good place to stay.

Instructions on finding the location could have been better, but it's our first time traveling in Korea. The elevator was a little difficult to find. The balconies are great, but inside of windows not cleaned. Lastly, the description of beds is misleading. There is one twin, one sofa, and one futon. The sofa is not a sofa bed as described, just a sofa couch, with no pull out bed as you would usually think of when reading 'sofa bed'. For an adult it's a bit small to call a bed, though a child would be able to lay down completely flat. For an average height male it's too small to lay completely flat. Sleeping 4 adults is doable but not ideal in this room. We only stayed one night, so it was acceptable, but I wouldn't recommend it for 4 adults, the sofa is more suited for a child.

It is a wonderful experience to stay at Elbon The Beach as all facilities are new and clean as the photos. It is a great place to stay and can see the beach no matter whether it is a sunny or raining day. Also, once the windows are closed, you can't hear noise from the street, and it is a quiet room. There is one supermarket just next to the building. And there is one convenience store on the 1st floor. Easy to find what you need.

Everything was perfect.

The location was perfect. The building is new and it shows. It's all clean and looks pretty good like on the pictures. The host was very kind and helpful. Thanks again! We would definitely recommend this appartement and come back to this one in the nearby future.

Nothing really, my only advice to tall western toerists with luggage travelling more than 4 people ~ it might be too small for you all, we were 5 people. For us personally it was too small. However, it was our own mistake for misreading about the booking. So we just booked another room besides this one to solve the problem. The host was very nice about it and even helped us.
