Staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to get anywhere in Hong Kong, next to the underground, ding ding trams and buses.

Ubicado convenientemente en la isla de Hong Kong con una estación de MTR justo al lado y parada de bus para ir al aeropuerto. La habitación familiar en la planta 22 estaba bastante bien.

Malentendido con la habitación que te oferta Booking acorde a las necesidades planteadas. Somos una familia de 4 y la habitación que pagué inicialmente era una familiar pero al llegar, nos indicaron que la habitación contratada era ideal para tres al disponer tres camas individuales. Tuvimos que pagar la diferencia en un upgrade a la que ellos consideraban que era la familiar... Llegamos muy cansados de un viaje largo y vimos que había pocas ganas de colaborar por parte del hotel. Además hay un pago de 500$ HK en calidad de depósito que no se indica en ningún sitio y que aún sigo esperando recibir de vuelta el ingreso en mi cuenta tras una semana del check out....entiendo que no debería de haber problemas.

We were upgraded to a sea-facing room which was wonderful. Location was excellent with multiple options close by for food and the MTR was literally next door.

3 pm check-in time we felt was a bit late. Norm I believe is 2 pm.

Location was great - entrance lane is pretty smelly but no fault of the hotel

Lights in the room didn’t work at random times of the day, no welcome items in the room like water bottles, corridors super musty & had dehumidifiers in - nothing major but all things that weren’t ideal

Excellent location, good comfortable and quite large rooms

The location of the hotel, next to the metro station, is excellent. It’s also very close to trams and buses. Connection with the city centre is excellent. There are many grocery shops in close proximity. The hotel reception is also very competently managed by Tiffany.

The location was great, plenty of cafés and restaurants around, I explored different breakfast options in the surrounding cafés every night. The nightlife is vibrant on Hong Kong Island so after going to bars it would usually be a 20 minute walk back to the hotel.

I found glasses of a previous guest on the ground which puts doubts on the thoroughness of the cleaning, but there was no funny smell, the bathrooms were clean so I was happy.

Location was excellent. Everything in the room was great.

The centralized airconditioning was hard to control. It would follow some sort of timer or sensor of its own, which led to some hotter hours than we'd prefer.

地點方便，離地鐵站出口近，外面也有叮叮車站牌 房間也算大，水壓很強，還要小心不要開太大😅

離最近的地鐵站出口沒有手扶梯，若行李不大件可以走一下，階梯大約40階左右，不然就要繞到另一個有手扶梯的出口，但是距離也不遠，不想走階梯的可以繞一下

Отличное расположение,рядом метро,остановка трамвая,много продуктовых магазинов и тд Заселили раньше,сразу по приезду,за что отдельное спасибо отелю😀 предоставили на ресепшн переходник для розетки, вызвали такси в аэропорт,тк вылет был рано утром. Большое спасибо отелю!) номер просторный , удобно было с тремя детьми

We stayed in the Family Room which was very large, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Host Tiffany was very helpful as were all the staff. Location is brilliant as you step straight into MTR from the hotel.

Staff not very friendly. I enjoy making a cup of coffee in my room when I get up early. Housekeeping forgot to stock it. Went to front desk where they have a self serve coffee machine. They would not let me have a cup of coffee because I was not a booking directly customer. I could not buy a cup of coffee. And they had no packets of coffee to give me for my room. The front desk person said these were the rules. It made me feel very unwelcome. After staying in so many friendly hotels they really stood out as cold

Отличный отель на несколько дней в центре Гонконга. Рядом магазин, остановка трамвая, метро. Номер чистый, всё работает. За эти деньги отличный вариант.

Location was amazing being right next to entrance of Sai Ying Pun MTR. Lots of restaurants and bars close by and Ferry terminal and Bus to airport also close. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

They location is good just near to the metro.

The staff behavior was very rude and they have no manners at all. They were calling and threatening us on the checkout time. The room is so small and not even a single water bottle kept. Also the location has so bad smell and entering the building itself felt very bad.

Tiffany on reception was very helpful and provided an excellent service when we had some difficulty. Staff also contacted me after I had checked out, to let me know that a lost purse was found, and they arranged for it’s return - very helpful.

1. Запах в номере - был запах едкой химии, которой, думаю, убирали в комнате. Окна открывать нельзя, соответственно, и проветрить было невозможно. Это доставляло сильный дискомфорт. 2. В лифте было грязно, так и хотелось найти веник и подмести в нем.

Mooie kamer. Ruim voor Hong Kong begrippen. Dame achter de incheckbalie lijkt onverstoorbaar maar is zeer, zeer aardig. Prima bedden en badkamer. Let op! Ingang van het hotel is in een zijstraatje en de receptie bevindt zich op de 7e etage. Maar voor ons zeker een aanrader. Metrostation logt letterlijk om de hoek en de pier voor de Macau ferry op 800 meter.

Отель находится в достаточно аутентичном районе, метро в том же здании. Рядом остановка трамвая и автобуса. До cat street пешком минут 15. Но не самый лучший район для туриста. Номер просторный, есть все принадлежности. Уборка каждый день. Персонал супер!

В душе и на кровати при заселении были найдены чужие волосы. Простыни застиранные, с дырками и катышками. Во время уборки меняли на чистые, но такие же ужасно старые. В ванной по углам плесень. Матрас не очень удобный и к тому же под простыней на матрасе пленка. Практично, если вам часто снятся водопады. Но отвратительно шуршит при любом движении. Еще светильник был сломан.

Excellent location. So close to MTR, buses, trams and also a comfortable walk to Kennedy Town or Central. Huge bathroom in room with big shower. Bed area was small but didn’t matter. Little office space with small sofa was useful as a place for all my clothes and case. Didn’t need to use it for work purposes but would be good for that. No noise from outside but could hear the people in the room opposite.

One day they were doing maintenance which was very loud in my room at 9am

An absolutely terrible experience. From the very beginning, the staff’s attitude was unacceptable—rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. We explained a delicate personal situation with respect, yet they showed no willingness to understand or help. Instead, they responded with indifference and arrogance, which is completely out of place in the hospitality industry. But that’s not even the worst part. The location, which the hotel advertises as “fabulous,” is extremely misleading. The area feels unsafe, dirty, and uncomfortable. There are people literally sleeping right outside the hotel and along the street, creating a constant sense of insecurity. Going in and out of the hotel is honestly intimidating, especially at night. It’s unbelievable how they can market this place as well-located or premium when the reality is the exact opposite. I would not recommend it under any circumstances. There are far better options in Hong Kong where you’ll at least be treated with respect and won’t have to worry about your safety.

L’accueil peu avenant à la réception. La moquette dans la chambre. L’odeur de moisissure dans le couloir de notre étage.

Yan & Fan waren super service gericht en vriendelijk! Gratis upgrade gekregen naar junior suite. De kamer was ruim en zeer schoon, lakens voelden heerlijk fris en schoon, zachte handdoeken. Het zit 10 minuten lopen van High Street, een straatje met hippe restaurantjes en cafeetjes.

Houdt er rekening mee dat met koffers je MTR Sai Ying Pun exit A1 moet gebruiken ivm de lift. En dan is het een blokje lopen over hobbelige stoepen en de ingang zit in een steegje. Het was even zoeken, maar als je het eenmaal weet, is het geen issue.

Emplacement idéal de l'hôtel avec un arrêt de tram en face, une bouche de métro à côté, dans un quartier vibrant facile à découvrir à pied. Chambre bien aménagée, propre et calme, installations sanitaires récentes. Personnel très professionnel.

Rien tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons.

Shower barely warm at 4 pm!! Dirty carpet , room has musty smell. Mold ou h of shower grout ! Would not stay here again.

Tiffany and the team looked after us so well during our stay. We were greeted warmly and the room was clean and spacious. My photos don't do it justice. In fact, we were lucky because we received a free upgrade to a sea-view room and it was lovely to see the boats bobbing along. Tiffany had a great sense of humour and helped us with a number of requests in our jetlagged state! We didn't use any of the spa amenities etc., but found it helpful to have a water-filling station on floor 7 near the concierge desk so that we could keep ourselves topped up. The room had a mini fridge which helped us to keep some yummy food stored between excursions and overnight. We found it very convenient for the MTR (slightly long walk to the trains but still convenient) and especially for the airport bus to drop us off around the corner, saving us money from taking a taxi with recent fuel price hikes being a concern. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Hong Kong!

The tv channels were limited. A smart tv would be a welcome addition but not a deal breaker

チェックアウトまで部屋を掃除しなくてよいですと何度依頼しても勝手に掃除されてしまいには、ものが触られている痕跡があり、いろいろ移動されていて、最終的には精算用にためていたレシートを全部捨てられてしまいました。 また、水も臭かったです。Booking.com上の評価はトップクラスに高いですが、これはおそらく、人員動員して評価をあげているとしか考えられません。極端な値下げも気になりますし、グロース戦略で意図的にやっているのだと思います。10段階評価だと私の感覚的には4.8ぐらいです。

The room was big and confortable. Vey nice and large bathroom. Location very handy too. The staff is great and very helpful.

The entrance of the hotel is not on the Des Voeux Road, I believe it ised to be there but now it’s in an alley round the corner so at first it was a bit confusing to find.

the entrance is on a small ally and a bit hard to find and there is smell from the sewage in front of the entrance. the side facing the main road looks like undergoing some damage, hopefully will be fixed some time soon
