Si l'annonce n'avait pas indiqué climatisation, je n'aurais jamais loué. En fait de clim, il a fallu se contenter d'un ventilateur. Dommage de faire une annonce mensongère pour un bien qui se louera de toute façon facilement.

The location is conveniently located for public transport. It is a nice apartment with a kitchen and dining table, so you can prepare your own meals if you want. Nice shower as well. The fan was appreciated with the hot weather. It has a smart TV and WiFi so you have enough entertainment. There were nice fluffy new towels.

The apartment wasn't cleaned, the bathroom bin still had rubbish in it from the previous renter. There was so much dust on the fan and on the floor corners. The kitchen sink wasn't clean and there were drinks left in the refrigerator. I had to clean it all myself and for the price they were charging when I stayed there, I expect a clean apartment. The person renting it after me will probably say that it's so clean: you're welcome. Facilities listing didn't reflect reality: There is no wash machine and the dishwasher was out of order. There were also no bathrobes. My experience with the host was minimal and they wouldn't pick up the phone, preferring to communicate only via messages. It's a shame, just a bit more effort from the host to ensure everything is OK before a guest arrives and better communication when there's issues would change the 6 to an 8.

Très bien situé, à la fois proche de tout mais assez à l'écart pour éviter le bruit. Très cosy et bien équipé.

Il faudrait préciser qu'il n'y a pas de stores aux velux, du coup le réveil est très matinal. Les matelas commencent à fatiguer un peu.

La localización, muy cerca de una calle con bares y tiendas.

Los colchones están en cuestionable condición, se clavaban los muelles en la espalda. Sé que es por la cultura, pero las dos ventanas enormes no tienen persianas ni cortinas y amanece muy temprano

Accueil, emplacement : parfait. Équipements cuisine , également. Suggestion: des stores sur les ouvrants.Nous avons eu un weekend très ensoleillé, pour notre plus grand bonheur. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Хорошее месторасположение,пешком до центра 30 минут, недалеко остановки метро и автобуса.Квартира достаточно комфортна для двух человек.Засление по коду,который хозяин прислал в день заселения.

Мы специально искали жилье со стиральной машиной,в объявлении она указана.Машины не было и даже место для нее в квартире не предусмотрено.Нет ни одного крючка в ванной и прихожей.Чистота помещения не удовлетворительная.

This place is phenomenal for the price! The location was great. I walked to the train station half of my stay and that was twenty minutes. The reviews were harsh all things considered. It had everything I needed- a shower, bed, kitchen and a blowdryer. It was clean and the directions were easy to follow to get into the place. It even had an elevator!

Absence de stores au niveau des velux. J'étais réveillée par la lumière du jour. Inutile de mettre le réveil !

ni volet, ni rideau ni stores aux fenêtres et meme si il parait que les fenetres sont teintées ce n'est pas confortable Pas de lampe de chevet a cote du lit, il faut sortir du lit pour éteindre et pour lire au lit c'est peu pratique pas de porte serviettes dans la salle de bain et tout est super basique

Bona ubicació i allotjament net. Fàcil comunicació amb l'amfitrió. Apartament modern i bona calefacció.

Les finestres no tenen persianes o curtines, i li falta un bullidor elèctric.

La posizione vicino a metro e fermate di autobus. Quartiere grazioso con molti negozi per le proprie spese quotidiane. Il check-in è stato semplice.

Tout était parfait, idéalement situé, le quartier vraiment très agréable et vivant, tous les commerces sont 2 pas, comme les transports. Quant à l'appartement, bien équipé et calme. Pour couronner le tout,un hôte très réactif et présent pour répondre en cas de soucis, merci beaucoup. Je suis restée une nuit mais je connais mon point de chute pour mes futurs séjours à Bruxelles! 🌸

Great reactivity of the host to my messages. There was something a bit off that the host corrected in a very short time frame. Would definitively recommend it. Good value for money.

Location was excellent, room very nice and clean, had everything I needed for a short trip.

Very nice location, and still in walking distance to the centre of the city. The appartment was very clean, had modern furniture, and the coffee pads were a nice gesture too!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus, Ausstattung tadellos (auch Hausschuhe vorhanden), nicht hellhörig, nachts Schlafen mit offenem Fenster möglich, netter Kontakt , Rückfragen wurden schnell beantwortet.

Etwas abseits gelegen,aber mit Metro schnell erreichbar (nur ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt). Matratze nicht optimal, aber auch nicht wirklich unbequem.

Location is great! The flat was clean.

There was a dump smell in the apartment, especially in the bathroom, which was quite unpleasant. Also, when I got to the property, I didn’t have the information to get the keys. I had to message the host to finally get the details.

Tutto. I codici per ritirare le chiavi ci sono stati dati con più di 30 minuti di ritardo e nessuno rispondeva alle nostre telefonate. L'appartamento sporco, pieno di polvere, le tazze e le pentole completamente incrostate così come il wc. L'impressione è che nessuno abbia pulito e tanto meno controllato se la pulizia è affidata a terzi. L'appartamento è un monolocale al 4° piano con due lucernari enormi per i quali non sono state pensate soluzioni per la luce che entra alle ore 5 del mattino ed essendo in ferie non fa piacere, si potevano organizzare tende o similari, in commercio ne esistono tante, anche economiche. Sicuramente esistono soluzioni economiche anche per appendere una giacca e gli asciugamani in bagno, a volte bastano dei ganci. Se i proprietari pensassero a rendere l'appartamento efficiente e mettessero meno vasi di fiori finti, che accumulano polvere non sarebbe sbagliato.

Well organised and comfortable bed, it was quite warm when I stayed here, so the fan was appreciated.

No hair dryer, no kettle so you have to boil water for your tea in a pot, no bottle opener. No blinds so get ready to see your neighbours in the building across the street :)

I am simply in love with these apartments! This is the best location, the center. Everything was calm. If you are a woman and traveling alone on a business trip, this is probably the ideal place because it is difficult to feel safe in Brussels, but this area is super quiet and there are many shops and the metro nearby, as well as the train station and attractions. Thank you very much to the owner/hostess of the apartments. You are simply super hospitable and polite!😍🫶

It's very convenient. Metro is a 5-minute walk away, bus is 1 minute. It's a very quiet area. The center is not far away - 15-17 minutes. The apartment is clean and cozy. The neighbors didn't make any noise. The owner is friendly.The apartment had everything you needed.

Not having the code to open the door in the night, but it was great to have a quick answer from the host. Also, finding the door broken in the morning made it feel a bit unsecure.
