Lokasi strategik, keadaan rumah bersih dan selesa, kemudahan seperti TV, peti sejuk, mesin basuh, dapur, seterika, pengering rambut disediakan. Tingkat bawah ada Setapak Central, kedai makan sangat banyak hanya jalan kaki je sampai. Owner sangat baik dan membantu. Very recommended.

Pass key problem. Setiap kali nak naik ke level 3A, failed, the barrier can't open. Setiap Kali jadi, no guard around. Kena pusing² dan melalui beberapa barrier. Ada yg mudah dan ada yg susah nak buka guna pass key. Dah komplen dengan guard dan owner tapi masih sama. Paling tak best, lepas hantar kunci dalam post box, nak turun palang tak buka. Kereta dah queue. Terpaksalah scan dan bayar guna TnG.., bayar parking untuk 3h 2m menginap di situ. Guard pun tak muncul.

Les parties communes, ont se croirait dans un hôpital, l'appartement ne correspondait pas du tout à la description. Appelle la porte ouverte odeur de l'humidité est remontée directement dans mon nez mes enfants asthmatiques ont commencé à éternuer et à tousser, je parle même pas des nuisibles si vous êtes habitué au cafard cet appartement est pour vous. Nous avons dû quitter l'appartement sur le champ et trouver un autre logement en urgence. Par message WhatsApp le propriétaire était d'accord pour un remboursement intégral et lorsque je demande le remboursement via booking il refuse. J'attends le retour de booking afin de voir si ils peuvent me rembourser car j'ai pris ça pour une arnaque. Franchement à fuir. Et méfiez-vous des photos elle ne reflète pas du tout la réalité.

Tandas berbau, pintu utama tidak boleh dikunci dari dalam, Tv ada garisan dan bahasa chinese (remote pon bahasa chinese). Keselesaan tu ok lah.

The unit was very clean, and the person in charge of the property was also very friendly.

The parking access card was not working, so we asked the guard to open the barrier, but he refused. He told us to use our Touch 'n Go card or Debit/Credit card to pay to enter. It took us almost 45 minutes to deal with the situation. After the property staff contacted the guard, we were finally able to enter the parking lot.

Convenient location, good environment

The layout of the apartment is nice. However, the maintenance need to be upgraded such as the bathroom ceiling board and also the cabinet in the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed the stay here

The view of the lakeside is nice.

The bathroom is not convenient for elderly ppl. The lights are not so bright in the main room. The TV is not in good condition.

Good location and the security guards are friendly and willing to help when encounter the parking issue.

Provided parking lot occupied by unknown car. Quite troublesome to collect and return the access card/key. Require to provide the scanned identity document is a big turn off. Extra MYR 200 security deposit is another big turn off.

Tandas di luar tp since balkoni tandas menghadap tasik so privacy jg la. So far ok je tandas bersih.

Suggestions: 1. The extra lock for the main door is broken and cannot be locked. Since the grill door also has no lock, this may be a safety concern. 2. It would be good to place a rubber mat in the bathroom as the floor can get slippery. The shower area also requires guests to step down and climb up, which may be risky when wet. 3. The iron may need cleaning as there were stains on the surface that stained our clothes. It would also help to have a cover for the ironing board. 4. The TV and remote settings are not in English, which made it difficult to use. 5. A mirror is only available in the other room. It may be helpful to have one in both rooms. 6. The single bed blanket/duvet is quite thin and worn out, and one of the pillows may need replacement. 7. Since the toilet faces outside, it may be better to install blinds for added privacy. Just sharing these suggestions as feedback for improvement. Thank you again.

Check-in was very easy and smooth. What I liked the most is that there is a mall on the lower floor, making it very convenient to get food and daily necessities. The unit is quite spacious and comfortable.

The only downside is that the water tap is quite tight and a bit difficult to use.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. I was allowed to check in early at 1pm with RM50 extra fee. I am ok with it. I reached there early at 12.30pm and the security guard at the lobby arranged chair for me while waiting for the room ready. Kitchen - complete with basic items for simple cooking.

Very minor: Iron board - you may want to put fabric cover on it.

The scary hallway, there is no light during night time. However, after contacting the management, it has been resolved.

The location quite nice, can shopping and enjoy foods at setapak mall and around too. Can jogging at lake park.

The building seems old and the furniture of kitchen and bathroom is old and some cupboard drawers are broken 😕 this should be improved

Apartment size just nice for 4-5 pax. Location - quite near to my destination (UniKL BMI). Shopping mall downstairs is a huge plus. Very recommended. We may come back again for future visit around this area

The car park lighting is very poor - for safety reason. A bit confusing going to the designated parking lot maybe because the building management blocking some area with barriers. But it's fine after few times going in & out.
