Absolutely Disgraceful – Triple the Booking.com Price and Zero Service! ⭐ 1/10 One of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The room was old, outdated and in poor condition. Definitely not what you would expect for the price advertised on Booking.com. But the main reason for this terrible review is the billing. The price I was actually charged was THREE TIMES higher than the price shown on Booking.com! And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the hotel added a 100% service charge. Yes, you read that correctly: 100%! For what service exactly? There was absolutely no service whatsoever that could justify such an outrageous additional charge. No meaningful service, no added value, nothing. Charging guests three times the advertised Booking.com price and then adding a 100% service charge despite providing no service is completely unacceptable. The room was old, the service was nonexistent, and the final bill was an absolute shock. The huge difference between the advertised price and the amount actually charged is simply outrageous. My advice: STAY AWAY! If you book through Booking.com, be prepared for the possibility of paying three times the advertised price. This was a completely unacceptable experience and I would never stay here again. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The floor is very dirty, there was one towel in the washing machine, hard to find the location, no place/decent lobby to park the car temporarily. I had some reasons to check out 1 day earlier, but couldn't get back refund of 1 night. So I just checked out. But in the end my plans changed, wanted to check in again which I have the right to do so since I have paid, the PIC just straightaway rejected me by giving stupid reason saying that I have checked out. This kind of attitude and way of handling are really unbearable. Kind advice to all who really wanna a happy stay, NEVER book here!

they charged me 3 times more than the price shown on booking and rejected cancellation when I asked for it because of overcharging. It feels like scam and such practice should not be tolerated. They show you one price but from back account take way more.

There was no front desk !! The same building had at least 2 owners. When I went to the owner (with the same name or almost the same) with front desk, they told me my booking was not with them; upon my insistence, the receptionist told me to ask the Security guard nearby. Which I did, finally after the security made some calls, someone came (dressed inappropriately) and said he had my name and booking; we went to another security person where I got registered to stay. The first person who met me in the first place told me that I could contact him anytime for any assistance I wanted. He was indeed good to assist me. All this is a very bad experience for me, nothing of what I expected, especially in relation to the total price I finally paid for this place; When I looked at the split of expenses, I saw that the service fee was extremely high (booking.com sent me that).When I asked the person who assisted me with my inquiries re room, he told me to ask his boss via a number he gave me! All this is unacceptable. Premises like that should not be in the list of booking.com

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Obrovský hotelový dům..., bydleli jsme v 10. patře, pokoj prostorný, docela čistý. K dispozici jednoplotýnkový vařič, rychlovarná konvice, mikrovlná trouba. Manželská postel, pohodlná lůžka. Nejvíce se nám líbila možnost koupání v bazénu ve 37. patře s výhledem na město.
Záclony černé jako bota, opravdu špinavé až odpuzující...
