Little Garden private pool villa

Quiet, clean, nice kitchen, lots of space. Great little garden. Very friendly host. Absolutely great.

Wunderschöne kleine Villa am Stadtrand von Barsha. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es gibt alle Annehmlichkeiten, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Garten ist wunderschön und ein kleines Juwel, der Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Der Vermieter Aziz ist sehr freundlich und hat und mit tollen Tipps für die Umgebung versorgt. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder kommen.

Aziz hat hier ein kleines Paradies geschaffen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Töpfe und Pfannen waren zerkratzt, was bei beschichtetem Geschirr nicht so gut ist.

Lovely accommodation. The place is well equipped to spend more than a few days. Very comfortable.

We were made so very welcome by the property owner, Aziz. Excellent communication prior to arriving and greeted upon our arrival. The garden house is an oasis of calm and perfectly appointed. A lovely garden area to relax in with a small pool. The interior is very well and comfortably furnished. This property met and exceeded our expectations.

Amazing!!! It’s a little heaven - very cute garden and modern interior. The host is lovely, giving us some tips on the region and making sure we have everything we needed (and offering us Omani sweets!). It’s very clean, functional and calm. There is also a little barbecue. The place is very well located - 30 mins from Nizwa and other villages (Al Hamra, Birkat, Misfah), in the center of Bahla and 1.30min from Jebel shams. It felt like home!

Nothing. Maybe just a few more wooden/plastic ustensile to use in the tefal pans. But it’s really to improve, it will not change the 10/10 il giving :D this place is a gem!

If you are in the area and have a Chance to stay here: Do it. You wont regret. I Was 2 weeks in Oman and this was by far the best location. Outside: Garden Paradise. Inside: Modern, clean. A dream.

Amazing and very well equipped property, excellent host, we enjoyed very relaxing time here! I would wish to stay longer, hopefully next time when we come again to Oman :)

The apartment is very nice and cosy. It has everything you need and way more! We didn't have the chance to use the little pool in the garden, but it looked perfectly clean and certainly a major asset for a family with kids as well. Everything was squicky clean. The host is very friendly and easily accommodate all our request, giving us a peek into the world famous Omani hospitality. There are not enough stars to rate this place :)

Arriving at night with the car isn't easy for the first time. Once you know it though, it's not a problem of course.

A true oasis where to relax in the plants shade, plus a lovely and refreshing pool

At home, all the details are thought out, very cozy and functional. the yard is planted with beautiful plants, a complete oasis. The location is strategically convenient if you want to explore Nizva, Misfat, Jebel Shams. Host Aziz is very caring and correct. We envy ourselves by choosing this place :) Thanks again to Aziz!!

The location has a great view of Bahla Castle and is a quick hop into town. It is a quiet peaceful location. We could only hear the birds at night and even saw some hummingbirds. The house is just the right size for a couple and the garden was quite relaxing. Our host was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very well equipped and clean one bedroom villa with beautiful garden and small pool on the outskirts of Bahla. A lot of personal touches that made us feel at home while we were here. The host was very friendly and helpful in providing useful local information. Access to the Villa was very straight forward.

This beautiful property is secluded and quiet. Perfect for a getaway from every day life. But yet, it's still close to major attractions in the area, making it a great place to stay while you explore Jabal Akhdar, Jabal Shams, Misfat, Jebreen, Nizwa or Bahla. The owner is very thoughtful in how he put the place together, thinking of every detail you may need during your stay. The place is very comfortable, and the outdoor space ia beautiful. We highly recommend staying here, whether for just one night, or longer.

Prepare for some mosquitos in the winter and take mosquito repellant.

We liked everything about the little garden villa. Spacious (tiny) house, super clean, very stylish interior, well equipped kitchen (microwave, gas stove, kettle - no toaster or oven), very comfortable bed, nice little garden with pool (which we didn't use though as it is not heated), quiet area, very friendly host who offered help, recommendations etc. Highly recommend!

The only minor thing is the missing WiFi, but this might be available in the future :).
