Great location, around a 6 minute walk to the underground station and a couple of lovely restaurants outside. We were able to check in early, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and perfect for what we needed. We did some exploring and was able to leave our bags in a secure room. Will be staying again!

The rooms are quite small, perfect for short stays but not a lot of hangers and space to put things if staying for a long period. Whilst there was a fan in the room, it did still feel warm.

The property was well located and only a 10 minute walk from Canary Wharf station. Staff were friendly and it was exceptionally clean. We honestly thought we were the first people to stay in the room but it has been open a year The kitchenette was well equipped

It was far too hot! The fan dud nothing. There was a tablet thingy on the wall but it didn’t seem to control the temp.

Spacious, comfy beds, great location. Having a kitchinette in the room was very practical.

The vent in the room was way too loud and sometimes switching off « Boost » mode - as advised by the hotel staff - wouldn’t do anything. There was no way to shut the vent off completely so some nights it took me a while to fall asleep. Room doors are impossible to close without slamming which contributed to the noisiness in the hallways too. The towels weren’t super clean and had stains/use residue on them.

Todo en general, ideal para los conciertos en el O2, está a una parada de metro que, a su vez, está a 5 minutos del alojamiento. El personal es estupendo y Manuel, de recepción, un encanto y muy profesional.

Lo único a destacar es que no había aire acondicionado, aunque fuimos en una semana de lluvias, pasamos algo de calor por la noche. Otra cosa a destacar fue que llamamos en varias ocasiones, porque el Netflix de nuestra televisión no funcionaba, nos dijeron que a la mañana siguiente lo arreglarían, nunca lo hicieron, estuvimos toda la estancia sin poder hacer uso de las plataformas de video.

The lounge and rooftop, with coffee amenities (oat milk available), were fantastic. I loved having somewhere to read and have a coffee to wake up! The room was also lovely—we loved the fridge-freezer, kettle, etc. The bed was comfy, and the shower was perfect. The staff were great, and the mini shop at reception was well stocked with food, drinks, toiletries, and even ice cream. Being so close to shops, bars, and restaurants in a safe area was great, too. We stayed to go to the O2 for a gig, and Vertus was perfect.

All I can think of is that I love baths, but I didn't need one during our stay.

Heel fijn, comfortabel & volledig uitgerust appartement. Locatie was perfect: vlakbij de tube, maar toch rustig gelegen in een mooie buurt. Ook heel wat leuke restaurants in de buurt. Iedereen was verder erg behulpzaam. Inchecken ging vlot.

Op warmere zomerdagen, kan ik me inbeelden dat het appartement te warm is. Het was buiten 24 graden & konden 's avonds een raam openzetten (zonder overlast, want rustige buurt), dat maakte de temperatuur aangenaam in het appartement.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um London zu erkunden. Nach Greenwich kann man zu Fuß laufen, Supermärkte und die U-Bahn Station sowie eine Vielzahl an Restaurants und Bars sind direkt im die Ecke.

Uns hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen, jedoch hat uns bei den hohen Temperaturen eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gefehlt.

They fail to collect the trash daily; even if you knock on the door to ask them to take it, or leave a signal outside indicating there is trash to be collected, they forget and simply don't come. It is a terrible place and does not justify the price. Also, the room is only cleaned once a week.

We are staying for a second year and we love it! The location is convenient to reach the O2 in just one metro stop, or the centre in less than 30 minutes with access to Elizabeth line and the Jubilee line. There are many supermarkets in the area, and it takes just two minutes to walk to the Hunger Games theatre. The rooms were again clean, with a lot of equipment to cook if you would like, and very spacious. There are lots of towels and more than enough places to hang clothes. Also you have free shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc. The bed was soft and you even have a fan in the room. There are C type ports at the walls to charge your phones easily without needing a UK adapter. The shades at the windows allow you to make it very dark to sleep well, with great outside sound isolation as well. I also liked that they now have a vending machine at the first floor and you can buy drinks or snacks any time. They truly care about their visitors with friendly staff. The check in took just 2-3 minutes, it was super fast. We will return back!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

Amazing location (we were going to Trabadour theatre and it was literally on the doorstep). Very nice lounge areas on both sites, and I love the interior decor (photos are of reception area). The staff were really friendly especially May and Sam!

We booked the smallest room and it was pretty small, manageable for a couple of nights only. The water didn't get very hot at times.

My second stay here though this time I opted for a slightly bigger room. Just as impressed as I was last time - great location at a good price, spotlessly clean, stylish, comfortable, well equipped - nice to have a mini apartment rather than just a hotel room! The roof terrace and communal lounge is also a great asset.

Il y avait un problème de serrure pote ma porte mais le service maintenance a été avisé rapidement.

C’est très calme, le personnel est très gentil, très propre et moderne.

Great little apartment. Very close to the O2 arena- one tube stop away. I stayed here because of the Ariana grande concert and the show ended at 22:00- and I was at 22:20 in my hotel. Also it is just across the street from Dishoom and other restaurants, and a little Whole Foods.

The location is good but it is a bit far from my favorite places in London. It takes about 40 mins to get there which is sometimes bothersome.

Location to the O2 brilliant well signed on Canary Wharf when visiting for the first time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again shame our visit was only for one night.

We loved the location, the facilities available within the property, the decor, the cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the bed.

Perfectly located for anyone going to see a concert at the O2. Tube lines within a short walk and lots of cute café’s around.

Very warm, they provide a Dyson fan in the room, however, as soon as you adjust it to a cooler temperature than 19 degrees it blows out what can only be an equivalent of a mouse sighing 😅

Great location in Canary Wharf, with loads of bars and restaurants nearby and very close to the tube station.

Fantastic location in the heart of the newest district of Canary Wharf, literally a stones throw from Dishoom and the other bars and restaurants in Wood Wharf. Very friendly and informative welcome, lovely room with everything we needed, and a nice outdoor terrace and lounge area with complementary tea and coffee facilities.

My only gripe it that there is no air conditioning. We were provided a Dyson fan, but it was very small and it didn’t do an awful lot to help in the extreme heat. Windows can only open a small amount, so again, didn’t do much in the way of providing fresh air to circulate.
