A lot of rules not written on booking. I mean A LOT! Stickers everywhere to tell you what todo or not to do or you’ll be fined.. Even the decoration is a rule disguised as wall decoration. You will find it everywhere!

It is close to SM mall. Has some amenities. But that is not worth the price.

EDIT: Now the host is threatening to evict me before my checkout date, for sharing my experience (host gave an extension outside of booking.com, have proof). No substitute accommodation provided. I planned my whole trip around this. Stay away from this place. I was assured that because it is on 27th floor, it would be quiet and comfortable stay. But not one night has passed, where we didn't get woken up in shock, with people slamming doors, talking loudly or someone dragging furniture in their room. The "curtain" barely blocks the light, and the SM mall/nearby buildings are buzzing with bright lights all through the night. We didn't even have blackout curtains. The one we got after a few days, is not a blackout curtain. It barely blocks any light or heat. Then, the hygiene: pillow smell like dust, towels smell, utensils were clearly not cleaned, glasses had mold on it. Fryer, pans had grease, oil and food residues from who knows how many days/weeks. When we bring up these issues, for the noise, "well we can't control everything :)" - even though I specifically asked about this before booking (just tell me the truth?), and for the hygiene, "we are about to change cleaning staff" - why were they not changed BEFORE we checked-in? Or is it okay to let us live in this mess? I was pushed to write this scathing review, when the host was evasive for so long. I have my limits too. Threatening me won't work either. Host is evasive and rude, when all the issues with the apartment are pointed out. Has happened with some other reviewers too. I don't understand the ratings other gave: whether they lived long enough to notice or didn't care. I can't help but think if there was lapse in service just because of my nationality and the "better apartments" are reserved for other folks. Regardless, for this price, there are much better options available, with less stress.

Lift is quite busy on rush hours. So it is better to make plans and avoid unnecessary use of lifts.

we like that we can cook, and it's close to SM CITY Cebu mall, perfect location.

We didn't really mind washing up some cooking utensils, a bit of a grease on pan and ladles, but it's okay, it's not a drama for us, we usually wash them first before using.

Our stay in this room was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and hospitality that truly set the tone for our entire experience. The view from our window was breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the city skyline that we could admire from the comfort of our room. The hotel staff were attentive and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries we had. Location is amazing, close to North bus terminal for airport bus or transport north, easy access to local transport to Cebu city & south bus terminal. SM mall right across the street, quick ride to pier terminal. Access code means you never have to worry about losing the key. Room is spacious & modern. Facilities are perfect. Good wifi. My favourite place to stay in Cebu ❤️

The property is situated at the heart of Cebu making it convenient and close to visit different parts of Cebu if you are visiting. It is right across from SM Mall which is a big plus and short distance to Ayala Center. Besides it’s location, the property was clean and accommodating for a young family of 5. There was a sofa bed, TV with Netflix, strong AC, and great wifi. For what you are paying for considering it’s a condo unit not a hotel, you are receiving the most value. I recommend this property for single travelers, couples, and families if you don’t mind not having what a hotel offers. It is a very comfortable stay! Coffee shop and laundry service next to the lobby.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the owners of the property went above and beyond showing flexibility and immediacy to help with every request made this place so welcoming and comfortable! The Room was just the right size for myself and had all the amenities I required which made it cozy and comfortable not to mention the location being across the street from the shopping centre which made it the perfect hub.

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. This property had everything I needed and more, I would say the only slight inconvenience was the elevator taking a very long time but this had nothing to do with the unit itself and therefore not really the owners blame. AGAIN AMAZING OWNERS!!!!!!!!

The room is clean. wifi is good. Owner is really responsive and nice. Location of the room is perfect since its on the corner side. Peaceful and quiet.Also, no issue sa cr or aircon. Worth staying. I will definitely recommended this.

Beautiful unit,well maintain and furnished.It’s also quiet as it is located at the far end of corridor.The location itself is so convenient as it is across SM City shopping mall with so many shops and restaurants around.

The staff or the owner is very accommodating, she always entertained our concerns. All needed facilities are well provided with proper instructions.

No enough parking space unlike to other condos they have intended parking space for their costumers.

Ate Jesse Mae has always been in touch with us which we appreciated very much. The unit is stylish and clean, the kitchen very well equipped, and the bed very comfortable. Overall, we very much felt at home.

Only stayed one night but it was good. Close to the mall and North bus station. Clean room, good bed, small kitchen with all that we needed. Probably a good place to stay if you would stay longer as well. Quiet and good AC. Got a code by WhatsApp before arrival to use on the door instead of a physical key which was easy.

We got a message with code to get into the room before arrival, but it didn't include the room number. The receptionist at the Sunvida tower asked which room we had when we arrived and since we didn't know it took a bit of time before they could find our booking and sign us in. Bathroom could have been cleaned a bit better before we arrived, but otherwise it was all good.

a very conducive unit that has everything we need. from kitchen utensils down to amenities it was well managed. I commend also for a very convenient pin code door lock instead of key, that allowed us to access the room anytime of the day since we are 5pax occupied in the Unit. Very accommodating in terms of our request due to some mis fortune with our other group of guest who has a booking also within the sunvida tower but gradually cancelled when we reached the building and I asked for a favor with the merchant to have at least 3 hours stay with my other 3 members in the group to look for their alternative accommodation. It was a great experience given that SM city is really across with the building. accessibility from 1-10, deserve to give 10. cleanliness 9.5, amenities 9.5 over all experience was so excellent!

Highly recommended. It was a hassle free checking in and out. The owner is also very accommodating. The unit is very clean and will definitely book again. Location is also good since it's just across SM City Cebu. Worth the money!
