Zentral gelegen. Konnte schon früher ins Zimmer. Sehr ruhig. Schön eingerichtet.

Άριστη ποιότητα και το ντεκόρ ήταν πολύ ωραίο.

Απλώς θα ήταν καλό έστω ένα μικρό ψυγείο. Με τη ζέστη θα ήταν πολύ χρήσιμο.

The key of the door is a key for indoor and thus feels little unsecure.

Eine sehr nette Gastgeberin, die sich um alles gut gekümmert hat. Auch späte Anreise war problemlos mit dem Code möglich. Tolle umd ruhige Lage zentral am Bahnhof. Sehr schönes und gemütliche gemachtes Zimmer.

Close to Roma Termini where you can get metros, trains and buses. Room was comfortable. There was air conditioner which was very useful in summer heat.

From outside the house looks basic but don't be fooled as inside the room is good

Very good room in a quiet building. Check-in and check-out was super easy. I never met the owners or staff but the room was always clean and tidy. Comfy bed, bright room, warm water, good wifi. Everything was pretty much perfect. The building is very close to Termini, in a quiet road with places to grab some food around and a small super market right around the corner.

A small fridge would be very welcome for the hot summer days. I clearly missed that in an otherwise perfectly comfortable room.

I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely stay again! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location, easy check in & lovely staff. ☺️

Posizione ottima, vicino a bar ristoranti, supermercato. Stazione dei treni Termini e vari autobus nelle vicinanze. Bagno con bidet e asciugacapelli. Aria condizionata ottima e ben posizionata. Finestre insonorizzate. Presenza di ulteriori 2 cuscini di diverso spessore. Bollitore per il tè Ascensore lungo e stretto ma funzionale dato che il tutto si trova al 2ndo piano. Istruzioni per il check in facili da seguire e gestore immediatamente reattivo ai messaggi oltre che gentile, disponibile

Aggiungerei una macchinetta per il caffè, frigo e cassetta sicurezza Il piano doccia è rialzato e per scendere meglio fare attenzione (la prenotazione era per i miei genitori anziani)

Location was great; very close to Termini station. Very convenient. The apartment was clean. They provided fresh linens after a couple of days. There was an elevator for heavy luggage but the property was only one floor up so stairs were easy.

Shower was a bit slick and the step out was a bit tall, with a slip risk exiting shower. A small intermediate step would help. Air conditioner didn’t cool the second room well. I found once I put it on circulate (baffle movement) it was better. Still, a secondary fan might help.

It was excellent location for travel, easy check in. The apartment was small, but comfortable.

La collocazione vicino alla stazione Termini per me che arrivavo in treno tardi è stato veramente comodo.

stanza molto piccola con poco spazio per muoversi nonostante un letto singolo attaccato al muro. Ascensore molto piccolo dove è stato veramente difficile entrare con i bagagli. Ritengo pessimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Very clean guest house. The room was made daily. No dirt, stains, smells. Location is very close to Roma Termini. Soundproofing is good. AC is available. The room was nicely decorated. The stuff was really polite.

It’s a really nice place to stay. If you are VERY picky: the shower cabin is tiny and the shower drain may not work perfectly, no fridge in the room, no breakfast option.

위치가 테르미니역 바로 옆이라 너무 좋았어요. 직원분도 너무 친절하셨고, 방도 깨끗하게 청소되어있었어요. 에어컨도 잘 나오고 방 크기도 생각보다는 컸어요.

Posizione comodissima perchè vicina sia a metro che a bus. A piedi si possono raggiungere la chiesa di santa Maria Maggiore, il Colosseo ed altre mete. La pulizia della struttura e l'accoglienza impeccabili. Molto disponibili anche nel lasciare i bagagli oltre l'orario in cui abbiamo consegnato la camera.

Cobran un impuesto en el alojamiento o personal a las 8am del día siguiente a nuestra llegada muy irrespetuosa nos toco la puerta para cobrar en efectivo el impuesto cuando la indicación decía dejar sobre la mesa . Además estábamos durmiendo y aún nos quedaban dos días más en el alojamiento.

Заселение прошло отлично. Всё быстро нашли и заселились. В комнте чисто, ванная хорошая. Местоположение 10 из 10. До вокзала минуты 3-4 пешком. Везде гуляли пешком.

Есть звук канализации, но это почти везде в Риме такое.

Charming and clean.

I was concerned about the neighborhood but it was actually great. Close to anything we needed.

It was close to the train station and a big space.

The towels were not changed unless you wanted to pay for them to be changed. The only amenities were “shower shampoo” sachets.

Que no tenía recepción, estoy de vacaciones y no se a que hora voy a salir o llegar y a pesar de tener un código de acceso fue bastante incómodo. Nunca más un lugar sin Recepción

Couple of problems with the check-in process lost a star in what would have 10/10, but these where fixed pretty promptly.

Todo perfecto. Las anfitrionas son muy amables. Las camas son super cómodas. El tener opción para tomar un café o te en la propia habitación es todo un detalle. Y la ubicación en nuestro caso perfecta.

Al lado de la estación de Termini, te permiten guardar las maletas tras el check out para aprovechar el día. El personal muy amable.

The property was cleaned, very well located and the staff very warm and helpful

I booked a room with a couple bed and payed for that and in reality it was 2 single bed together. Dueto that, I woke up with back pain on the first morning. I spoke with the staff about it. The lady said that all rooms are like that and she was going to put an additional cover for us to dont feel the bed divisions. Well that action did nothing because I woke up even worst from day to day, hence my low rating.

V Casa Vicenza jsem strávila 3 noci. Ubytování bylo v docházkové vzdálenosti od nádraží Termini cca 5min. Ulice byla bezpečná a tichá. Pokoj byl čistý a postele byly velmi pohodlné. Každé ráno přicházel personál, který nám pokoj opětovně uklidil. Cítily jsme velmi pohodlně a bezpečně. Proces samoobslužného check-in byl opravdu jednoduchý. Personál je vám vždy nápomocný a snaží se vyřešit jakýkoliv problém. Pokud se vrátím do Říma, velmi ráda se zde znovu ubytuji :)

The only positive aspect is that the heating works (and the air conditioning can be used for warmth when needed), which is the bare minimum expected.

The accommodation does not match what is shown in the listing at all. The apartment we were placed in is not represented in the photos. Instead of a bright room as advertised, we received a very dark space where the window faces a wall and is barely usable, requiring artificial light even during the day. The windows cannot be opened in a proper tilt position, and the bathroom is poorly partitioned with inadequate glass surfaces, making it noticeably cold and uncomfortable. The entrance was also not clearly indicated (30 vs 32), which adds to the lack of transparency. Communication with the host was disappointing, with no real willingness to resolve the issues.

La zona muy cerca de la estación de Termini, muy cerca del coliseo y foros, muy limpia, la atención de los huéspedes increíble,muy buena comunicación desde el primer día, al terminar la estancia y como salimos pronto de la habitación para aprovechar el día pudimos dejar las maletas en una zona muy bien guardadas y sin problema...volveremos sin duda en la próxima visita...

El baño un poco pequeño de tamaño, por lo demás nada que decir...

We were only there one night. Self check in was very smooth and easy, the location near Termini Station was very convenient, the room was clean and nicely furnished. It comfortably accommodated two adults and two teens, but there was not a lot of extra space in the room, so guests should keep that in mind

Para quem está chegando de trem e não quer ficar andando demais com as malas, que foi o nosso caso, a opção ideal é ficar perto da Estação Termini. De lá dá para ir andando ou de transporte público para qualquer canto da cidade. A casa fica bem próxima da estação e o checkin é muito prático. Poder deixar as bagagens enquanto não dá a hora de fazer o check-in foi muito bom (vemos várias pessoas em Roma andando com malas ou alugando lockers para guardar nesse período). A funcionária que nos recebeu era super simpática e nos orientou sobre tudo, falava inglês de forma bastante compreensível. Quarto e banheiro amplos e confortáveis. Há chaleira elétrica e saches de café solúvel e chá - isso foi ótimo e tornou nossa estadia ainda mais confortável!

Tudo foi excelente pelo custo-benefício. É um local simples, porém ideal para quem geralmente passa o dia passeando e só quer um lugar confortável para dormir. A Casa Vicenza superou isso.

L'établissement est très bien situé, juste derrière la gare Roma termini. Très pratique. Une multitude de supermarchés et restaurants autour, à des prix raisonnables. L'établissement est propre. La chambre est propre. Pas de bruit. Excellente communication par WhatsApp avec le personnel responsable.

There was no mirror in the room, no refrigerator, and a very narrow shower cabin, my husband couldn't move in it. These all were a little bit inconvenient.

We really enjoyed the comfort of the apartment. We loved the location because it was easy to reach any part of Rome we wanted to visit. Although it is very close to Termini, it was quiet. We also appreciated that the apartment was cleaned daily. Everything was perfect.

It is located very close to the Termini train station in a nice historical building. Very clean and nicely decorated. The room is really spacious. There is a tea pot with tea and soluble coffee in the room.

מיקום ממצח ליד תחנת הרכבת המרכזית של רומא. בחירה מצוינת במיוחד למי שתכוון לנסוע הרבה בתחבורה ציבורית מחוץ לרומא ובתוכה. החדרים מסודרים ואפילו יפים עם שירותים בסיסיים. העובדת במקום מאד אדיבה ושירותית ואפילו נתנה לנו המלצה על מקומות לבילוי

כשהגענו הופתענו לרעה שיש בנוסף למחיר ששולם עוד מס שצריכים לשלם ושהמס הם גובים בנפרד ולא דרך האתר. אין ארוחת בוקר, אין כספת, הביאו לנו מקרר קטן רק כשאלנו אם יש. יש עובדת שנמצאת רק בשעות הבוקר. אחרי הצוהרים והערב אין שום איש צוות. אבל אם צריכים משהו הם זמינים בווטסאפ. מפתחות ישנים לחדר. השירותים לא ננעלים. יש קודים לכניסה לבניין ולכניסה להוסטל שנמצא בקומה שלישית בבניין מגורים רגיל.

Lage sehr gut /Alessandra sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit /sehr gute Tips, Supermarkt, Pizzeria, Bistro. 24/48 Std. Bus Metro Ticket super mobil. Bin mit Linienbus und mit Stadtplan zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms gefahren, und abends zurück viele Wege führen zum Bahnhof Termini von dort max 7 Minuten zur Casa Vicenza. Zimmergrösse für Pilgerin passend.
