CAG The Tyrwhitt

The place is Close to the mall. Cleaning was done every days. Safe area. Staff were friendly. They even stored my stuff while I was waiting for check in time.

I travelled with a baby and couldn’t get a baby crib. The double bed was rather too small for me, my wife our baby to fit.

Very quiet and convenient location.

My flight changed so I was charged additionally for a late checkout for staying to 12 noon even though I called at 9 and then charged a full day.after 12 pm. Seems that because the day was extended I should not have had a late checkout fee

Close to where we needed to be clean modern spacious units fully equipped kitchen friendly and accommodating staff

Lifts take some time very long walk from lift to units parkade access tags were not found in two units and had to be requested

Recomendable 100%

Excepcional. Todo un 10!

Absolutely loved staing here. The unit is furnished beatifully with comfort in mind. There is a heater and big TV. It is so close to the Rosebank mall and Gautrian station-all within walking distance.

Cant think of anything.

Very well equipped,clean and modern

The check in took longer than expected

Excellent location, helpful staff and very clean rooms.

Lovely ambience, very neat and clean.

Everything about the place.

Nothing 😔

I liked the online check in and checkout, convenience and it’s right by rosebank mall 2 mins walk

Everything..

Nothing..

Short distance walk to the mall.

Access to the room appeared like a labyrinth.

Loved the fact that it was so close to the mall - made it so convenient. The apartment was neat and clean - a little home away from home.

The wall sockets were not working

Everything in general

Everything in general

Self catering

Cushions and couch need to be cleaned before each stay, as its not leather but material. There was a smell coming off the cushions and couch.

Everything home away from home. Clean, comfortable and everything that we needed was right there.

Appartement chaleureux, neuf et bien agencé

Peut être mettre un système de badge pour pouvoir être autonome sur l’entrée dans l’immeuble

Extremely clean

Long password for the door

I really like the tyrewhitt and have booked there multiple times. It's a convenient apartment with all the basics necessities and its walking distance to the mall. Staff are very friendly and alwasy willing to assist if needed.

I don't like the inconsistency between the rooms. You never know which room you are going to get until check in. At time whats in one apartment e.g 2 pin plugs etc isn't found in the next, so you never know what ypu should bring each time. The first time I stayed at tyrewhitte the apartment had alot of stuff which I had brought from home, I.e paper towel in the kitchen, salt and pepper shakers etc.. the next time I stayed I expected the same and left tgese things at home only to realise its not provided. Sometimes tge rooms are slightly dusty, like your toilet roll holders windowsills. Other than the above its very nice place to stay.

Beautiful, confortable, clean. Highly.recommended

None, perhaps just a recommendation that a blind on the window in the room with the bath would be great as the passage lights at night is quite bright

The location is simply outstanding—hard to beat. You’re less than a minute’s walk from Rosebank Mall, right in a very safe and pleasant area. The comfort exceeded my expectations for the price paid. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped, and perfectly suitable whether you want to cook or just relax during a short or long stay. Everything was smooth and hassle-free from start to finish. Daily cleaning is provided, and the apartment was spotless throughout my stay. Overall, an excellent experience.

Nothing

Localização muito boa, próxima de shopping, mercados e restaurantes. Apartamento com excelente tamanho e comodidades.

Clean modern apt.👍

It’s new, modern fully equipped and very close to the mall

Nothing at all

Not having a reception at the place or someone to receive clients

Perfekt lokation

The stay was very comfortable. The price was reasonable.

Having aircon in the rooms would be useful in summer months.

Lovely apartment very clean and spacious. Friendly and helpful host. Very polite and responsive to our queries. Location close to Rosebank Mall which was awesome

The living room couch is a bit small if you have 4 people staying as this is a 2 bedroom apartment accommodating 4. There was also a single seater. But family normally like to relax and be comfortable on a good spa spacious couch when watching movies etc. We were family of 3 so it was ok. Other than that apartment was perfect

There was no hot water

CAG is the BEST!!! Great service from reception team to maintenance guys helping with luggage!!!

Nothing!!! Everything was PERFECT!

Good location Very secure Responsive staff

Where to surrender the key when checking out Only giving one key with a 2 room aprartment

The location was great for us. The apartments are very secure. Well kept and clean. The lady who assisted with check in was very helpful as there was an error on our booking.

Everyone exceeded our expectations!

None.

It is in a perfect central location and big enough

The cleaning people sometimes would not come and the receptionist doesn’t assist 605 tenants

Self catering Convenient location

Parking!!

Excelente departamento, muy bien equipado, impecable, todo nuevo!

Nada!

Departamente nuevos, muy bien equipados!

Clean apartment. Centralised with a walking distance to the rosebank mall and zone

Nothing.. all was perfect

Everything

The check-in process

Great location - close to shopping mall Everything you need in the apartment

The main bed had no support - I slept on the lounge - need new mattress The blinds in the lounge room were broken. The communication with staff was not good. Asked for an airport transfer and ended up having to ring to request as didn’t answer emails sent - asked for late checkout which was agreed and then at 10am had staff knocking on door trying to get us to leave - had booked and tried to organise months in advance so it was frustrating to have to deal with this last minute.

Everything: The comfort, the stay, service, location.

The location and is really great, being close to the mall and restaurants and bars. The apartment is really comfy and will definitely be back. The walk to the metro is just some 5 minutes away

Unfortunately, check-out at 10AM is bit too early and my apartment did not have AC which might be a challenge in very hot days.

Clean,good service, great location

Convenient location to Rosebank Mall, clean and spacious, attentive team that reacted to some minor water ‘flooding’, good security.

The apartments were good; having a pool would have been a nice addition

The location was perfect as it was close to almost all amenities.

The fact that late check out request is not optional
