A big recommendation for View Peaks Lodge and our wonderful hosts, Houssain and Mustapha! The view, the hospitality, the food and the cleanliness were all amazing. The whole family makes you feel right at home! 🤗 There are also plenty of activities the hosts can organize for you — trekking to Toubkal, hiking and tours around Imlil. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back one day! 🥰

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour au View Peaks Lodge. Le lodge est situé un peu en dehors du village, ce que nous avons trouvé agréable. La vue est magnifique. Notre hôte Houssain et sa famille était d'une gentillesse et serviabilité exceptionnelle et l'ascension du Mont Toubkal avec son frère Moustafa était parfaitement organisé. On reviendrait !

An exceptional guesthouse! Everything was perfect. The room was extremely clean and comfortable, the breakfast was incredible and the surroundings were stunning. Imlil village was only a 15 minute walk away. Best of all however were the owners, Hossain and Mustafa, who were wonderful hosts. They organised five days of trekking excursions for us, complete with mule and picnic lunches, and made us feel so welcome. My kids adored them (and their father, Mohammed) and were crying when we left back to Marrakesh. Thanks for everything!

Difficile d accès! Le balcon ne correspond pas à la photo

De slaapkamer had heerlijke bedden supermooi uitzicht uit het raam! Ruime huiskamer waar we konden eten. We zijn 2 nachten gebleven, een keer kiptajine en ene keer vlees tajine besteld. Was heerlijk! We kregen thee en het lieve jongetje ging voor ons naar de winkel en heeft pannenkoeken en lekker dingen voor ons gehaald. Hij is ook met ons meegegaan op de hike naar de waterval om ons de weg te laten zien. Wij hebben deze 2 dagen echt heerlijkk verblijf gehad met super aardige mensen! Echt aanrader voor rust en/of avontuur. En het uitzicht zoo is echt verbluffend! Heerlijk om zo wakker te worden! Deze ervaring vergeten we nooit! Kinderen vonden het geweldig om lekker de berg op te klimmen.

Je moet een stuk de berg op lopen wat lastig kan zijn als je veel bagage hebt. Maar degastheer heeft ons geholpen met de spullen top!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quel séjour exceptionnel au View Peaks Lodge ! Nous y sommes allés en famille et tout le monde a été conquis. Tout était absolument parfait. La vue est tout simplement à couper le souffle : un panorama magnifique que l'on ne se lasse jamais d'admirer, de jour comme de nuit, lorsque le ciel se remplit d'étoiles. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre pour 4, qui est superbe. Très spacieuse, d'une propreté irréprochable, avec de grandes ouvertures offrant une vue splendide et aucun vis-à-vis, une literie ultra confortable digne d'un 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Son immense terrasse à l'étage supérieur est un véritable atout : idéale pour prendre les repas, savourer un thé ou simplement contempler le paysage dans un calme absolu. Nous concernant nous avons pris les petits déjeuners et les repas dans le grand salon juste à côté de la chambre. Nous sommes venus au mois de juin et le climat était parfait : des journées ensoleillées, mais une agréable fraîcheur qui rend le séjour très confortable, surtout comparé aux fortes chaleurs que l'on peut trouver ailleurs à cette période. Le soleil est bien présent en journée, mais il suffit de s'installer à l'ombre pour profiter pleinement de ce cadre exceptionnel. L'accueil de toute la famille est tout simplement extraordinaire. Plusieurs générations vivent ensemble et l'on ressent immédiatement leur gentillesse et leur générosité. Ils sont aux petits soins, toujours disponibles et prêts à se plier en quatre pour répondre à la moindre demande. On se sent comme à la maison. Les repas sont un vrai régal, préparés avec des produits locaux, frais et de grande qualité. Quant au petit-déjeuner... il est gargantuesque ! Il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut, et même bien plus, pour commencer la journée dans les meilleures conditions. En plus de l'hébergement, de nombreuses activités sont proposées.

Le seul petit bémol, s'il faut vraiment en trouver un, concerne l'accès au lodge. Les derniers mètres sont un peu sportifs... mais finalement, cela fait partie de l'aventure ! Une fois arrivés, face à cette vue incroyable et à l'accueil chaleureux qui vous attend, tous les efforts sont immédiatement oubliés. La récompense est largement à la hauteur.

Mustapha was a great host and very accommodating. Loved the breakfasts on terrace and the mint tea and snacks upon arrival. Also, the view is breathtaking!

It was hard to find from main road. But once we figured out to follow the orange dots, we found the shortcut to Imlil, and then it was only 15 to 20 minutes walking. It took some getting used to the flies and wake up Muezzin at 4:43 🥱, but we always kept the windowm open to cool the room down. All in all, great value for the money though and fantastic cultural. experience

Die beste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer Reise durch Marokko hatten. Hoch gelegen über dem Bergdorf Imlil hat man eine wunderschöne Blick über das Tal und die umliegenden Berge. Das leckere Frühstück auf der Terrasse mit diesem Ausblick ist unschlagbar. Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super sauber. Der Host Mustafa ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber und bietet sogar selbst Hiking-Touren zum Toubkal an und kann wertvolle Tipps geben. Schlichtweg die beste Anlaufstelle wenn man nach Imlil kommt.

This is a great little place in Imlil about a 15-20 minutes walk from the taxi station. The room was comfortable and had all the essentials. The breakfast was amazing, probably the biggest spread we had while in Morocco. The host Mustafa was very friendly and accommodating, and answered all our questions promptly, both before and after getting there. He even voluntarily refunded us the charge for the second night when we had to leave a day early for our flight which was such a nice gesture. Thank you Mustafa.

Labai malonus šeimininkas,pavaišino arbata ir kartu ją gėrė ,bendravo.Jau iš atsiliepimų žinojome,kad gali suorganizuoti turą į Tubkalį(aukščiausia viršunę),tuo pasinaudojome prieš atvykstant.Jis už prieinama kaina suorganizavo atvežimą ir grįžimą Į Marokečą,gidą,maitinimą turo metu.Grižus dar patiekė arbatos.Buvo labai tvarkinga,maistas skanus.

Gal patiems būtų sunku rasti privažiavima ir sunku rasti užlipimą iki vietos,bet mūs pasitiko.Tai gal tik kam sunku gal verta pagalvoti.Mums tai nebuvo problema.

Moc milý a vstřícný hostitel! Krásné ubytování. Nic nám nechybělo, naopak: snídaně a večeře byly tak bohaté a chutné, že nám bylo moc líto, že nemůžeme všechno sníst. Na žádost nám zajistil průvodce na trek. Složitější je jen najít přístupovou trasu, nejlepší je asi dát hostiteli vědět předem, kdy přijedete. Ubytování velmi doporučujeme!

Location was amazing, more than we expected. The atmosphere was also great. We stayed two nights and felt really at home. Room was comfortable and big for us, we were a family of four. Surrounding also amazing. We had lovely dinners and well taken care of. Thank you for the great stay!

Honestly all was good!

Mustapha is an amazing host, very flexible and always there for whatever you might need. The food at the hotel is great and homemade and the rooms have the most amazing view of the mountains and villages. Pretty easy to get from and to Imlil from the Hotel (if you're on foot, don't trust google maps to take the road as you can take the shortcut through the village). 10 min walk at most. Mustapha is also a guide for hikes and Toubkal and I also recommend him for those purposes.

The price is a bit high for the very simple amenities, but I think every tourist should feel perfectly fine with paying a bit more that what maybe it could be considered fair to support such a great host, his project, family and the most amazing community.

l'accueil. l'escalier étant très difficile, ils ont eu la courtoisie de s'arranger avec un RIAD ami qui était parfait. Ce lieu convient a des personnes dans la force de l'âge et sportifs. Je recommande le professionnalisme et l'accueil

We wanted an authentic experience in the Atlas Mountains and this was it. Comfort, privacy and gracious service with the feel of staying with a local family. The location was good for hiking, witnessing life in a mountain village but close enough to Imlil if anything is needed or to get a restaurant. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner each evening.

Really nice Guesthouse above imlil with great views of the mountains and everything arround. Our room was super comfy and clean and had everything we could need. Breakfast was great and we were made to feel very welcome there.

Nejlepší snídaně naší cesty po Maroku a majitel byl tou nejmilejší osobou, kterou jsme na cestě potkali. Když k tomu připočítáme výhled na hory a vesničky v okolí Imlilu, klid, který dole mezi turisty nenajdete - tak jedině k doporučení. Ideální na trase treku Tizi Mzik - Tamsoult

Přijeli jsme autem, což bylo pro nás - řidiče zvyklé na pohodlné asfaltky - trochu náročné. Parkování znamená zastavit na konci silnice, ale šlo to, a tak nakonec bez problému.

Exceptionally lovely staff. Mustapha was our host and guide for 3 days and nothing was too much for him. Such brilliant hikes.

It was very cold. Fortunately there were enough blankets!!

La casa es preciosa, las habitaciones están decoradas en estilo Bereber muy bonito, hay paz, y tranquilidad. Mustafa es muy agradable y atento. Super generoso con lo desayunos, las cenas, nos dio indicaciones de todo tipo, nos ayudó con el coche, y con todo lo que nos hizo falta. Siempre con una sonrisa.

Lekua. Mendiari begira esnatzea bezalakorik ez dago. Emandako gosariak eta afariak oso goxoak zeuden. Mustafarekin egin genuen ibilbidea ere ederra izan zen, eta Amazighen errealitatera hurbiltzeko aukera izan genuen.

Ez dago Imlil herrian, ondokoan baizik. Auto on bat behar da horra igotzeko, ez dago asfaltorik ibilbidean. Bertan afaltzea zoragarria da, baina ez da batere merkea.

Mustafa was the perfect host. He did all the things a good host would do, but most appreciated of all he gave his time. Very easy to be around, sit and drink tea with, and learn from. Was great for us all and my children aged 12 and 10.

Nothing! The shared bathroom with the other room is very close so so felt ok.

Merci à Mustapha et sa famille pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse ! Maison d’hôte très bien équipée, une literie très confortable et un petit déjeuner de champion pour partir où se remettre d’une bonne randonnée.

L’emplacement de la maison d’hôte n’est pas bien indiqué via le GPS et l’accès est quelque peu difficile. Il vous faudra prendre et suivre un chemin de piste avant le village sur votre droite pour trouver le View peaks lodge.

Amazing family host and very helpful. Comfy beds and large room. Incredible view both from the room and rooftop. 10/10 breakfast.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Der Host und seine Familie haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir haben hier das beste Tajine und Frühstück auf unser gesamten Reise gegessen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Große Empfehlung!

Our stay at the view peaks lodge was definitely an highlight on our Morocco trip. The family hosting the lodge is very welcoming and friendly! The rooms are nice and clean and the view from the rooftop is just spectacular I can just recommend it!!

Hussein i Mustapha to wyjątkowi gospodarze, bardzo otwarci, pomocni i życzliwi. Ich jedzenie jest przepyszne, a atmosfera w domu sprawia, że czujesz się jak w domu. Zawsze chętnie służą radą i pomocą w każdej sprawie. Mój pobyt tutaj wspominam niezwykle pozytywnie i na pewno tu wrócę!

Fajn ubytování na 1 noc, vše bylo v pořádku, jen přístup autem a nalezení správného místa v mapě jsou složitější, parkuje se ve svahu nad domem a k domu vede cesta z části po skále, z části po schodech.

Świetna przygoda, aby nocować w takim miejscu z tak pięknym widokiem. W domu było zimno, ale mieliśmy w pokoju małą farelkę i chyba 7 kocy! Mój sen tego dnia był wspaniały. Woda pod prysznicem raz leciała zimna raz ciepła, ale nie sprawiało to wielkiego problemu. Dobre jedzenie. Podjazd z głównej ulicy może wydawać się bardzo stromy, ale my byliśmy małym autem marki Kia i bez problemu podjechaliśmy. Jeśli chodzi o dojście do obiektu, nie jest źle! Z walizką może być ciężko, ale plecak jak najbardziej sobie poradzi z taką trasą :)

Pasamos hermosos días en medio de la montaña con una vista increíble. Agradecemos la amabilidad y buena disposición de la familia, su desayuno exquisito y abundante con sabores y detalles que demuestran preocupación y calidez. La habitación era muy cómoda, toda la casa muy limpia y bien cuidada. Fue muy grata nuestra estadía y es un lugar absolutamente recomendable.

I would like to give credit to the host, who was extremely helpful and eager to assist in every aspect of my stay. His kindness truly made a difference. The breakfast was overwhelmingly delicious, truly royal in every sense. The house was very clean and cozy, and I had the best night there. The next day, I went to Tizimzig(2580m), which was very close to the hostle. I can honestly say it was an great experience.

Qu'elle endroit !!! Il ce mérite par contre, assez compliqué d'accès mais c'est tellement beau !! Les gens du village sont adorables. On a fait l'erreur de prendre notre valise il nous on aidé a tout monté et heureusement pour nous. Merci encore pour ce moment !!

La douche est capricieuse et on avais qu'une seul prise électrique pour toute la chambre il fallait choisir entre chauffage ou recharger les appareils

Moustapha, Houssain et leur papa Mohamed nous on accueilli avec une hospitalité incroyable. La vue est splendide. La route est un chemin pour accéder au logement mais il est pratiquable en voiture. Il faut demander aux gens du village en arrivant d'indiquer la maison et on y est. Le repas est succulent. Prévoir des vêtements chauds au mois de janvier mais des petits chauffages sont mis à disposition.

We had the best two nights here. It was thr highlight of our trip. We had the family room with our two children and our hosts, Houssain and Mustafa were fantastic. We had supper on the night we arrived in the guest house which was hearty and tasty cooked by Houssains wife and great value. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. The second night we did the berber cooking class a few minute walk away in a berber home and it was the best thing we've done in Morocco. So kind, welcoming and lovely. We prepped all the food for a tagine in a traditional house with epic views, did a tea ceremony, made bread in the clay oven and then shared food together. I cannot recommend this higher. We all loved it Inc 11/13yr olds. I drive our car up to the guest house and Mustafa helped us carry our bags a couple of minutes to the house. I could have left my car there but due to high wind dropped it back into town and walked back up with a cut through our hosts showed us. The waterfall walk was also lovely. Highly recommend. We will be back ideally to climb Toubkhal in the spring with Mustafa or Houssain as our guides.

Séjour de grande qualité au View Peaks Lodge. L’établissement bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié, entouré par la nature et les montagnes, offrant un cadre calme et reposant. L’équipe est professionnelle et attentionnée, avec une mention spéciale pour Moustapha pour sa disponibilité et son sens du service. La restauration est soignée et savoureuse. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Aucun point négatif à signaler, l’ensemble du séjour a été pleinement satisfaisant.

Die View Peaks Lodge liegt direkt am Berg mit einer wunderschönen Terrasse mit Aussicht auf Imlil und die umliegenden Bergketten. Allein dafür lohnt sich diese Unterkunft schon! Dazu kommt noch der tolle Besitzer Mustapha, super hilfsbereit und bei jedem Anliegen sofort zur Stelle. Als Willkommen gab es direkt einen Tee , haben uns sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Absoluten Empfehlung!!

Beautiful lodge with stunning Atlas Mountain views. Clean, cozy, great food, and a peaceful atmosphere. Mustapha is an excellent host: welcoming, kind, and attentive. Highly recommended. ⛰️

View peaks is hosted by 2 brothers, Housain and Mustafa. They welcomed us with open arms and a big smile. Other guests were very enthusiastic about their hike. We strongly recommend the 6 hour hike to the peak and back with their cousin Ismail. The stay is very relaxing. You can enjoy the view with a coffee. Breakfast and dinner were fresh and tasty. The rooms are cosy and clean. We slept really well, seeing it's located in a silent village outside of the touristy Imlil centre. We will come back!

I have been to many places, but this one was the best. The room was clean, beautiful and warm, with a nice view from the windows. They provided drinking water with nuts. The bathrom was clean and spacious. There is a beautiful rooftop with a wonderful view. The owner and his family treated me very kindly. Mustapha helped me so much. It was my best trip. I will definitely come back, thank you so much I highly recommend this place.

Fantastická rodina a úžasné místo na které se budu vždy ráda vracet.

Houssein et sa famille sont des gens adorables dotés d’un grand sens de l’accueil et du partage.. notre séjour était reposant et ressourçant nous avons fait une randonne avec Houssein et un cours de cuisine où nous avons appris pleins de choses concernant les amazigh.. les coutumes.. l’histoire du thé au Maroc.. comment le faire , le servir , on a également préparés le pain de manière traditionnelle également et un tajine de chèvre délicieux tous ensemble que nous avons dégustés. Petit déjeuner royal inclus tout était parfait !

La douche légèrement difficile d’utilisation .. peu de pression et l’eau chaude qui alterne entre très chaud et très froid rapidement

Mustafa was a super host and great to chat with. There was a rooftop terrace and the views from the lodge were amazing - overlooking Imlil and the mountains behind. The breakfast was excellent. Bring warm clothes for shoulder and winter season.

Get in touch with Mustafa when arriving and he will meet you to show you how to get there. It's a bit of a walk from the bus/taxi area.

De loin le meilleur hébergement de nos 10 jours au Maroc. Un grand merci à Mustapha et sa famille pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité. Nous avons même eu le droit à un super petit-dejeuner préparé à 2h du matin avant notre départ pour l'ascension du Mont Toubkal. Nous garderons un super souvenir de notre séjour. Je recommande +++

Mustafa is a great host, breakfast was better than in 3 different riads in Marrakesh at 5 times the accommodation price, house has a great view indeed, and at the same time price was the best in all of Imlil

the house is about 15min walk uphill from the centre of Imlil, not easy to find, maybe a digital map with directions could be provided to guests as there are no street names in that part of the town

Mustafa and Hussain (the two brothers of the house) were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Plus, the breakfast was great :) We also arranged our Toubkal trip through them, and had a splendid time with the local guide Ibrahim.

It was chilly, so remember warm clothing and wool underwear if you visit in november or later :)

The family was lovely - very accommodating. Meals were good.

El trato de Mustapha y su familia. Una de las chicas se puso mala y no podía subir por el camino de tierra y Mustapha resolvió muy bien la situación. El alojamiento precioso. Muy cuidado, súper limpio y confortable. Vistas increíbles y comida espectacular.
