Vila Gale Marina

Great location , staff are very helpful and rooms very clean , never an issue for beds at pool

Beds at pool could be spread out more they very close together , could do with bit more music or entertainment at pool , rooms are clean but could do with a refurb , curtains don't close fully in room if you on sunny side

Location excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpfuk

Bar area disappointing, very basic and presentation of drink quite poor

It was very dated and rooms were very small Balcony was tiny and very stuffy Great location But rooms and facilities need updating Staff were lovely

Bom, bastante variado.

Tudo normal exceto o estacionamento

Hotel was lovely, very close to beach and all amenities etc.

Everything was excellent

Tudo excelente!

The view from my room and the staff

The price for the hotel

Location.. rooms and bed comfortable .. very happy

Groups of golfers standing in the pool drinking

Great area to stay and perfect hotel

Great location close to the Marina. The staff were very helpful.

Nothing specific, overall it was a great base for a short break. The pool could maybe benefit from being heated

Breakfast was amazing, staff helpful, lovely pool.

The lift was very unreliable. The access to the toilet in Room 917 was horrendous 😢 the door couldnt open properly as it hit of the toilet cistern. So only opened half way. Almost broken toes trying to gain access to it. Impossible to relax on toilet, surely the cistern should be turned to face mirror n therefore door would completely open. 4 stars !!

Great location

Pool area very dated and although they mentioned lots of activities i only saw darts and water polo but pool was cold even in august

Avaria elevadores

O excelente pequeno almoço é a vista incrível

Excelente. Localização Excelente

do tamanho do WC.

Room was ok

No parking on or near the property and no options as to where to park except on the street with paid parking - all else that was free was full

Muy buena ubicación

El bufet muy poca variedad

Agradável

Das filas de espera

Location

Comida do snack bar

Tudo

Não têm almoço apenas snakc

Localização e Pessoal animação 10 estrelas

Simpatia e disponibilidade do atendimento no geral

Location was excellent for our trip Well within a few minutes of what we wanted to do breakfast was good plenty to choose from room was very clean staff were excellent if we needed any information and helpfull and polite the view was lovely

Hot tub could do with updating as looking sorry for itself

Excelente localização e bom atendimento. A animação infantil foi muito boa!

Pouca iluminação no quarto.

As piscinas estavam limpas e bem cuidadas.

Location is amazing, right on the Marina, but still quiet at night. Pool are was lovely and enjoyable.

Interiors are outdated. The reception and bar area are particularly dated

Nvt

It was a couple of years since we stayed and the outdoor pool area has been upgraded.. the new jacuzzi style pool was fabulous. Breakfast was exceptional and the smoothie counter was an added treat also.

Nothing not to like.

Location and room was clean

Staff were un helpful, the place is in need of renovation the showers in the hotel reception area are disgusting, stayed on floor 9 generator revving all day no one helped after asking several times

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. From the cleaners to the catering staff, everyone worked incredibly hard and were always friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the hotel manager, Alexander, who went above and beyond when my wife had a small health issue during our stay. He checked in on us every day to make sure she was okay, which was incredibly kind and reassuring. When my in-laws had to fly out to join us, Alexander also went out of his way to arrange a room for them right next to ours. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The entertainment team also deserve a special mention. They genuinely give everything they have, are fantastic with the kids and are always making an effort to get the adults involved too. You can really see how much effort they put into making sure everyone has a great time. The breakfast was brilliant, with a fantastic choice of food, and everything throughout the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for the marina, and for the price, we honestly couldn’t fault it. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to Alexander and the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable!

Profissionalismo e dedicação

El desayuno excelente.

Nada

Very good location. We had a suite (room 801) and the views were spectacular. Lovely breakfast.

Food choices in the day by the pool were limited.

Terrible after care

Terrible after care

Location Exceptionally clean Calm atmosphere

Lovely position, clean well looked after , great breakfast and staff. Lovely swimming pool and parking

Nothing

Location, pool area

Our air conditioner packed up on our last night of staying there and a start button flashed like a night club for the rest of the night. I told reception in the morning and they hardly acknowledged the issue. Just that they would get a technician to look at it. The hotel is a bit tired. No coffee in the rooms, breakfasts are chaotic. Granted that we were there in the peak season so I should probably be more forgiving, but you're also paying a premium at this time, so you should expect some quality aligned to cost.

Great location relative to the beach and the marina. Best part by far are the staff, very friendly and helpful.

Building is a little aged but well mantiened and clean. Unfortunately I can not recommend this for families with small kids due to the noise. There is far too much road noise and partying during night time.

Excelente hotel, com uma localização perfeita!

Tudo satisfatório!

This hotel is in a great location for the marina and beach. It's modern and clean. Some of the rooms are a little tired but apparently it's being upgraded this year. We had 3 rooms in total, the rooms on the ground floor are lovely.

Breakfast was a brillant start to everyday..i was so impressed with the choice and quality of the food..all the staff so friendly and helpful...

In all honesty there was not one thing i could name that ye could improve on.everything during our stay was just perfect.

Service was excellent,, breakfast superb, staff amazing and servicing of bedrooms top class. Pool was fab and bar at pool. Loved loved everything

Our hotel stay was excellent the hotel is very clean. The bedroom, pool and pool area are cleaned daily. The food was amazing the selection at breakfast and dinner options were very good, great choice and excellent quality of food. Fish and meat options cooked to order. The staff were very friendly and very helpful.

Only small feedback is that the tiles around the pool are very, very slippery when wet. One of our party slipped and fell on the last day, thankfully only sustained a bad contusion.

No kettle No iron

Location, staff, pool area

Reception area looks like a care home, Bar never open, no life in it at all, not very inviting. Need lights up the driveway.

Boa localização, bom café da manhã

The views and location were fantastic. Very clean and helpful staff

Nothing really apart from not much entertainment. Was music on our last nite though.

Service at outside cafe was very bad

Over looked marina

Dated - uncomfortable plastic sun beds, breakfast not great Rooms clean and beds comfortable - pillows a bit too soft

Very clean , very central , staff helpful. Good size rooms .

Pool area nowhere near big enough for the amount of rooms . Not enough sun loungers or even chairs, to the point that we moved hotels . Lots of loud “hen” and “stag” groups in the hotel .

The location is perfect The breakfast is very good The gym was ok The pool is nice The room was excellent with an awesome view

Nothing

Location, very close to the marina for restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach.

A little dated.

Clean, well managed hotel. Friendly staff.

A bit old facilities

The location was amazing and breakfast good too. Suited us for what we needed.

Wouldn't say it was a 4* property

Conveniently located to beaches and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was very good.

No available irons, cockroaches, pool in poor condition
