Nice pool, close to beach and restaurants . Convenience shops next door. Superb views from the 6th floor balcony.

High end decor but not good finishing. For example our bathroom door didn’t fit properly and couldn’t close. The curtains were different lengths and one hung wrong way round. Lift walls were dirty. Laundry left in hall near lift daily.

The only great thing about this hotel is the staff. I can't say enough good things about them. They work very hard. The sheets are spotless and the hotel is as clean as it can be. This is not a 4* hotel.

Unfortunately, we had to leave half way through our holiday, as there was work going on every day and the drilling and banging was so loud, I couldn't even hear my phone, with headphones on, let alone have a sleep...! On top of that, everything is breaking down. The only great thing about this hotel is the staff. This is not a 4* hotel by any means, which is sad as the staff work so hard to make it such.

the hotel does not correspond to the 4 star rating, the room was very small, only one person can fit on the balcony, the water pressure was so low it was impossible to take a shower - I even had to wash off the soap and shampoo in the sink, there is no dining room - only 4 tables in the hallway next to the reception desk and rusty cutlery on the table. At breakfast you get either one cup of coffee or a smoothie (not both), you don't get water :D or anything else to drink, there was only one socket in the whole room, the door to the room is partially glazed = all-night light from the hallway, there is zero space in the room to hang anything (towels, beach towels, swimsuits, wet clothes...), there is minimum space to put away/unpack personal belongings (only the floor could be used). The beach in the photos looks like it is 10 meters from the hotel, it is not :). In any case and despite the cheap price this hotel is not worth it. Not to say only bad things, the hotel initially offered us a new room that would be available on Friday (but we were leaving on Saturday :D), they also offered a sister hotel in the center (no thanks after what we experienced in this one), but then they offered to refund money, which was nice, but we were too tired to pack and go to a new hotel when we were only there for a few days.

It used to have a good standard but things are a bit work down and broken. Tab was broken and spraying the water all over the place. Door lock completely rampaged. These are just few examples and all just small things but left a negative impression unfortunately.

I really enjoyed staying at the hotel! It’s almost by the beach (just two min walk) and comes with free sun beds on the beach! Really clean and well maintained place.

It was a great location near the beach and in a very quiet area, nice staff, but we did have a room that was very moldy at first - we got a new room later that day so it was okay.

The staff was nice and friendly. The balcony was great. It was good value for money. The staff helped us rent bike and suggested us tailors. They booked our bana hills tour and were helpful as we required a different drop off location.

Limited breakfast availability. The walls in the room required cleaning.

Location is amazing, you get sun beds at the beach, staff is always smiling. What else could you ask for this price. Theres a desk to work at, and the connection is sufficient to have video meetings.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and lovely. The food was fantastic. The pool was clean and refreshing. Only a very short bicycle to old Hoi An. Would definitely stay there again. A delightful stay.

We booked this last minute at AU$40 a night for two nights. For a low budget hotel, it’s quite good. My favourite thing about this hotel is THE BEDSHEETS!! It’s soooo soft… honestly felt like I was sleeping on five star hotels’ bedsheets. However, one of our pillow stank so bad. It smelled like damp towel that got rained on and didn’t get washed properly. We did ask the staff for a new pillow and they did give us the new pillow which smelled amazing (thank you!) The mattress itself is comfortable for the price! We had great sleep. Shower wise - bath towels looked very old, some of them are not at their best state. Some stank and some smelled okay! Good thing they changed the towels daily and if you request new towels on top that, they will provide them too. Shower’s water pressure was not the greatest, hot water took a while to activate. Free shuttle to Old Town - we chose this hotel for this reason, however the shuttle timing is very limited. From hotel to town, 8:30AM and 3:30PM and from town back to hotel is only at 4:30PM. Plus, they don’t operate on Mondays as it’s the drivers’ day off. I kinda wished this was communicated prior to the stay because our only full day at this hotel was Monday. So we didn’t end up using the service we booked the hotel for. We paid between 85,000 VND to 130,000 VND each taxi trip. Private beach - this is only 2 mins walk from the hotel. It was actually quite nice beach. It’s not the calmest waters, but maybe it’s just because of our timing in there? We stayed in 30 degrees weather between 10:30AM-4:30PM under one of their daybeds! It was so nice and enjoyable. You don’t need to pay to use the daybeds, but since it’s located inside a local restaurant, they will offer their menu. We ended up having lunch/drinks there, it was a beautiful day. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but it was located at the entrance at the hotel, not too secluded, but we would’ve swam there if we had more time in Hoi An.

Had everything I needed—clean bed, soft towels, peace. The mini fridge was silent and worked well. Soundproofing was surprisingly good for a city hotel.

Other than that, They also offer free private beach shuttle. i live ittttt!!!!

This hotel is a very special gem seriously wonderful full of Vietnamese charm old world

It is spotless with bucket full of charm however it’s the staff friendliness that is the stand out

Location was superb, was able to bicycle around nearby to Old Town, and hire a bike of charge to a beautiful beach (there was also a shuttle but wanted to sightsee on the way)

Very nice hotel situated close to the old district so no need for a taxi! They also have a mini bus to go tothe beach, free of charge and private beach.

We have been traveling for two months in Asia and found this to be our favourite hotel. The rooms are beautiful, the service is excellent and the breakfast is delicious. The price is a steal for what you get.

Our first day we were greeted with a proper introduction to the city, the hotel and all the attractions we may want to visit. This was a great start.

Overall, the hotel offers a higher standard and the rooms makes a great impression. The lobby-area is quite small and the staff are always there to welcome you back, or help with any inquires you'll may have.

This is one of the few places where the service will continuo to amaze you. We stayed here for five days and experience hotel service that became one of the best memories of the trip.
