없다. 다시는 부킹 닷컴을 통해서 예약은 안 할 것이다. 이런 정말 매너 없는 행동으로 사람을 당황하게 만들다니 내 주변에도 널리 이야기 해서 다시는 이 숙소에서는 숙박을 안 하게 할 것이며 또한 부킹 닷컴은 다시는 이용 안 할 것이다

예약을 해서 아들이 해당숙소에 갔는데 예약이 안되었다고 해서 한국에서 예약한 내용을 보냈더니 다른 호텔로 가서 잠을 잤다고 한다. 이럴러면 왜 부킹닷컴을 통해서 예약을 할까 다시는 없다.

Banyosu ve tuvaleti gerçekten çok kötü durumda, yataklar çok konforlu değil, çarşafta lekeler vardı, otele 1.30 saat erken girebilmek için hazır olan odaya ciddi bir ekstra ücret talep ettiler onun yerine kahve içmeyi tercih ettim.

The location is very good, it’s in the middle of bukit bintang and close to most attractions.

It wasn’t completely clean (it was dirty under the bed), and it smelled of durian.

StarQ hotel is located in Jalan Bukit Bintang and location is 10 out of 10 - almost everything is just outside the hotel - banks, shops, ATMs, 7/11 shops, MRT, food, pharmacy, night market. Pavillion shopping centre is a leisurely 10 minutes’ walk and the staff are friendly. The room has tea and coffee making facilites, a small fridge and an iron and iron board in the common area for guest to use it.

The building is old and shows sign of ageing, bathroom titles has moulds here and there. On my second stay, the bathroom was leaking and water was coming very close to my bed. They never offered me another room or even partial refund. Everyday party / singing starts in the evening just outside the hotel and it goes till about 2 am everyday which means sometimes you can hear the noise and disturbs the sleep.

The staff are jot straightforward, they claimed that our bookis in another branch of the hotel chain, they sent us to another unclean place with different decor and hotel name. We decided to cancel our booking. They left us late in the evening looking for another place.

The location is really good. Right in the center, with excellent beer and roti nearby, a night market, and a street with lots of bars. It took me 23 minutes to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers.

I checked in at 12:10 AM and was very tired from the journey, so I didn't rate the room right away; I just went out to eat and went to bed. I'd like to say that I'm not generally picky and have stayed in hotels of all levels. But in the morning, from 5-6 AM, it was absolutely impossible to sleep. They gave me a room with windows facing the hallway. In the morning, the children wake up, start running, screaming, slamming doors, and you hear absolutely everything, as if they were banging on your head. It's very loud, believe me. The bathroom is covered in black mold, and the smell of this mold permeates everything inside. In fact, they took photos of their best room and added them to the website. But you'll only get such a room if you're extremely lucky and persistent enough, and you have the ability and desire to argue with them for a couple of hours. I didn't have any local money that night, and in the morning I said I wanted to check out of this hotel and was willing to pay for the one night I slept there. They said that according to their internal policy, I had to live in this hell for a week or leave them money for the whole week, and there were no other options. After an hour of negotiations, they offered me a corner room with a decent window and no mold. This room was a little quieter, but you could still hear absolutely everything going on behind the wall and outside the door. I stayed there for two more days and left for another hotel, leaving them money for the remaining days. If you plan to work from your room or sleep past 5 a.m., I strongly advise against choosing this hotel. The pros are decent power outlets everywhere and more or less passable Wi-Fi. The cons include no hot water in the shower. And even if you do get a room with a window, the view will be of an abandoned construction site.

Hotel scam. Different from pictures display at booking.com, Given small room to us, towel always dirty, non sound prove, even sound from another level walkway can hear from my room. My room celling broken, rain showers broken, I stay 5 days there and almost everyday i saw customers fight, angry to reception, because being scam, being cancel there booking when there arrive, and so on.

This hotel is absolutely unprofessional. I booked two rooms for my friends. One friend missed the flight, so I canceled that room before the free cancellation deadline (around 3:00 PM, while the deadline was 4:00 PM on the check-in day). Despite canceling within their stated policy, the hotel still charged me for all 4 nights. When I contacted them, they simply told me to deal with Booking.com and refused to provide any refund. Even worse, my other friend checked out a little late on the last day. Instead of informing us about any late check-out fee or asking for authorization, the hotel charged my card without any warning or consent. This was an unacceptable experience. Charging guests without proper communication or authorization is extremely unprofessional. Be very careful before booking this hotel.

Near to concert venue and easy to get food. Affordable. Quite safe for solo travelers especially girl.

The room didn’t have tv,the aircond can’t adjust (allready told the housekeeper but they just passed by). The towels have stains, ripped and smelly. Luckily i’m bring my own towel. Bedsheets also have stains. Plug a bit far. Front desk very helpful.

The accommodation provided did not match our reservation. We booked a room with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for 3 adults, but we were given a room with only 1 queen bed. This was not what we had booked and caused inconvenience during our stay.

Really unfriendly receptionist. Completely stained bedding, yellow pillow cases. We asked them to change the sheets and got an equally stained one. There was ants in the bed and the bathroom. Sink area was completely covered in mould. It’s very loud, you can hear everything from outside and the rooms next door. The room was advertised for 68€ but ended up being 90€ with taxes and fees which is not made fully known to you.

During my stay to this hotel was comfortable an the staff an house keeping are friendly.

Located on a very loud strip, rooms not sound proof. If you stay here expected loud music (even karaoke) till early hours in the morning

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The r.oom and bathroom were exceptionally clean, and the beds were comfortable. Only the bathroom had a few problems. The arrangement is a little odd. The shower head is huge and it splashed water every where in the tiny bathroom, The towel rack is in front of the mirror, so when you hang the towel, you cant see your face in it,.The faucet on the sink was wobbly. After settling down in the room, I realized that water in the toilet bowl kept on running. So I rang the desk, and immediately they sent someone to look at it. Although it was a weekend, they managed to get a technician to fix the problem in less than an hour. Thanks to management and all those involved for your great help. The location is right in the heart of bukit bintang, very close to lot 10, Sungei Wang plaza, and Alor street which has many restaurants.. The street very busy and MRT station just a few steps away. However it may not be ideal for women or children.

The surroundings give a hectic, slummy vibe with many foreigners walking aound, lined with international food stalls, which is different from, say. 5 to 10 years ago. In the morning you can see people sleep on the side walk. At night you can see some scanthily clad women. Not a good area. Jl Alor food alley is also dirty and does not appeal much to me.

The location is very good near to every good spot area.

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this hotel located at the heart of Bukit Bintang. Walking distance to Jln Alor if you want to experience the food market, if you like bars, and want to shop on Pavillion. Also it is close to public transport if you want to explore the city. The amenities were great, and having a lift made it easier for us to carry our luggage.. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist with any questions or requests. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with a fantastic location, good facilities, and outstanding customer service. I would happily stay here again.

Non si sono presi la responsabilità di cancellare la prenotazione, ho dovuto cancellare io e cercarmi un’altra sistemazione all’ultimo.

They cancelled on me

3 days before the stay they reported operational issues via WhatsApp and informed me that I cannot stay. No communication via the booking platform, direct WhatsApp, no name, personal number, not business account. I informed them that the booking was still there and they need to cancel. They asked me to cancel instead. I complained and asked them to cancel, which they did not. The day before the stay, I reached out to booking’s customer support via chat. The next day booking’s customer support confirmed the booking is still valid and the hotel can accommodate me. I called the hotel and they said they have renovations ongoing. If I would insist, they would find a room for me. But referred to the previous communication via WhatsApp. I told them they need to cancel and they refused. When I asked if they have a room, the halfhearted response was they will find something. Ultimately I cancelled myself and stayed at a different location for more than double the price as nothing in the same range was available short notice. To me it felt like a scam. Attract early bookings with lower rates and closer to the date evict low rate guests for higher rate ones. Don’t have proof, but that’s the feeling.
