It was located at the hottest spot in BGC. Like New York, it’s the City that never sleeps. Everything is close to you, shops, restaurants and a club directly opposite. The rooms were ok and clean but the second advertised bed is nothing to write home about. The rooms are small.

Entertainment was poor, no cable, no Netflix, etc. Plus the extreme restrictions on visitors was a bit unsettling.

The biggest highlight of this Airbnb is its perfect location in BGC—everything is within walking distance, from restaurants and malls to parks and nightlife. It’s a super convenient spot for both work and leisure. The unit itself is decent for the price, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

However, a couple of small improvements could make it even better. The bed sheets would feel much fresher if they were ironed, and the interior could use a bit of an update to enhance the overall ambiance. Free parking would also be appreciated.

The place is clean and cozy. Very convenient and near to uptown mall where I can just walk for a few minutes. The host is also accommodating. Would recommend and book this place again. Thank you

The location is excellent, and the room is spacious enough for two. The kitchen is well-equipped, though we didn’t use it much as we ate out most of the time. The building staff are polite and courteous, and there’s a dedicated elevator for certain floors.

The room requires significant attention. Some fixtures are broken, and I’ve noticed that the doors haven’t been cleaned properly. The room itself also needs a more thorough cleaning. (please include the doors) Bed is comfortable but the pillows don’t not have any kind of support. Additionally, there’s an unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. The air conditioner in the living room isn’t working (we were informed of this a day before), and the one in the bedroom is inadequate for cooling the room to our preference, especially as we come from a colder climate. Despite being only six years old, the entire building feels dated and in need of refurbishment, but that’s on Megaworld admin.

location is perfect, just 10 mins walk to my office. also the place is spacious and clean. and quite, perfect staycation especially after work on a weekend.

The room was tidy and looked exactly as pictured

The dining chairs were not cleaned at all, there was rice and dirt all over them. The host did not even send check in details until I got to the property and had to call them. Then for check out they did not send the details and instructions until an hour after the check out time was supposed to be and we had already left?? Very unorganised.

First they gave us a room with full of animal hair all-over Then had to change the room, and we never had internet there

perfect location when you are at the BGC, closed to restaurants, shoppings, grocery, convenience store, bars and coffee shops. The cleanliness and complete amenities, such as hair blower, washing machine, microwave, kitchen utensils and cooking wares. In addition, the sockets are universal so you dont have to worry if you dont have universal travel adapter.

Honestly, what we noticed is the shower room has no glass door which makes the toilet area wet after bath that makes messy. also they forgot to put body wash, only shampoo and conditioner is provided. Another thing, I dont know but we dont have food waste only paper and plastic we throw at the trash bin however, we saw some small roaches in the middle of the night when need to wake up and pee.

The only little mishap was the door… it had a little trick to open, but they’re looking into it. Ur I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location

Excellent! Just beside Uptown Mall. It’s so convenient and accessible. The place is huge and clean. Owner is very accommodating and patient to all our inquiries and even assisted us when we were checking in.

(Not strong but) odor from the sink and floor drain, though this should be covered by building maintenance of pipes. But that’s just a small thing compared to the good things! Super worth the price!
