It's comfortable, cute, clean, neat, full of creature comforts, sockets for charging and other all over... and just overall a place I will return to again and again. Super communication and easy to book. Our booking was LAST minute and it was NO problem for the host whatsoever!

Communication was lacking. Delayed answers to messages. Had to call to find out how to get access. Had to message and call to get wifi access. Shower could have more pressure. TV/Apps complicated to use. Bathroom mirror needs to be upsized.

We have enjoyed the place- loved that there was plenty of tea & coffee essentials for the entire duration of the stay. We also loved the extra duvet kept in the wardrobe-it came in handy on the first evening as it was very cold.

Owner thoughtful attendion to detail is tops from taps to kitchen, comfortable beds , nice furniture home away from home and perfect location. Will bring my family again. Owner considerate and communication very good. Dont go there if you are not capable of taking care of the space as so much has gone into making it awesome. Guest must behave and keep it as awesome as what the owner put into it.
Water temperature for bathing could be slightly warmer,winter is approaching additional blankets in other rooms could be considered.

I’m an international traveller , I had anticipated to arrive at 5pm unfortunately due to traffic I arrived at 7pm I was told an alarm will be set at 10pm only for it to be set at 8pm I had to ask for an extension so I can at least get food from uber eats that was done . Next morning 10 : 03am while preparing to pack my bags I was called by Grace to leave her premises , she went on to call security like I had done a criminal offense. This was by far my first and worst experience by a host

The hosts were incredibly patient and accommodating, always quick to respond and eager to make our visit comfortable. We felt completely at home and cared for throughout our stay. Highly recommend this lovely place for anyone visiting!

Reviewed Apr 18, 2025Exceptional stay to make you feel at home. Grace and Knowledge were absolutely amazing, making everything to ensure I had a pleasant stay while respecting my own space. The blinds in the bedroom ensure that you have privacy. The bed was super comfortable, it even had a warm blanket! The place is spacious with brand new facilities. Excellent wifi connection. Super clean. Great shower and a lovely little garden to enjoy the sunshine. There is a shopping center just 2 min walk, with supermarkets and lots of shops. The neighbourhood is quiet and clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2024We liked the look and feel of Kirrin Cottage. Perfect for a single person or a couple. It is self catering with all the equipment to be able to prepare your own food if you wish. It has its own entrance for parking and little courtyard that allows one to sit outside, weather permitting. The location is great as it is in walking distance to the Northmead Square Shopping Centre that has all the shops that you might need. It is also close to other take away food shops. The electric blanket helped seeing that it was a cold weekend we spent there. We were offered a gas heater on arrival and we declined. We did wish at some point we didn't decline :).
Although it is self catering it would have been helpful if there were a dishcloth and dishwash liquid available to use. I didn't even think to take it a long with me.
