Reviewed Mar 10, 2026We had a luxury of being at Suites 81. Such a beautiful apartment, clean and welcoming. To start with, the guys at the reception were so friendly and kind. The owner was friendly on the phone and checking if we managed to settle in. Modern kitchen,plugs, and lights. The Wifi was perfect, aircons including tv's in all the bedrooms. My kids were so happy to be there and will go back again. The lady who is cleaning came to check and clean. It's such a lovely apartment. 😍

Checking in wasn't smooth at first. The lounge has cockroaches. DSTV and streaming services were unavailable, had to use our logins. The WIFI connection was very poor. No soap, shampoo in bathroom. We were interrupted by the knocking of the cleaning lady in the morning to collect her cleaning supplies.

Reviewed Jan 14, 2026I liked everything about the property, their stuff starting from the reception they are so friendly and kind. The apartment is always clean, quiet and so peaceful and most importantly it is nearby every place you could think of. Their elevators are always functioning which makes it easy to move around especially that we were in the 12th floor and we were visiting with kids so yah. A big shout out to Sis Nomsa and her team, they made sure we enjoy our stay. They are always ready to help out I love them they are a true definition of ubuntu. And another thing we arrived early before the check in time and they allowed us to leave our bags without any additional charges, I’ll forever be grateful for that 🥂❤️🥹Everything was a 10/10.

The fact that we had to wait for over 15 minutes for the host to come and bring us the key even though we had given her our exact ETA, was rather annoying. There was a leak in the bathroom which emanated from the toilet which wasn't attended to and when we arrived, the water was leaking into the passage.
