Nous avons tout aimé. L’accueil de Nicky a été plus que chaleureux et elle a tout fait pour nous arranger. Un grand merci à elle. Le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter Cape Town et est totalement sécurisé et surveillé. Si nous devons revenir, ce sera ici. Merci Nicky !

the apartment had lots of natural light (and very nice views), was really clean and everything needed for comfortable living. Would definitely suit a longer staying guest as well. Nicky was very welcoming and was quick to answer if we had any problems/questions.

The bathroom light was a little bit low, so at nighttime the bathroom was really dark

Goed toegeruste accommodatie; prima bed, AC, keukentje met zelfs wasmachine. Ruim van opzet. Zeer aardige eigenaresse die ons de mogelijkheid gaf om een halve dag langer te blijven omdat wij een nachtvlucht hadden. Prima locatie in het centrum.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. There was everything one needed: fully equipped kitchen, fridge, hairdryer ect. Nicky was very nice. During the night we used earplugs so there was no problem with noise of wind or the road.

Nicky ist eine super Gastgeberin! Äußerst flexibel, gut zu erreichen und sehr nett. Die Aussicht der Unterkunft ist der Hammer! Von der Terrasse aus blickt man auf den Tafelberg. Vom Bett aus auf Lion's Head und Signal Hill. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafés und in Kürze ist man am Tafelberg oder an der Waterfront. Einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gibt es auch und das ganze Areal wird überwacht. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft ausdrücklich!

Hier und da war es ein bisschen staubig. Leider gibt es keinen Esstisch, dafür zwei Schreibtische. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig. Wer empfindlich ist bei Straßenlärm oder wenn der Wind stark pfeift, wird eventuell nachts Probleme haben.

The apartment is perfectly situated — close to everything, yet felt safe and peaceful. Secure off-street parking in a dedicated parking lot was a big plus. The views are absolutely stunning, with Table Mountain and Lion’s Head right there — truly special. The host is an absolute Superhost: friendly, professional, and very attentive. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung fast im Zentrum. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden Mit Tiefgarage, leider ohne Fahrstuhl, aber mit einem hohen Sicherheitsgefühl, wenn man mit dem Auto kommt. Zu Fuß keine gute Gegend. Wir sind 200 Meter vor der Tür überfallen worden.

Wir hätten gerne einen Esstisch gehabt. Leider gab es nur zwei Schreibtische an denen wir frühstücken könnten. Es gab auch keinen Stuhl für den kleinen Balkon. Da hätten wir uns gerne mal hingesetzt.

Nicky, de host, is onwijs vriendelijk en gastvrij. De locatie van de woning is fijn, het complex ook. Parkeren ideaal. Alles was zeer schoon.

Het bed was voor ons te hard en de kussens ook.

Large space with all amenities. The apartment block is in a good area of the city and is nice and quiet at night. The underground parking was fantastic.

Well laid out in a good part of the city. We felt secure and well looked after by Nicky.

The location was ideal for using uber or self-drive. For a business trip the property is 150% ideal with two small office set-ups. Kitchen was fantastic with a small fridge, microwave and airfryer as well as a washing machine. Lovely coffee & tea on site helped a lot on the first night. Great setup and magnificent views.

This not a complaint, perhaps just an "ad-on" for property description. As we were on holiday so it would have been nice to have a TV for the bad weather evenings but we managed without one. I also did not realise how many stairs there were. Parking is in the basement which is perfectly secure and user friendly. But after having had a back operation, I can handle a flight of stairs or two, but the property was on the 3rd floor so it was 1 flight from the basement and 3 more flights to the apartment. If I recall the description did say some stairs due to 2nd floor, but I was not expecting that many. Also, for stays longer than 3/4 days, I would suggest some additional hanging/packing space. It was a bit difficult to unpack on the small stand provided

Tout est très propre, la literie est très confortable. Très bien placé et dans un quartier sûre. Pour les distance d’environ 30min nous avons tout fait à pieds la journée. La résidence est très sympa et avec une vue sur Table Mountain depuis le balcon. Le rapport qualité prix c’est top, je ne peux que recommander cet appartement, car si je devais revenir à Cape Town, je reviendrai ici ! Nicky est adorable, disponible et de très bon conseils !

Everything wa perfect coaster for the nice table so it’s not ruined by drinks otherwise spot on. No complaints.

Super friendly host Nicky was there at check in and at check out. The unit was immaculate and had everything you needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Cape Town. Great location overlooking Table Mountain and safe underground parking. I loved the huge desk with a fantastic view as I had to do some work. Quiet unit, fast wifi. I loved every minute of my stay!!

Hard to nitpick because everything was really wonderful and well thought out. The only suggestion I could possible offer is to perhaps look at two foldable chairs that can be used on the balcony outside.

Generally, the accommodation was very good. Very private, location was good and block itself was quiet. The description of the property was fairly accurate. Nicky was very accommodating with both check-in and check-out times. She also responded to my messages promptly and was happy to help or resolve any queries. Having an air-con and a desk for working really made the stay comfortable and pleasant.

These are things that might not be great for those staying more than a few days. No packing or cupboard space. No dinner table. Additional lights (like an electric bedside lamp) are needed, as there is only one central light switch away from the bedroom section of the flat. There is a lot of natural light coming into the flat, especially in the mornings. Maybe better block-out blinds or curtains would help with this. The location is on Roeland Street, so early morning traffic noise could be a problem.

I had a fantastic stay in this attic apartment. It was spotless, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished. The living room offered a stunning view of Table Mountain, while I could admire Signal Hill and Lion’s Head from the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Nicky was a very friendly and welcoming host, and her warm, caring attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the city centre, museums, and landmarks. The building has a square layout with secure parking inside and a front desk, which added to the overall sense of safety. An outstanding experience—I would gladly stay here again!

Everything was great! Nicky is an amazing host. She made sure that we felt comfortable even before our arrival. The apartment is complete. Nice shower, nice bed and pillows, full kitchen. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with a lot of good cafes and restaurants around. Totally recommend it.
