Уютная и чистая квартира, есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания. Подземный удобный паркинг. Легкое заселение благодаря четким и простым инструкциям.

Нет кондиционера, поэтому не знаю, как было бы в жару, мы попали в прохладные дни и было хорошо.

Lokalizacja, dobrze wyposażony, czysto

Apartment is spacious. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. There are 2 big double beds and one sofa bed. In the kitchen you have everything you need. Host is very nice and helpful. Place is modern decorated. It has a big terrace to enjoy. It is very bright. There is no air conditiner but has one ventilator. In hot sommer days is maybe hot but if you lower blinds it is ok. Mashine washer is big bonus. Everything is as described. There is a garage place under the building. Few shops are near by foot. Metro station is not far from apartment. Very satisfied.

Detaliczna instrukcja dotycząca zakwaterowania, odnalezienia miejsca postojowego. Super taras! Gospodarz sprawnie i szybko odpowiadał.

Warto by było pomyśleć o montażu klimatyzacji.

The parking is good. The balcony is huge, although not very functional. There is only a small table and two chairs. At the very least, a sun umbrella would be a nice addition, not to mention a couple of sun loungers. 🙂

The TV has a broken screen, and the owner did not respond when we reported it. The apartment is on the sunny side and has no air conditioning, so staying inside during the summer is difficult even at night. During the day, it feels like an air fryer. Of course, the heat is not the owner's fault, but it is something worth considering when planning your vacation, especially when a few days in this apartment cost around five hundred euros. The hairdryer is broken, and the shower drains poorly.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten repariert werden.

Местоположение отличное, рядом магазины и кафе. Вид из окна великолепный, большой балкон. Подземный паркинг. Понятные и точные инструкции от хозяина.

Поломанный душ в душевой кабине, отсутствие ложки для обуви и освежителя воздуха в туалете.

It was just great

Boravak u ovom stanu u Beču bio je zaista predivno iskustvo. Stan je izuzetno čist, udoban i lijepo uređen, tako da smo se odmah osjećali kao kod kuće. Lokacija je odlična i vrlo ga je lako pronaći, što nam je mnogo značilo jer smo bili u kratkoj posjeti. Domaćin je bio veoma ljubazan i dao nam je jasna i korisna uputstva za dolazak i boravak, što je sve učinilo još jednostavnijim i prijatnijim. Iako smo u Beču bili samo kratko, ovo je definitivno mjesto u koje bismo se rado ponovo vratili. Sve preporuke!

pulizia pessima , tappeti da buttare , cuscini da divano adattati a letto , biancheria non stirata e gettata a caso sui letti e in quantità insufficiente , capelli ovunque , struttura fatiscente , mancanza di piatti bicchieri per il numero di ospiti prenotati.

Квартира очень чистая, все есть необходимое. Есть терасса, где можно попить кофе. Паркинг входит в цену. Влез даже наш джип. 2,10 высота. Отдельное спасибо человеку кто убирает. Чисто как дома.

Przestronne i dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie z garażem podziemnym. Brak jakichkolwiek zastrzeżeń. Dziękuje za gościnę i serdecznie pozdrawiam

Ubytovanie bolo čisté, dostočne zariadené v kludnej lokalite. Bezproblémové parkovanie v podzemnej garaži. Pristup na metro (U - bahn) 10 min.chôdze. V blízkosti bol väčší obchod. Komunikacia s majiteľom a informace ohľadom ubytovania na profesionálnej úrovni. Určite doporučujem.

Na byte je už poznať používanie a drobné opotrebovanie.

Mivel autóval érkeztünk, de helyben nem akartuk használni, fontos volt számunkra, hogy legyen garázs. Ez itt a házban megvolt, ami így nagyon kényelmes volt. Külvárosi környék, de több bolt is van a lakás közelében. Reggeliző hely nem volt a környéken.

A felszereltség nagyjából rendben volt, de a konyhából hiányzott a konyharuha. A zuhany rögzítője rossz volt, nem lehetett fixálni a zuhanyfejet a tartón. A zuhanykabinból hiányzott a fali tartó. A WC-ben egy kis kézmosó kényelmesen elférne, és akkor nem kellene senkit zavarni a fürdőben. A lakás tiszta volt, de a szőnyegekre már ráférne egy tisztíttatás.

I must emphasize that the accommodation is even better than it appears in the photos. We truly enjoyed our stay. The host fulfilled everything that was agreed upon, and I genuinely recommend this place to anyone considering where to stay in Vienna.

Nos alojamos con mi familia de 5 personas. El apartamento es muy cómodo y está bien equipado. También está muy lindo decorado. Tiene estacionamiento incluido, lo que para nosotros fue super útil. La ubicación es lejos del centro pero está bien conectado con líneas de bus y subte muy cerca.

Месторасположение в "арабском квартале". Мало света в квартире (тускло в зоне гостинной-кухни). Неудобно что туалет без умывальника, а ванная комната в другом конце квартиры, некоторые вещи требуют ремонта (душ). Навигатор ведёт в тупик, а не в паркинг

Facilities & equipments in the apartment were GOOD! You have everything needed. Apartment was clean. 5-10mins walk to the nearest train station. Need to do transit to reach main train station. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Overall satisfying stay.

ücretsiz park yerinin olması güzeldi. teras sabahları ve akşam serinliğinde güzeldi,

ikinci odanın ayrı bir kapısı olabilirdi. 5 kişilik rezerve yapmamıza rağmen 4 kişilik yemek masası sandalyesi vardı, gündüzleri inanılmaz sıcaktı teras katı olduğu için , sıcaklık için ayaklı vantilatör konulmuştu ama klima şart bence. terasta bulunan oturma grubunun çift kişilik koltuğu yırtıktı ve kullanamadık,yenilenebilinir. daha önce de viyana da konaklamıştım , burası da ekonomik anlamda düşük gibi geldi bana :((

The accommodation is very clean and nice. We had an amazing view.

It is a bit far from the centre, but still there is close metro station so you can reach downtown quite easily.

Apatment was very clean. Furniture is nice and new. Host was very helpful an answerd our messages quickly. Beds are very comfortable even the sofa one, none of us had trouble sleeping. The terace is big, and if it wasn't february we would use it much more. U-Bahn station is 8 minutes by foot away.

Location was about a 15 minute walk away from then central train station. Very centrally located and convenient. 20 mins to get to the city centre. Host was very quick to respond when we contacted them. Facilities had a washing machine and dryer which made it very convenient for us.

Apartment was not very sound proof, the 2 beds and sofa bed was right next to the kitchen which can be a little noisy.

The location is good even though it’s not so close to the city center, you can easily reach the objectives by taxi or public transportation. The apartment is spacious, well equipped with lots of stuff, from hair dryer to baby eat chair.

Nice and clean apartment with all home appliances included. Divina is very friendly and attentive host. Hope to visit again some day.
