Lovely place, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful terrace and a great sunrise view. Really good value for money and a pleasant stay overall. Would definitely recommend!

Host was wonderful with great communication.

However, do not stay here if you are arriving late. The area was very unsafe and lots of intimidating people out the front of the building and also inside the building. We were also followed to the entrance. Not for solo travellers, elders or young families.

It’s really convenient to go to anywhere. The room is clean and comfortable. I like free coffee service and kind support by Whatapps.

There is a noisy environment around the building entrance.

Following the video, we found the room with no problem, Mario was an excellent host. The room was on 7th floor accessible by lift, hence quiet although very close to the railway station and the port. Also there are many good restaurants in the area.

The lift is a bit dodgy but you get used to it, plus Mario gave us clear instructions so it was easy to handle.

Ficamos apenas uma noite no B&B Homa e, para o que precisávamos, valeu a pena. A localização em frente à Estação Central de Nápoles foi muito prática, principalmente porque deixamos nossas malas grandes guardadas lá enquanto viajamos por Capri, Sorrento e Costa Amalfitana e depois retornamos para passar a última noite. Eles cobraram um valor bem razoável para guardar as malas, especialmente se comparado aos preços dos guarda-volumes da estação. É tudo virtual..ele passa as coordenadas, senha etc...mas tudo ok. O prédio, confesso, assusta um pouco na chegada. É antigo e bem mal cuidado, e o elevador ainda funciona com moedas: é preciso pagar 20 centavos para subir e mais 20 para descer! 😂 O responsável pelo B&B deixou três moedas para nós como “brinde”. A região ao redor da estação também não foi das que mais gostamos. A praça e a rua do hotel têm bastante movimento e algumas pessoas e situações que nos deixaram um pouco desconfortáveis, especialmente à noite. Por outro lado, quando chegamos ao andar do B&B, a impressão muda completamente. O espaço é arrumado, decorado e bem cuidado, e nem parece que estamos dentro daquele prédio da entrada. Lá tem uma cozinha compartilhada...bem legalzinha. O quarto atendeu bem para uma noite. O ponto negativo foi novamente o banheiro pequeno, principalmente o box, que é realmente MUITO pequeno e pouco confortável. Para uma estadia mais longa, talvez eu procurasse outra região de Nápoles, mas para quem precisa ficar uma noite de passagem, próximo à estação, ou quer deixar as malas enquanto conhece outros destinos da região, cumpriu muito bem o que precisávamos e teve um ótimo custo-benefício.

オーナーさんがとても親切で、安心して滞在できました。日本にいる時からレストランの予約をお願いすると快く引き受けてくださり、とてもありがたかったです。 3泊したあとカプリで1泊し、再びこちらに1泊したのですが、その間スーツケースも預かっていただき、本当に助かりました。 ナポリ中央駅からとても近く便利な立地です。ナポリは治安が少し心配でしたが、親切なオーナーさんがいてくださることでとても心強く、安心して過ごすことができました。

The building the aparthotel is located in seemed scary when we arrived The lift is old and rickety and you have to carry suitcases up a flight of stairs. We had the wait 10 minutes for the lift to be free in the morning.

La Location è molto vicina alla stazione centrale, molto comoda per muoversi.

Stando vicinissimo alla stazione centrale, come in tutte le stazioni centrali in Italia, come Roma, Milano, Torino, è una zona un po cosi, bivacchi e gente ubriaca di sera.

Apartament zlokalizowany obok dworca kolejowego i przystanków autobusowych (w tym autobusu do/z lotniska), tak więc jest to świetne miejsce z logistycznego punktu widzenia. Położony 15-20 minut piechotą od starego miasta i miejsc, które warto odwiedzić w Neapolu. Oczywiście obok budynku spotkamy nie najciekawsze może towarzystwo, ale ja osobiście nie czułem żadnego zagrożenia. Po prostu należy zachować normalną czujność i umiar. Wspaniały kontakt w Wynajmującym. Sam apartament w zupełni wystarczy na krótki i trochę dłuższy pobyt. Czysty i przestronny. Śniadanie skromne, ale nie liczyłem na więcej.

La proximité de la gare et des loueurs de voiture. L’accueil entièrement à distance via WhatsApp très bien organisé. Tout est fait pour que cela se passe facilement et bien. Les chambres étaient propres et spacieuses.

Tout était très bien. Prévoir juste une pièce de 20cts pour la première montée dans l’ascenseur. Le bas de l’immeuble peut paraître mal entretenu.

Está muy limpio y bastante nuevo. Cama grande y el anfitrión muy atento en todo. Su cercanía a la estación y que no se oye ruido.

El tema del ascensor, es un edificio viejo y si no cierras la puerta del ascensor este no va, siempre se queda abierta y debes subir andando hasta la planta 7. Se pagan 20ct para subir y bajar, el anfitrión te deja unas monedas en la habitación.

Soggiorno davvero eccezionale! Tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia alla struttura, fino all’accoglienza. Ambiente curato, confortevole e molto piacevole. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e non è mancato assolutamente nulla. Torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliato!

Era un piso 8 el cual tuvimos que subir a PIE ya que el ascensor (que solo sube hasta el 7) funciona con monedas de 20 cents y no teníamos en ese momento . La calle por la noche literalmente da miedo y no es recomendable bajar. Teníamos desayuno incluido que era UNA ESTAFA, COMPARTO FOTO. Al preguntar si "eso" era el desayuno nos comentó que si, que era típico desayuno italiano. En la ducha el agua caliente va y viene cuando quiere

A equipe é ótima, nos deu total suporte durante nossa estadia. O B&B é todo reformado, os quartos e banheiros são amplos e muito limpos. As camas confortáveis e ainda tem uma área de apoio de cozinha comunitária. Apartamento bem localizado com mercado, cafés e restaurantes por perto.

O B&B é muito bem localizado, mas em uma zona central que requer atenção. Não tive problema algum, mas a zona precisa de atenção. Mas fui caminhando da estação de trem para o prédio sem problemas.

I strongly advise everyone against staying at this property. When I arrived, I discovered that the toilet flush was not working. I immediately informed a staff member, who told me that they were unable to arrange a repair that day. I then asked to be moved to another room, but they said no other room was available. As a result, I decided to leave and book accommodation elsewhere. I informed the staff member that I was checking out, and they confirmed in writing that I would receive a refund through Booking.com for the unused part of my reservation due to the technical issue. I am now in a dispute with this property because they falsely claim that I never reported the problem and that I used the reservation. Fortunately, I saved screenshots of my conversation with the staff member before they deleted the messages. In my opinion, this is dishonest and unacceptable behaviour. I have written evidence proving what actually happened. Be very careful before booking this property.

La posizione è ottima per chi deve prendere il treno senza sbatti: esci, marciapiede, attraversi e ci sei! Nonostante la vicinanza alla stazione non ci sono rumori fastidiosi anzi non si sente niente da fuori a finestra chiusa. La stanza bella, grande, anche il bagno molto spazioso, letto comodo, vista dall’alto (8 piano) che spazia fino agli aerei che si alzano in volo al tramonto, suggestivo!! Aria condizionata perfettamente funzionante, host super attento anche a distanza, tv con tutti gli abbonamenti

En las zonas comunes está lo necesario para prepararte un café y está literalmente a una calle de la estación de tren.

En la entrada hay muy mal ambiente . La habitación para tres personas tenía una cama supletoria en bastante mal estado. No te avisan que hay que subir un piso andando y que el ascensor es de pago.

La posizione ottima vicino alla stazione e alla metro . La struttura profumata e pulita. Il signor Mario gentilissimo e disponibile. Anche se non lo abbiamo mai incontrato. Solo tramite whatsapp

Il quartiere. Sporco e dà la sensazione di poca sicurezza anche se presidiato da esercito e polizia. Non è agevole dover usare 20 cent ogni volta per prendere l'ascensore, salire e scendere...troppi soldi. Ma è inevitabile visto che la stanza è al 7 piano.

para subir no andar do hotel a recepção é macabra, chega a dar medo, se pega um elevador que precisa pagar (0,20 euros) e é muito sujo, mas depois no quarto fica tudo certo e é bem cuidado...

Das Zimmer ist sauber in einer zentralen Lage.

- Wirklich alle(!) Türen der Unterkunft quietschten. Die Haupttür zum B&B macht beim Schließen einen infernalischen Lärm, der sämtliche Gäste nachts hochschrecken lässt, wenn jemand rein kommt. - Beim Duschen läuft das Wasser nicht ab, sondern es blubbert wieder hoch mit Schaum von früheren Duschen - leicht eklig. - Das Frühstück ist Verarsche. Es gibt einen in Plastik abgepackten Schokoriegel und trockenen, ebenfalls fabrikverpackten Zwieback für jeden. Das nennen sie "italienisches Frühstück" - statt Croissant und Capuccino! - Der Gastgeber war nicht ein einziges Mal vor Ort, nur eine Putzkraft war anzutreffen, die morgens früh die Gäste aus den Betten klopfte und vor den Türen Lärm machte. Er kommunizierte ausschließlich per Whatsapp. - Für die Rechnung musste ich mindestens fünf Erinnerungen schreiben, bis ich sie endlich bekam.

El apartamento está al lado de la estación central.Es una habitacion muy bonita,con vistas al caótico Napoles.Dispones de una cocina comunitaria y Mario el anfitrión te deja un pequeño piscolabis para el desayuno.Destacar la magnífica atención de Mario.Cualquier duda o problema ahí estaba pendiente a solucionarlo.

Unica pecca l’ascensore, trovandosi all’8 piano è impossibile andare a piedi soprattutto con le valigie, e l’ascensore che ha un costo di 20 cm, non è sempre disponibile, in quanto vengono lasciate le porte aperte!

Sicuramente è una struttura nuova, la camera era molto ampia, un bel balconcino, posizione ottima se conviene stare attorno alla stazione centrale, perché hai di fronte la stazione,la metro e i taxi. Non è il massimo girovagare la sera la attorno, ma non è nulla di troppo pericoloso. Il bagno molto bello, la zona colazione/ristoro piccina ma molto carina. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato.

Le prese mancanti vicino al letto dalla luce, ma tutto molto poco rilevante.

La disponibilità dell'host che con sms si è reso sempre disponibile con utili informazioni. La struttura è confortevole e di fronte alla stazione, quindi comoda per viaggi in treno.

La porta blindata di accesso alle camere è piuttosto rumorosa e necessiterebbe di una manutenzione.

Camere pulite, spaziose. Istruzioni per il checkin indipendente chiare. Alcune camere hanno una bella vista su piazza Garibaldi!

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und eignet sich perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war zudem sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der erste Eindruck von außen sowie das Treppenhaus wirken allerdings etwas abschreckend. Die Unterkunft selbst ist dagegen deutlich schöner und gepflegt.

Negativ aufgefallen ist die starke Hellhörigkeit. Wir wurden jeden Morgen durch Personal oder andere Gäste geweckt. Auch das als Frühstück beworbene Angebot hat unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Aus unserer Sicht sollte es in der aktuellen Form nicht als Frühstück beworben werden.

The room was nice and all. Host very responsive and explained everything before we got there.

The shower head needs improvement, no hand soap. For the value the room was nice but the overall area did not make me feel safe. We ate and went back upstairs. Good for a night. The elevator did not work, you need to.20€ to use it but even then it is small and didn’t work while we stayed.

La zona es la de las estacion de tren, propia de todas las estaciones de tren, pero si lo que necesitas es estar rápido h bien conectado es ideal. El edificio es como todos lis edificios de Napoli, pero el B&B es buenísimo y suporte moderno.

On a positive note, the host offered early check-in and the cleaning lady was very polite. However, this does not make up for the overall experience.

I would STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND staying here. While the apartment itself is neat and relatively clean, the building and its surroundings make the stay HIGHLY UNCOMFORTABLE. The area near the train station feels UNSAFE with many suspicious individuals and homeless people around. Unfortunately, THIS ATHMOSPEHE EXTENDS INTO THE BUILDING AS WELL. As the apartment is on the 8th floor, we had to pass through the lower floors with such people standing there, which made us feel insecure. The elevator also frequently got stuck, so we had to use the stairs. The orange room which is next to the kitchen was super noisy Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it, particularly for women or anyone looking for a safe stay.

It’s very close to all main transport. Everything was very clean and well organised. Nice bright rooms , modern equipped. Netflix included.Free Coffee and tea and some sweet Snacks. The host Mario was helpful all the time via WhatsApp.

A bit strange, that you have to pay 0,20 € for every ride with the lift!!!And if somebody forgot to close the lift door( happen quite often), you have to walk up or down 8 floors! So fitness is included. For sure ;)
