The housekeeper turiya was amazing, she was very attentive, polite and helpful. She kept the villa nice and clean and also made us a nice breakfast. 10/10 for her.

The fact that the host/owner lives in another country and was very slow in responding to our concerns. Firstly the pathway leading up to the villa was under construction which though I was informed of this, it was impossible for my elderly mother who was in a wheelchair to pass on. All of the showers were either broken (all the overheads were not working so had to use the side hoses) or had temperature issues, the bedroom door handle was broken, one of the rooms were unusable as it had a sewage smell. Also, the villa was not cleaned and ready for us at 2pm, this is of no fault of the housekeeper because it’s unfair for her to clean the whole place by herself. We informed the host of all of the above issues, she claimed to have sent a technician out to resolve all of them, I waited all day and they didn’t arrive. It’s a shame because if those issues were not there, it was actually a really nice looking villa.

The Housekeeper was the NICEST , KINDEST SOUL I have ever met. She is the best. She never made us feel uncomfortable she was so kind and respectful and made us feel like home treated us like her own children. The house was kept so clean and amazing she is the best

It was nice, but doors were broken of the rooms, main door got broken because it wasn’t good, and we had to pay for it. Called us unpleasant host, bery rude. Last day no electricity, hot no help and slept without airco in 43 degree celcius, when we called the host told me that she ks sleeping and did not hell with the case

That the maids were the whole time in our house and that nonw of them can speak english, we couldn’t communicate

Absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The Villa was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The location was also perfect, close to everything and very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and excellent value. Djamila was lovely 🙏

It's a really nice house with a lot of space. It's quiet and perfect for a family stay.

I rented the place for the space and opportunity to have a private getaway with my mother and asked the landlord to not get disturbed by her personell until checkout time, 2 pm. A minor thing happened that wasn't appreciated but worth to mention as the communication don't seem to work well. I got confirmed from the landlord we wouldn't get disturbed and the morning after in the morning the pool cleaner entered the property unannounced around 10 am without saying hello or something, started to clean the pool. When I asked him if he didn't get information that there are guests renting the house he said he knew about it but thought we were sleeping and thought it was okay to just enter and do his job. I contacted the landlord that said she would talk to the staff and that she had informed them and shouldn't have entered. For me, paying full price for my privacy I really do expect to have my privacy. Did I get compensated? No, instead I got a rude message back showing me that this landlord will not be my choice next time me or anyone I know come back to Marrakech.

It’s a bit far away from everything! So you will need a car or get taxis everywhere. No local restaurants and the nearest shop is about 40 minute walk round trip, but again not huge problem!

We loved the facilities, Jacuzzi, sauna steam room, heated pool and large spacious bedrooms with property.

Water facilities on arrival. We feel the water bottles should be provided at least for the first night.

seul petit bémol il faut savoir que la villa est plus loin que sur le point mentionné sur booking donc prévoir des véhicules nous on faisait tout en taxi ca se fait bien aussi

L’hôte est à l’écoute et réactif en cas de question ou de problèmes , la localisation est bonne et le personnel sur place est au top

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette villa à Marrakech. La propriétaire est vraiment adorable, toujours disponible et très à l’écoute, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le personnel de la villa était lui aussi au top : serviable, discret, chaleureux et toujours prêt à nous aider avec le sourire. La villa en elle-même est superbe : très propre, spacieuse et parfaitement agencée. Les espaces de vie sont grands et lumineux, les chambres confortables, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain, ce qui est un vrai plus. La piscine est magnifique, idéale pour se détendre, et tout l’équipement nécessaire est présent — nous n’avons manqué de rien.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette magnifique villa, tout y était parfait d’abord un grand merci à Jamila et touria qui se sont occupées des petits déjeuner et de l’entretient de la maison qui sont d’une extrême gentillesse, ainsi que la propriétaire qui reste joignable étant l’ecoute pour nos questions à l’arrivée Nous avons adoré: -la beauté de cette magnifique villa la déco ,le confort …. - l’espace , celle si est vraiment très grande - la propreté des lieux - la piscine chauffée -les petits déjeuners Bref tout était parfait

Wrong location entirely 20-25 mins into city centre!! Heated pool was promised before hand but not provided

L’établissement était au top propre fonctionnel. Si tu es loin de la ville, Le point essentiel etait la gentillesse des dames de Maison, leur sourire serviable et savent faire très bien leur travail discrètes

We truly enjoyed our stay at the villa. The house was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. What made our experience even more special were the housekeepers/cleaners: incredibly kind, helpful, and their work was excellent. Highly recommended!

Stem bath wasn’t working. No worries though, just spent more time in the heated pool.

Everything was perfect, nothing was a problem for the cook/cleaners all facilities were excellent and the price was outstanding

Most things faulty in the property or broken.

Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. Unsafe for children wire hanging out from everywhere, hot tub was faulty no hot water in pool, freezing water. Electricity went off everyday almost 10/15 times every evening, it was really dark and unsafe for children. Location is wrongly advertised on the website of booking. Com. We reported everything and nothing was done. Window was damaged and they try to charge us for the damage too. Which is unacceptable. I bedroom AC was not working too. Lots of problems and nothing will get done. Very big communication issue they didn’t speak English so they just speak in Arabic which was very frustrating. I would not return again.

This property had everything you need for a very relaxing holiday with Family & friends. Great communication from the Host! Definitely recommend !!
