Right next to Lalaport so its easy to shop and dine. Check in check out was easy with operator responsiveness. Wifi was good, building facilities were good too. Bed was comfy and all amenities (towel, toiletries, dining cutlery, microwave, washing machine) were provided.

The unit is dual key unit and we got the smaller studio which was pretty small by KL standard. And the unit shares door with the joining unit and soundproofing was really bad you can hear noises everytime someone walks in and out.

Easy, fast and clear communication with the staff (which can be challenging with other agencies in Lucentia). The apartment was great, with all you need. Moreover, pool and gym are incredible.

All is was perfect ! The place is same as the booking picture. It was easy access, good location near to lalaport, clean, cozy & utilities all good. Recommeded to others ! 👍

Facilities, good secured place, very good management and staff. Easy to communicate. Tried their best to accommodate our requests. Definitely a good choice for us.

Overall was good. Probably room for improvement would be to include a carpet and shoe rack for the unit.

V prvom rade krásny výhľad z 39.poschodia apartmánu rovno na Petronas towers, Menara tower, Merdeka 118. Nekonečný bazén na 35.poschodí bol tiež super, ale studená voda. Na 3.poschodí je ďalší bazén. Poloha apartmánu je super, ku všetkému blízko. Klimatizácia aj ventilátor v apartmáne. My sme si pobyt užili.

Almost all was great...clean and cozy room with nice view. Good facilities. Able to watch Netflix, YouTube.

The bathroom has this unpleasant sewage smell. The towels we got are smelly..damp towel smell. The coffee table is kinda shaky/ broken. It would better if there's a clothes drying rack.

Cleanliness. The floor wasnt properly mopped and there is a dirt leftover from previous guests.

Spacious room

Der Pool mit dem Glasboden war ganz nett. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren ein Pluspunkt.

Bei Anreise klebriger Herd, Kühlschrank, dreckige Toilette, Dusche unsauber sowie unsaubere Bettwäsche . Ich habe dies alles direkt angemerkt, worauf auch jemand geschickt wurde. Das Ergebnis war erschreckend. Es wurde mit einem trockenen Handtuch erst versucht die klebrigen Flecken aus dem Kühlschrank zu entfernen und anschließend mit dem selben trockenen Handtuch versucht die Klobrille zu säubern. Ich habe letztlich Desinfektionsmittel gekauft und selbst gereinigt, sowie die Bettwäsche gewaschen. Die komplette Wohnanlage befindet sich nicht in einem sonderlich guten Zustand. Im Pool fehlen etliche Fliesen, Gebäudeteile bröckeln ab, der Eingangsbereich der Wohnunganlage hingegen ist jedoch recht gepflegt. Ich würde nicht erneut buchen,es gibt wesentlich bessere Wohnanlagen in Bukit Bintang. Der Vermieter reagiert auf Anfragen, wenn auch manchmal an eine ausstehende Rückantwort erinnert werden muss.

Best. Dapat tengok menara KL, KLCC & menara 118. Selesa. Layan tv. Turun bawah je untuk ke Lalaport & Zepp. Mandi kolam. Ada mesin basuh & dryer. Barang dapur ada. Puas hati.

Had a lovely stay, check in process was easy, location was great and very close to the MRT and easy access to La La Port as well - would highly recommend!

The view of the KL city skyline from both the living room and bedroom was truly spectacular. The privacy, security, and facilities at Lucentia Residence were excellent, making the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommended! Will stay again.

La urbanización en la que está es muy bonita y cuidada, con mucha seguridad, la zona de la piscina muy bonita y muy amplia (la pega es que para tomar el sol no vale porque tiene una especie de tejabana y le da poco el sol, pero eso he visto que es algo muy común aqui). El apartamento bien de tamaño, como en las fotos. Tiene 2 aires acondicionados y 2 ventiladores, con lo cual estupendo. Es tranquilo y se puede descansar bien, ademas tiene cortinas opacas. Está conectado con un gran centro comercial con mucha zona exterior de restauración, tiendas y supermercado.

La mayor pega e incomodidad del alojamiento fue el olor horrible que salía del baño... de las cañerías. Según la hora del día era más o menos acusante, pero la verdad que a ratos era muy desagradable entrar al baño.También en mi opinión le faltaba iluminación, costaba verse bien en el espejo. Una pena lo del olor porque las demás cosas estaban muy bien

Convenient, easily accessible, host prompt response

Some things not exactly pet friendly, was scared my cats will damage the hanging light in the bedroom and on top of the dining table.

Great stay! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The room was comfortable and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and the overall experience was pleasant

Door is difficult to lock

The location of the property is perfect. Within a 5-10minute drive from KLCC. Train station and a mall are nearby. 10 minutes from Chinatown town. The property is a studio with a big bed and a nice bathroom. The building has access to a gym and infinity pool (unfortunately the pool was under maintenance works when we were there, so we had no access). There is a sofa and a sofa. There are also dishes and crockery in case you want to cook or eat in.

There was a very strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Unfortunately, that made things a bit uncomfortable.

all good .only two things need to be change .the mattress and the doorknob.doorknob very diffcult to unlock and the mattress ,its hard as brick .im staying for 2night and i had a backpain after that .but afterall its a nice and cozy home .

The staff was too many to contact with and not really friendly.the facilities at the kitchen only have 1 plug..the bed was not comfortable.

The studio was clean and had everything you would need for a stay (functional kitchen, washing machine/dryer, iron, good WiFi), and the view over Kuala Lumpur was beautiful.

The room is very cozy and complete with everything i need. The staff is very helpful,the environment there is so nice and mashaAllah the view from the pool area are soooooo mesmerizing especially night time..Will definitely repeat again!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. We can see the beautiful scenery of KL city from the room. My kids enjoyed to play at the playground and swimming pool.

Location is fabulous connected to the metro. Check-in and check-out is seamless. Apartment got wonderful views of the kl tower as well as PETRONAS towers both from the balcony in the living room as well as window of the bedroom. Swimming pool is just wow. Totally happy overall with the experience. Apartment had cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer etc.

The bed size could have been little bit bigger

It's my 2nd time in Lucentia. The unit was good and the host was always available. The washing machine was a plus.

Check in was easy. The owner was very friendly and met the guests. Great view. Awesome. twin towers were nicely lit for deepavali.. Great location if you want to take train. Quiet neighborhood. Safe and secure.

The facilities were good but the pool was ALWAYS busy and loud. Proximity to Lalaport was amazing. The gym could be better serviced (hand sanitizer filled, sanitizing solution to wipe down equipment and AC on at start of day)

The check in process was rather complicated and the guards at the gate insisted on us providing our passports before letting us through. This is not normal practice and made me feel very uncomfortable. The hosts neglected to inform me of this and it led to unnecessary stress and aggravation after a very long journey. The apartment also had the obnoxious scent of napthalene balls to deter insects but it was too strong and gave me a headache. The kitchen equipment was also scarce there could be a better knife (only a paring veggie knife provided), containers or jugs for water storage in fridge and maybe even Kleenex (only toilet paper provided). There is also no clock and keeping track of time without looking at our phones was a pain. The desk in the bedroom made access to both bed sides difficult.

It is an illegal airbnb apartment unit so the process from entering the premise, getting the keys in the mailbox to the point of entering the unit felt wrong and tedious. The security guards were so aggresive and rude when talking to you, the staff guiding you to the mailbox was shouting and didnt help at all

Lot of facilities we can use

Facilities & location is great. It's next to Lalaport & easily accessible. For us, kitchen & washer dryer are major plus. Kids like the swimming pool.

All was good. Maybe can offer more options for TV entertainment :)

Cozy place, lalaport nearby, metro nearby. It's my second time in this residence.

Good pool, quiet, good access to Lalaport- big shopping mall, the host was helpful and responsive. Great view from pool, gym was ok.

KL is very busy, the area in front of the hotel felt a little uncomfortable as a solo female traveller. Was a little far from main attractions.

It is supe cozy. Easy access to city centre. The host is very nice & has high tolerancy due to our request for late check out.

It was a perfect place to staycation.They have washer and dryer that i like the most. The infinity pool is superb. The view from master bedroom is awesome. The lalaport is just a few step.

The layout of the place so nice & infinity pool. The room simple, yet so nice & comfy. It can fit more than 4 person. The place also can access from lalaport.

Just provide more tissue paper. Parking lot a bit high to go. Nothing more, everything else just nice.
