Reviewed Mar 11, 2026A lovely spacious apartment with great facilities and ideally located next to Hagley Park. It was perfect for us to have a base for a week during our long term travel trip. Alexia was also very attentive and checked whether we needed anything throughout our stay.

Sofa bed was VERY poor, slopping and uncomfortable Pillows were worn and thin Bedding blankets and duvets had stains Couch/sofa bed upholstery very stained they put a cotton throw over to try and hide uncleanliness. Although the apartment was cleaned the carpets felt sticky to walk on and dirty.

More road noise than we were expecting but still able to sleep well. Front door mechanism takes a bit of time to get the hang of, need clearer instructions on having to pause before entry.
