The location was great as it was just across the street from the railway and subway stations. Room was very spacious.

Staff engagement and communication were limited. The property name was different to what it’s labelled as on Booking.com. For ride-share apps, Yibo Apartment Hotel will bring up the right location.

Location met my needs - food, transport, airport all close to the apartment. Nice area to walk around...felt very safe even late at night. Locals very friendly.

We were extremely disappointed with the experience, as the apartment we originally booked clearly mentioned having a kitchen, which was one of the primary reasons for our selection due to our family’s specific food requirements. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the apartment did not have a kitchen at all. Later, we were shifted to another apartment in a similar building, but that apartment did not provide the same view and experience as the one we had originally booked and paid for. Although the replacement apartment had a kitchen setup, there were no proper kitchen amenities or utensils available, making it practically unusable. Overall, this felt like a complete misrepresentation of the property listing and a betrayal of customer trust. We specifically chose and paid for a certain type of apartment experience, but what was delivered was entirely different from what had been advertised.

It was pretty big for the price and the location was great. The staff were also helpful.

We picked this hotel entirely for the location next to the Guangzhou east train station for an early morning train,the check in was a bit tricky as they only accept Ali pay or cash which we had neither of but there was an atm 2 minutes away so we paid cash,no English at all spoken apart from on the phone which wasn’t a problem,there are a lot of restaurants and shops nearby but we opted for McDonald which was a 5 minute walk ,I would book this hotel again simply for the location and cost

C'est toujours l'étape où je viens y passer mon séjour quand je participe à la foire de Canton , cette fois-ci j'ai eu une chambre plus vétuste, mais toujours propre, l'hôtel est proche de tous les commerces et de la gare de Guangzhou. Le petit plus est le lave-linge pour les lessive journalières

La vétusté de la chambre qui aurait besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement et surtout que le frigo avait des problèmes de fermeture de porte donc avait du mal à refroidir les produits qu'on mettait à l'intérieur

Perfect Location!!! And the facilities were good!!! The subway was across the street and the apt was in front of mayor big malls…and food and restaurants, people from front desk were very kind!!! The room was with refrigerator and the laundry, it was super helpful!!!

We were expecting to get at least a microwave!!!

Guangzhou railway east station is across the street and you can go where you want, room is very large and you have a lot of space and accomodation

Nothing everything will be fine

The room is dirty and full of dust. And I moved rooms several times during check-in.

The room was lovely. A spacious 2 floors loft with a panoramic view of the city. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for Jenny for all your attention and help during our accomodation.

Location was great had no problems finding a good meal nearby, Subway just down the road and PoPark shopping centre just minutes away. Staff were friendly and cheerful English not well spoken but got by OK

ZERO n NOTHING EVEN WORTH MENTIONING

This hotel is utterly crap and F;'vxg Up! NEVER TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL! IT IS A SCAM!!! POOR SERVICE AND TERRIBLE LOUSY MANAGER! The service is extremely lousy. The moment the staff opened the door. The mouldy old smell gushed out of the room! Zero safety towards guests' welfare. No floor mats. There was no anti slip matter in the shower area, and I almost slipped 3 times. The toilet is dark and poorly lit. Half the room lights were down. After feedback that what we see is not what we paid for. The manager makes ZERO apologise and gave all sorts of excuses instead of accepting the feedback positively! I am disappointed how booking.vom permits such hotel to be listed on the platform. It is either your team is sleeping on their job or has ZERO ethics and standard and credibility to your customers.! The best joke ever is that if 2 guests are staying in the same room, there is anneed of more than 45mins of intervals before the next person can take a hot bath. And even when I waited for more than an hour, I ended up showering in a cold water. I demand an explanation from booking.com for onboarding such a lousy hotel and service.

The location was very near to Guangzhou East High Speed Train station. Use Exit 3 to walk to the apartment It is also a near to bus interchange.

There were 2 providers, theirs was next to the Family Mart. When we first arrived around 9pm, we didn’t manage to get our booked room as the last guest was hospitalised and did not check out, we end up was given a downgraded room. This room condition was bad and very room down. When given our booked room on the next day, someone knocked our room around 12 midnight saying that we called the police but we didn’t. He wanted me to open the door but I refused. I texted the counter where they got someone to check that the man already left. When they sent their staff to repair the lock, we wasn’t informed and caught us by surprise.

Quite old and dusty. Coakroach traps in every corner in the room. Wi-fi was too slow.

The apartment was clean, the room had a washing machine but the best were the staff. From reception to cleaning staff to doorman. I hope to make this my go to stay when in Guangzhou.

The location was superb, just two buildings from Guangzhou East Railway and also across PO Park Mall, there is an excellent eatery and convenience store below. The room was really big and comfortable, with good facilities like washer, detergent, fridge and microwave etc

There are no plates nor utensils, plus the housekeeper did not refill toilet paper even though it was running thin, the windows were not fully clean hence ruining the view plus it is not very sound proof hence prone to sounds of neighbours opening doors and water flowing sounds of shower, and not all lights were working. Too bad I got a room with a view of a creepy abandoned building across.

Misleading information about the name of the apparent, it wasn't Peace apartments, luckily my Chinese friend came to help me to find the place, even then took long time to find the place because of the different name of the place.

The location is very good. Near to a shopping plaza and guangzhou east railway station. By walking about 5 minutes, you can go to subway. The location of this subway station is on the same line with airport station, so it is very convenient to come from airport. The room size is acceptable, and the furniture is new. There is reception for 24 hours and they are helpful. But, they do not know english, you need to use wechat to talk with them. And in the first place, it is quiet difficult to find reception, if you do not have internet. And there is not a place to go outside at nights like bar, but if you go for business, it is not much important. I can stay here in my next visit.
