Luxurious Family Residence Facing City Stars Mall

أوصي بهذه الشقة بكل ثقة فقد كانت الإقامة مريحة والشقة نظيفة ومرتبة ومجهزة بكافة الاحتياجات التي تضمن للنزيل إقامة مريحة. كان الاستقبال راقيًا منذ لحظة الوصول، كما أن المالك الدكتور/ محمد عزالدين كان متعاونًا جدًا، سريع الاستجابة، وحرص على توفير جميع سبل الراحة والتعامل مع أي استفسار أو طلب بكل احترافية واهتمام. تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس وأتطلع بكل تأكيد إلى تكرار الإقامة هنا مستقبلًا. كل الشكر والتقدير على حسن الاستقبال والضيافة.

Veldig rent, moderne leilighet, og ganske sentralt. God kommunikasjon med eier, behjelpelig og svarte med engang man tok kontakt med.

Selve bygget er gammelt, og inngangen til bygget kunne vært renere.

Host was easy to communicate with and providing keys on arrival

Main issues: - Listing makes it look like you're staying in the brick building shown in the photos, but this is not the case and deliverately posted by the owner to mislead. - There are about 50 pictures of the buidling apartment, however the ownwer deliberately didn't put up pics of the actual building. - The building exterior and common areas were in very poor condition - The apartment itself was dated and run-down, with visible maintenance problems, not the “luxury” standard promised in the listing. The photos on Booking.com did not depict the true state of either the building or the apartment we were given. We only stayed one hour before immediately leaving to find another apartment, as it was not possible to continue our stay here. The owner did not take ownership of the issues and refused to refund any of the booking amount. I have attached actual photos from my stay so future guests can see the true state of the property. Unless the listing is updated to accurately reflect reality, I would strongly caution others against booking here.

Location is perfect in front of city stars, the apartment is clean, comfortable and safe. Owner Dr.Mohammad and madam Suad are Friendly and flexible.

The apartment is very clean, modern, comfortable and contemporary with all the basic amenities one could need. It is also a walking distance to the city stars mall and there’s a small kiosk downstairs where u can find basic provisions and more,

The storey building

Great location with easy access to city stars mall and many other facilities. Very clean and comfortable apartment. The owner is prompt in response and made us feel at home. I would definitely consider staying here again.
