Bardzo polecamy to miejsce na komfortowy wypoczynek. Apartament był ogromny, pięknie urządzony, bardzo wygodne łóżko i piękny widok na prywatną plażę. Personel bardzo uprzejmy, bardzo dbają o utrzymanie czystości na plażach i na terenie obiektu. Smaczne posiłki, duży wybór na śniadanie.

Uwaga na transport łodzią!!! Przy falach można być całkowicie przemoczonym.

Les prix sont très chères. ATTENTION : les transferts en bateau ne sont pas inclut et les tarifs sont très élevés ! Compter pour 2 personnes juste un aller retour en bateau 65€ pour 10 mins. Le choix au restaurant est pauvre, les prix sont eux aussi élevés…

We loved the room on the hill side and the fact we had a private beach. Staff were great and always looked after us. Restaurant was amazing with excellent selection for breakfast and lunch and dinner were very high quality. Ordering lamb shank and mashed potato was a risk an island but it was expetional. Drinks were pricey and cocktails quite weak but this is the same across Borneo.

Sand flies everywhere but obviously staff couldn't do anything about that!. They seemed oblivious to bug spray (sand flies not staff 😁 )Mixing with tourists during the day was challenging especially around jetty area. Staff do their best but maybe wristband or separate area would help aid confusion. Also there was a ton of rubbish in the sea. Again staff do their best with morning and evening beach clean but tourists just dropped litter everywhere.

Prachtig en verzorgd resort op Manukan Island, met leuke en ruime bungalows. Snorkelen van op het privé-strand! Het personeel doet er alles aan om gasten een prettig verblijf te bezorgen zonder opdringerig te zijn (vb hulp bij het organiseren van activiteiten en een take-away ontbijt bij vroege check-out). Restaurant met heel lekker eten en leuke, ontspannen sfeer!

Het bootvervoer van en naar het eiland is inbegrepen maar alleen op specifieke tijdstippen. Daarbuiten wordt vervoer wel tegen betaling georganiseerd maar is vrij duur.

La plage est sale et j’ai été dévorée par des sand bugs ( plus de 100 piqûres). De nombreux déchets plastiques dans la mer. J’ai rempli 3 sacs poubelle de déchets plastiques en tout genre. Dommage lorsque l’on est entouré d’une si belle nature

Beautiful room, spacious, clean and well equipped. There’s a private beach, which was nice to have as the public one get quite busy during the day with tourists from daily boat trips. The house keeping staff was lovely, and it did a great and fast job daily making up our room. The island itself is beautiful, although unfortunately trash of any kind can be found on the beaches.

The restaurant staff wasn’t very attentive. My friend has many allergies which we explained right at the beginning, and every time we ordered food we made sure to ask to remove from the dish the products she couldn’t eat. This was almost never taken into account, leading us to need to send back many dishes, and check our food every time. Most of the drinks they offer are not properly refrigerated. Moreover, we noticed that the breakfast tables are set the prior night, this includes products that are supposed to be eaten in the morning such as butter and jam, which is left all night exposed to the high temperatures of the night. This led to us avoiding eating the butter as it was always melted and smelled terribly.

We stayed in a 2 storey hillside cabin which was very comfortable and great views over the ocean. The staff were exceptional and the food was amazing!!

The only thing we didn’t like is the amount of rubbish the Chinese tourists leave along the beach. They have no respect for what a beautiful island this is.

Od samego początku czułem się zaopiekowany przez personel, na wiele dni przed przyjazdem otrzymałem dokładne instrukcję dojazdu na miejsce zbiórki przed rejsem. Stały kontakt WhatsApp. Momentami można było poczuć się jak w serialu Biały Lotos. Pokoje o wysokim standardzie, zadbana plaża z udogodnienieniami. Dobre śniadania. Generalnie świetne miejsce ze sprawnym i szybkim dojazdem. Żałuję, że byłem tam tylko jedną noc.

La atención del personal que sin duda fue lo mejor, 10/10! Todo el mundo súper amable, tuvimos un problema (goteras) en la suite y vinieron muy rápido y lo arreglaron en un momento. Las instalaciones muy bien, la verdad que todo súper limpio y cómodo, disfrutamos mucho de la estancia allí.

El proceso de check-in fue largo (nos dieron mucha información que consta tal cual en el folleto que ya está en la habitación) y tras la explicación nos dice que no hay sitio para cambiarse de ropa (ponerse el bikini) en la recepción y que hay que ir a los baños públicos (que estaban súper sucios y descuidados). La verdad que teniendo en cuenta el hotel creo que podrían tener un baño en la recepción o una habitación para cambiarse… Y como segundo punto malo es que si bien la playa estaba “limpia” (había algún plástico flotando en el agua) literalmente a 50 metros (en una zona donde no está permitido bañarse) había montañas de botellas de plástico… un poco triste estar en una isla paradisiaca y encontrarse con este panorama. Soy consciente que no depende totalmente del hotel esto pero creo que es algo que se puede mejorar.

Les chambres sont agréables. Tout est très proche. Il y a aussi des petites attentions de la part du personnel toujours souriant.

Quand nous avons réservé avec Booking, c'était assez cher. Le prix a baissé juste après, mais on n'a pas pu annuler la première réservation et reprendre au tarif plus bas. Par ailleurs, le chemin d'accès au Sunset Point n'avait pas été déblayé et était interdit. La salle de sport est aussi très décevante.

Great resort with everything you need. The villa was amazing, clean and cozy, with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The view from the terrace is unbelievable! They provide towels, beach towels, and flip-flops. The food is amazing, for breakfast you can choose between American and local, salty and sweet dishes, and there are different menus for lunch and dinner. The portions are large, you definitely won't get hungry here :D The staff is amazing, everyone is so friendly, and they take good care of you. You can rent snorkelling gear, there are lots of fish to explore in the sea.

Be aware of the sandflies, and use some minty creams or oils to prevent your legs from turning into a feasting table for them – just like ours did :D Unfortunately, on our last day, there were lots of jellyfish in the sea, so we couldn't go in, but that's not the resort's fault, obviously. Also not their fault, but the island can get pretty crowded between 9 AM and 4 PM, with swarms of dayboat tourists taking millions of photos everywhere. Luckily, the resort has a private beach, relatively separated from the tourists, so you can still enjoy some privacy.

Achtung es gibt kein Internet auf den Zimmern, nur im Empfangsbereich oder im Restaurant und schlechte Verbindung. 4 mal am Tag wird der Strom abgeschaltet. (Manchmal laenger als 5 Minuten. Der Strand ist bei entsprechendem Wind sehr dreckig, der nicht private Strand wird von Tagestouristen bevoelkert. Fruehstueck ist kein Buffet, wie geschrieben, sondern ein Set das man bestellen kann. Es gibt nur 6 sets zur Auswahl. Das Abendsessen aehnlich nach drei Tagen, hatten wir alles gegessen. Das Management ist unflexibel und nicht kundenorientiert. Der Gymbereich offen und hat kaum Geraete

it took long time to change to a better (and more expensive place) as the management did not inform there staff. Once I talked with them directly it worked out rather quickly. In general, I would propose to go to this island on a day trip

We liked our stay at Manukan Island as the staff is really attentive. The (hillside) villa was spacious in particular and really comfortable. We also liked the design, you feel like in a nice american beach house. Breakfast and dinner (veggie) were very good. We would recommend the resort, but be aware that Manukan island can be full of garbage, much of coral reefs already destroyed and the island overflown with daytrip tourists...

Dining options are pathetic. Meals are way too expensive. It's a China tourist centric location. The room requires quite a lot of maintenance. The tub in the room was functioning but requires more maintenance. The room was too far and high up. It might be dangerous for senior citizens or children.

La villa avec la vue sur la mer et sa tranquillité. La plage privée qui permet d’éviter les bateaux de touriste même si elle donne sur les bateaux.

Le manque d’activité proposé et un seul et unique restaurant mais qui était cependant très bon avec un menu différent le soir ce qui est appréciable.

Top Lage, schöne Aussicht. Tolle Insel, super Restaurant. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Es wurde sich viel Mühe gegeben über die Weihnachtsfeiertage. Nachdem um 16 uhr alle Tages Touristen weg sind ist es idyllisch ruhig. Ein kleines Paradies.

TOUT 👍👍👍 ; bien que l’île voit débarquer des vagues de touristes de 9h à 15h , la plage privée nous donnait vraiment l’impression d’être seuls sur une île déserte, après 16 h l’île est a nous ;,magique ;l’ensemble du personnel est adorable , serviable , attentif , toujours souriant ! Un vrai bonheur ; le restaurant est très correct au regards des « critères occidentaux «  ; les fonds marins sont riches dés que l’on s’éloigne un tout petit peu , corails poissons requins … et chose rare en Asie la plage ( nettoyée quotidiennement ( est relativement propre . QUE DU BONHEUR . Merci à toute l’équipe, aux groupe de chanteurs et particulièrement à Grâce pour sa gentillesse, son efficacité et son aide pour nous aider à organiser la suite de notre voyage

直接在岛上，我们就没有选择跳海项目，自己带了浮漂和泳镜，早上起来还可以在游客之前拍照，享受没有人的海，浮潜和小鱼儿互动太可爱啦～ 每天的免费早餐也是特别的多，吃着很满足

Friendly attentive staff. Hillside villas area is really tranquill and has excellent views. Food in restaurant was delicious (you have to go to a same one for every meal, so it's a relief it was a good one). Private beach is pretty and calm and there is a living coral reef further away + plenty of fishies feeding/hiding under the pier. There is a water filter in a room so you don't have to buy tons of plastic bottles. People coming for day trips weren't bothering at all, they were relatively quiet and mostly stayed in a small area near the pier taking photos or soaking in shallow water. Boat engines spooked some of the marine life though, best snorkelling was before/after boats come and go.

Beer is weirdly expensive even compared to the overall higher prices due to being on an island. Resort itself is nice, but I wish they would also take some responsibility for the locations on the island that don't belong to the resort directly. There is trash just steps away from the resort grounds, some closed down buildings from a former youth camp or something similar that used to be on an island before the resort, ridge trail that used to go through the island seems to be abandoned or closed, sunset point trail is open but is also somewhat neglected towards the end.

Unspoiled, serene and relaxing location with private beach and abundant nature both on land and underwater. Very spacious and nicely furnished accommodation. Friendly, attentive and helpful staff.

Tourist hoards on the public beach between 10:00 and 15:00 hrs, but the island’s popularity is easy to understand. But having the place to yourself at other times is bliss. Rooms / villas lack WiFi, resulting in too much screen time at the dinner table.

The whole experience felt like a tropical escape. The beach was absolutely stunning, crystal clear water, soft sand, and calm waves perfect for swimming. The staff were warm, helpful, and always smiling, making the stay even more relaxing. The breakfast had a good mix of local and international options, and dining by the sea was just beautiful. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunset.

The Wi-Fi connection was pretty weak inside the room or none but this was informed that there won't be any wifi so no issues.

Это не к отелю, а в целом к острову и экологии… толпы туристов в течении дня, куча пластика и стекла на пляже, какой -то желейный планктон в воде, и, главное, именно там оказались песчаные мухи, которые покусали нещадно и в интернете лучше не читать о последствиях🤪

Great breakfast available. Spacious rooms with good air conditioning. Nice and quiet when all the day trippers went home. The hotel has a private beach away from the crowds. Liked the nightly turn-down service, chocolate, and weather forecast summary that we got while at dinner.

They are missing wifi in the rooms, which is a pain when mobile access is poor and you want to do more than step away from social media. The rooms also need some maintenance: we had a dangling down light and a very noisy ceiling fan in the main bedroom that had to be turned off so we could sleep, meaning we got eaten by mozzies because the netting was incomplete in the bathroom area. The snorkeling was also disappointing, so don't have great expectations if that's why you are going there. The local snorkeling equipment you hire was also poor - the hotel doesn't have their own to rent. But none of that detracted from us having a lovely, relaxing time, and enjoying a range of cocktails.

Amazing location-at the beautiful island. Very good hotel. Staff was taking a lot of effort to keep our comfort. All comments regarding resorts beach and separation from every day visitors were improved. We were enjoying calm and relaxed stay there.

Had a wonderful two days at Manukan island. The resort is in a beautiful spot, one is immersed in nature. The resort has a separate beach to the beach used by day visitors, there were plenty of shaded loungers. The snorkeling was exceptional, we brought our own equipment. The food at the restaurant was nice, prices around 30-60 myr per dish for lunch/dinner, breakfast was included and was delicious.

I would appreciate more information about the boat transfer before booking. The room description says that boat transfer is included but the boat is only at scheduled times, otherwise one has to pay quite a lot for a private transfer. The earliest boat to leave the island was 12 pm, the latest boat to get to the island was 3:30 pm. I did raise to the reception team that I wasn't sure we'd make the afternoon transfer to the resort as our flight was landing in KK in the afternoon and they kindly offered to wait for us for up to an hour (which eventually wasn't necessary) Many reviews also bring up the litter issue. It isn't that bad, but there's quite a lot of trash on the edges of the beach. I didn't see any staff clear those areas. The sunset spot at the tip of the island was particularly bad and the bins there were overfilling.
