Great location, nearby the KLCC, a few steps away from the train station. The unit was very clean and spacious, and the wifi very fast and stable.

The receptionist could be more welcoming (not the host). When checking in, he only asked me to call the host on my end, while for him would have been much easier to make a local call.

Location is great, 20 min walking distance from the big towers. The room had everything it should have, was clean and tidy. There is no check-in desk but they are very responsive through messaging.

The water in the shower never turned warm. Also, there is no luxury, it's a normal studio apartment. Even though there were two air-conditioners, it did not cool down very much.

The apartment is large, clean and well-equipped. Located 20min walk from Petronas Towers and KL Tower. The swimming pool is very pleasant to cool off in at the end of the afternoon. Access is easy with our badge. And the elevators are fast, almost no waiting!

Had fabulous stay with my family, centrally located and had cafe and shops, hair saloon located in ground floor. Cherry on top, there is also 24 hours shop which sells hot food as well. Easy to access to main attractions by walking. Has all facilities as described, good view from balcony. Hospitality was exceptional, will defintely recommend this property if you are planning to visit KL.

Very comfortable and clean room with kitchen, washing machine, tv, electric adapters. They have a small balcony too so you can hang clothes or chill in the morning. Location is also quite close to the famous towers. 📍LRT BUKIT NANAS 📍KLCC 📍BUKIT BINTANG

The location is good in terms of convenience for commute to different places and the building itself has few stores and eating places.

The wifi was not working throughout our stay. We asked the contact person to rectify the same. He did not get back to us and kept delaying. Finally, he responded saying that nothing can be done. We had to use our international sim cards on roaming for the internet throughout our stay. There is no view from the rooms as the building is completely surrounded by other buildings. Check in process could have been better. We waited for quite sometime for the person in charge to show up, post which we had to complete the payment process. The person assumed we will pay in cash and did not have a card machine. We again ended up waiting for him to get the card machine.

The room was clean. The check in and out went easy. There was everything in the apartment: microwave oven, washing machine, cooker, some dishes,sofa, dining table. It would be comfortable for a long stay too. It was 33d floor

There is almost no view from the balcony. The window faces another building so close that you can see other people and they can see you. The TV didn't work.

They submitted a false 10/10 review on behalf of my name, the photo is inaccurate, they asked to cancel the booking, I ended up paying 1.5 more for the room advertised for that room type.

Location was amazing. I was within walking distance to 2 metro stations, walking distance from the Petronas Tower but also in a location that made it easier to get Grab taxis when I needed. The property itself was studio. Some areas possibly needed a bit of paint but when you consider the price you pay and what you get....that is very minor. I loved that there was a washing machine, hob and balcony in the apartment and that there was a gym, pool and other amenities in the building. There is security available 24/7 and you have to have a pass to get into each tower. It is also useful to know that there is a cafe, and 2 convenience stores located in the lobby; one of which is open 24 hrs.

The photo specified for the room type I booked was incorrect, the photo showed a desk and a chair, and when I checked in they explained it is of a totally different apartment. It's not a photo of a hotel, but a photo of a particular type of apartment that I booked. Then I asked if that was available, they said yes, for a different price. I paid 1300rm instead of 1070rm to stay there. And then on Whatsapp they started demanding that I cancel the booking because they have me a discount. I didn't want to cancel, and they asked to pay another 200rm if I want to stay. I paid 1.5x the price, total. And then, after a week, a 10/10 review appears under my name. A review that I didn't leave. I'll edit it.

The location is very nice, close to all touristic areas. The price is quite cheap. Size is nice for 2 people

The location was nice. Everything was provided. Cloth rack as well was provided upon request. The host was very helpful, nice, and always there when needed. There was a money exchange office, a 24/7 shop and a restaurant in the building. We had a wonderful stay.

I wanted a hotel for my last 2 nights ever in SEAsia, I had already cancelled a privately owned rented out suite. So when I arrived I was not happy to be getting the same. No safe no towels. No reception to greet you. Just a good guy as agent for the owner. He did explain everything well.

The studio had everything you need, felt homely, was clean, had everything you need in the kitchen, had a laundry machine and was in a nice safe spot with lots of international people around!

The pool area was in the shade and didn’t give a holiday feeling as it’s shared with residents/families with kids in the building. Also the showers in the studio weren’t the best

It was good value for money I guess but there were many things that didn't work. Like the shower... it was broken plus it only had cold water. The toilet was also right next to it in the minuscule bathroom. It was a bit run down too, with things a bit dirty from frequent use. The balcony was dirty, the glass has not been cleaned maybe not ever. The room was extremely moist and stuffy, maybe because there was no ventilation in the shower/bathroom. If you have to save money, yes, but otherwise maybe look for something better

From the very first time I walked into the room I made comment to the man who showed me the room that it smelt damp! After he left I was able to look at the room more closely. The bathroom was covered in mould. The walls, the floors, the shower screen was black with mould. When you flushed the toilet it leaked all over the floor. The couch cover was mouldy and filthy, which made it impossible to sit. I contacted the man again and he got someone to clean the bathroom, remove the shower curtain, it wasn't replaced so water went outside into the toilet area! The couch cover was removed and replaced with a clean one, the mouldy smell didn't disappear as the apartment had a damp mould problem throughout. Curtains in the bedroom, inside kitchen cupboards etc were full of mould. I kept the balcony door open as much as possible to air out the apartment but it didn't help.

Bed was really comfortable along with the pillows. Location was fantastic and 5 minutes from twin towers.

Definitely wouldn’t describe it as luxury, more like basic. Not at all like the pictures and some ominous stains on the sofa in the bedroom. The shower was luke warm and not powerful.

Being dependent on one specific person to return the key instead of just giving it back at the reception. Especially if that person shows up 15 minutes late to the agreed upon time. The room was not cleaned once during a 3 night stay.

The apartment is basic but large and pleasant. The location is very central (a short walk from the monorail and 10 minutes from Dang Wangi train station or Petronius Towers) - unfortunately those walks are unpleasant because on very busy roads but you get used to that and it seems fairly standard. I was on the 33rd floor so an interesting view. It was nice to have a fridge to store fruit etc and a balcony to air clothes and hang towels to dry. I didn’t use the washing machine but that too is practical, as are the two small grocery stores on the ground floor.

This is actually an apartment being let via an agent, which is not how I had understood the information on the platform. The standard is definitely not luxury - clean and functional but pretty basic and minimal. The swimming pool was not in service for my 4 day stay, which was very frustrating as I’d specifically wanted a pool. The agent wanted me to pay cash on arrival, which seemed dodgy as it was in contrast to the booking conditions. When I insisted on card payment, he wanted an additional fee (which I refused and he didn’t push it). Not sure that this is good value for the price by Malaysian standards.

The location is very near to tourist spots and very accessible either by walking or by car. Another thing that is value for money is access to the gym and pool there are coffee shops and convenience stores just by the main entrance.i Will stay again.
