The bed was way to hard, it was extremely uncomfortable and not worth the money at all

Die Lage ist perfekt, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Es wurden sogar Kaffee und kleine Getränke bereit gestellt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Lediglich der Abflussgeruch im Bad war etwas unangenehm.

1.地理位置: 优越，附近有便利店，市场，也可以看到海，打车去别的地方都比较便宜 2.卫生: 干净。床和地面都很干净。提供烧水壶，洗衣机，冰箱等，都很干净。 3.服务: 管家(应该是这样称呼的吧)服务态度非常好，很有礼貌，有什么问题都可以询问他。本来订房上对房型有点失望，但是沟通后我也能理解。我觉得能遇到这样的管家和房东让我觉得很幸运。房间还放了两罐可乐。 4.我很喜欢的一点: 我这个房型，阳台放置了可以晾衣服的架子。

电梯等待时间可能比较长，但这不是房东的错，也没法改进。 可能界面需要更加突出一下是私人公寓，不同房型装修和风景都会不一样。

Le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos, bien situé, propre et hôte très réactif. La piscine est très grande et très agréable. Super vue sur le couché de soleil !

Had a great stay here; the apartment was even better than the photos. It has been very thoughtfully designed (aesthetically and practically) and felt very warm, welcoming and comfortable, with lots of nice touches like fruit, drinks, coffee etc provided when we checked in. The sea view outside is lovely and you can see the sunset from bed :) Location is perfect and easy walking view from Gaya st, jetty, lots of places to eat. Finally, the host is so helpful and answered all our questions and requests very promptly.

(Not the fault of the host or property) The only thing is the lifts can be busy, but it wasn't really a big problem, just have to wait a little longer

這間住宿是我住過最舒適優雅的地方，房間用了屋主的收藏藝術品佈置的很溫暖，屋主超貼心的準備了12公升的瓶裝水讓我免除了搬水的困難，冰箱裡還先準備了一瓶牛奶和果汁，因為我是半夜到達我想屋主是為了方便我第一日到達可以有牛奶可喝，一般的住宿該有的設備這裡都有，而且所有設備包括吹風機都是名牌的，最重要的隨時有問題透過what's app 隨時都可以得到適時的幫助回答即使是半夜，尤其是浴室裏的籃子裏竟然連防蚊蟲用品（其實房間很乾淨沒有用到）連女性生理用品都有，床更是舒服，四個大枕頭睡的好舒服，我住在漁港前面，要跳島旅遊前面就是碼頭非常方便，樓下餐廳，咖啡廳，中央市場走路一分鐘就到，唯一一個缺點就是因為在市中心有時噪音比較大，但是屋主貼心的準備了耳塞，所以睡覺完全不受影響，這樣貼心的屋主是我獨自旅行經驗中非常少有的，還準備了雨傘帽子等等說不完的貼心，感謝屋主讓我有一個星期充份方便又舒服的假期，我住在24樓，風景優美，建議大家可以去享受一下，謝謝Ray Chialin Taiwan

L'alloggio è situato in un mega condominio nella zona del porto, ottima posizione per visitare la città e il mercato notturno e quello filippino. La vista è magnifica con tramonti spettacolari.

We were upgraded because the pool was out of action. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. In a fantastic location.

Das beste Apartment, das ich je gebucht habe! Im 24. Stock mit einem grenzenlos genialen Ausblick. Super hell, top Ausstattung, alles picobello sauber, sehr stylish – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Einziger Nachteil war, dass man sich ewig für den Lift anstellen musste… Sehr nervig und zeitaufwendig.

The room was stunning and so well thought out. Lots of wonderful extras that came in handy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the view was to die for. It was great to have a washing machine and tumble dryer and every possible thing you could need was there. We used the pool which was also wonderful. The owner was great at keeping in touch and when we were locked out he arrived quickly to let us in.

The lifts were always busy and there are only three. It was also busy and noisy at night which kept us awake sometimes.

We liked it so much here we stayed twice. The owner was great and kept our large bags whilst we went to a safari for three days. It was lovely to return to the apartment after the safari. We were welcomed with water milk and nice in the fridge on arrival and fresh fruit which was wonderful. There’s a large coffee machine which I loved and plenty of room to have breakfast each day with our children ( so 4 of us). There’s owners were so helpful when we wanted to stay longer. I can’t fault the service. The views make the property too. I sat for ages watching the boats and the sea and the sunsets

The lifts are busy and it’s a bit noisy outside.

房東的每一間設計都不一樣，不一定可以訂到自己想要的那間

自助入住超方便，不像飯店還要去櫃檯登記。 房間乾淨又溫馨，燈光、冷氣和音樂都已經開好，房東特別貼心。 有小米掃地機器人、洗烘一體機和齊全的廚房設備，還準備了水果、膠囊咖啡、沙巴茶包、牛奶、果汁和飲料。 早上醒來就是整片海景，傍晚坐在陽台吹風看快艇在海上穿梭。 地點就在市中心，樓下就有大超市和市場，非常方便！

臨時想要多住一晚， 很可惜接下來的房源滿了。

The host was there to show me how to use everything, and he provided basics such as milk, fresh juice, tea/coffee etc. The apartment was stunning. Very modern, everything I needed and more was there. I would definitely stop there again. Thankyou.

The view was amazing. Location of the place 5min walking distance from Gaya street. Home away from home. CK was very nice and sent recommendations for great places to eat.

Not within property control. The noise from the street and the fishing market and sometimes smell if you step outside balcony. The property provided ear plugs which was nice.

J’ai apprécié de pourvoir faire mes lessives. La kitchenette est très fonctionnelle. Je n’ai pas vu le gérant mais tout a été réglé facilement sur WhatsApp et il m’a aussi envoyé des liens pour les activités et restaurants environnants. Les petites bougies en arrivant ainsi que la musique, c’était charmant.

Although the size was good everything felt too small. The couch was tiny and the bed too small, my husband’s feet hung over the end. There was also no room for the cases. Shower was terrible, minimal hot water and a mouldy shower curtain. The pool was busy with no seating. It felt like I was in a college dorm room. I honestly think that if apartments that are managed by a private host that needs to be stated on bookings.com

Fantastic location, completely kitted out with everything you’d need. Host also left some nice extras for when I arrived too - tea, coffee, milk, juice, coke, etc The host also provides suggestions of where to visit / eat

The apartment itself was perfect, the only issues I had were with the block itself. The lifts are unreliable and can sometimes take a very long time to come. For a new building it almost seems the lifts are from an older time. Also as it’s an apartment block there can be a bit of noise from neighbours - nothing the property itself can do about it although they do provide earbuds and eyemask in anticipation of this.

Very central apartment in a large complex next to market. Sea view. Well appointed spacious apartment and met and shown by owner.

The pool area on level 6 had very few lounges or seats. Not enough shade. Toilets did not have toilet paper or any provision to ever have any.

The facilities is very good and comfortable studio.

The market's noise and flight noise is so aloud all night.

Mr CK is the best host I have ever met in my years of travelling. He was very accommodating despite me arriving at 1am due to constant flight delay. The room was clean, tidy, and very pleasant. It is equipped with all the amenities required for short term stay - washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, cutlery, spices, tea, and fridge just to name a few. The fridge even came well stocked with myriad welcome drinks to choose from. The ocean view was a bonus. Toilet is squeaky clean for OCD like me. The digital security lock provided us with a peace of mind while keeping seamless access. Parking was aplenty. Not to mention that it is situated in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. I could walk to all nearby popular eateries, bars, and market. Mr CK even provided me with a list of local delicacies to explore. Overall, I had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

It is in a great location, walkable to all the fun areas of KK or just a short grab ride if further. The check-in was smooth, and the staff replied to my WhatsApp msgs promptly. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

The host was excellent with the checking process and how the room was prepared, simply beautiful. nicely decorated and quality bathroom products. Well stocked and prepared. Host provided excellent local information for our stay and was always contactable and helpful. It's a great little apartment with sea views for short or longer stayed.

I found the bed to be very firm and uncomfortable for me and the only reason I didn't give a rating of 10, so didn't sleep restfully. I'm reluctant to say anything negative as this apartment is superb otherwise.

Wow - we can highly recommend this place - the owner made sure we feel welcome and have everything we need, the place was clean and comfy and we were happy about the pool. The location is also great and everything is in walking distance.

Good location with seaview. Owner is responsive.

1. Need to pay 400MYR as deposit which is not an issue. But It was not hold and release. It was deducted from your credit card. Owner will then pay you back after last day of stay. This caused me losing $7 due to the forien exchange rate in two transactions. 2. There was a loud noise every few minutes in first night which caused us sleepless. I am gratefull that owner gave us a different room on 2nd day. But we feel very tired during the day due to terrible night. 3. It was indicated 5 MYR parking fee for whole day in booking.com which is one of reasons I choosed this hotel. But in fact, it is 1MYR per hour. Owner is willing to pay back us parking fee in cash. But we had already left hotel. Bank transfer could not be done according to the owner. I just told him forget it since it is not a big amount. Just hope owner to amend the info on booking.com

Great Value, excellent location. The host, CK, was very informative and helpful. The pool has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. Only a bit of downside is that there is still a construction going on, but should finish soon.

Washer/dryer was subpar

The apartment is very modern, clean, has lots of natural light, has good pressure in the shower, strong wifi connection with personal router in the room, big TV with Netflix, a great view, and is very comfortable and safe. It’s handy having a washing machine and also a kitchenette here with a large fridge too. There is still some construction happening in the building however we haven’t found it to be an issue. The location is quite central too and walking distance to a few malls as well as restaurants and bars. There are also many options to have food delivered to the building using Grab. The host, CK, has gone above and beyond for us during our stay here. From picking us up at the airport, to sending through tons of recommendations, answering messages almost instantly, as well as stocking the fridge with water and Coca Cola, we cannot speak more highly of him. He has been absolutely wonderful and would definitely recommend this room to anyone coming to KK. We enjoyed our stay so much, we extended twice!

Unfortunately we can hear everything from the outside so the glass windows are not big enough.

Location is central with stunning view of island and the active fish market.The shower was great with hot water on demand. There are heavy curtains to block light. Kitchen had the basics and the owner kindly provided us water for the week, toilet paper, soap, shampoo…The infinity pool is lovely .

5am call to pray. The building is still being built. There was noise during day but not early and not that bad. Kids screeching in the pool was more annoying. I can’t imagine how busy the tiny pool will be once the building/hotel is complete. It’s a massive building.

The room's check-in process had a touch of magic. A digital code replaced the traditional key, ensuring I'd never again fret about misplacing it. The corridor-side camera enabled me to see who was at the door on my screen—a thoughtful feature. However, the most astonishing revelation awaited me as I pushed the door open. A refreshing breeze and a pleasant, slightly sweet vanilla scent enveloped me, instantly making me feel at home. The flat was equipped with a filtering air conditioning system. Truly incredible! The interior was so exquisitely adorned that I hardly knew where to begin. Every corner of this flat was meticulously planned and executed to perfection. A gray wall extended from the entrance to the balcony and beyond. Adorning this wall were a captivating collection of art pieces, art books on a bookshelf, a 4K TV stand with an elegant gold lamp and mirror wall decorations. Simple, yet incredibly elegant. Then, a queen-size bed framed by two curtains. It wasn't until the next day that I noticed the curtain, the cushion, and the bed were all in the same fabric because my attention was captivated by the ocean view. The great mirror of bedroom expanded the view of the ocean. Thanks to this design, I witnessed my first double sunset, with the sun sinking into the ocean on both sides of the horizon simultaneously. After, the sky continued to change colors for nearly an hour after the sunset, displaying shades of pink, orange, yellow, gold, purple, and various blues until it was pitch black. I had never witnessed such a colorful and awe-inspiring sunset before. After a great night, I pressed a button on the remote control to open the curtains right from my bed. The gentle light streamed into the room from the base of the window, gradually illuminating the space. The captivating ocean view with the neighboring island unfolded before my sleepy eyes. In conclusion, I implore you to book it without hesitation. You will not be disappointed.

The building as a whole is still a building site. There is currently no garden and part of the pool complex isn't finished. No other facilities available.

The studio is very clean and well equipped. The owner is very professional and tried to make check in and check out as convenient as possible for us.

There is still construction work going on in the building which can generate some noise but that should come to an end when all units are finished.

The owner was very nice and helpful. The building was still under construction but everything was fine. The view was amazing!

The location was perfect - it was a stone’s throw away from the local night market where you can eat eat fresh seafood, even buy vegetables and fruits - they are open until the early hours of the morning. It’s also very near KK waterfront for a more bar/live music kind of night life, very near jesselton jetty where you take ferries to the other islands, as well as a few other malls and notable restaurants like welcome seafood. The unit itself had a nice balcony facing the sea and the market below. It was clean, had a TV, had cooking facilities, had a large refrigerator, a couch, a cabinet, etc. the provided slippers was very useful. There is a bidet. If you want to cook though, bring your oil and condiments etc. though there are pots, pan, plates and utensils to use. The host, CK was also very nice. He was waiting at the driveway when we arrived, sent recommendations of places around the area to try, was very responsive about questions on Whatsapp, and also allowed us to leave our luggage to pick up at a later time after we checked out. Overall, this place is a good option if you don't want to spend too much on the very high end hotels, because the alternatives seem like very old rundown hotels.

The building itself, the shore, was still heavily under construction. The lobby is very dusty including the lifts. Lifts take a long time sometimes to arrive as it’s shared with many floors and many units. The pool water was dusty/cloudy as well when i tried to use it so didnt linger. Half of the pool area is under construction. There was a bad stench as well coming from the drain in the bathroom. Would have been nice if new bottles of water were provided each day, as well as an option for fresh towels. Especially if guests are staying for a longer period. No chute as well but just a centralised trash bin at the floor. Perhaps when the construction is all done the property will be nicer, but right now we were quite put off by the ongoing construction.

I had a wonderful time at this guesthouse! Firstly, the location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to reach tourist attractions and nearby restaurants. Moreover, I was impressed by the room facilities. The room was tastefully and comfortably furnished, with modern and well-maintained furniture and amenities. The bed was cozy and soft, allowing me to rest well every night. I also enjoyed the added bonus of the swimming pool within the building. It was a delightful surprise to have the pool mostly to myself during my stay, providing a serene and private aquatic experience. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay at the guesthouse, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit. Thanks for the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the guesthouse!

Super nice sunset view. All the facilities are new and clean. The room is well equipped with cooking facilities, microwave, fridge, smart TV, even a smart washing machine. This apartment is in the brand new 20+ story block that is called The Shore, in the centre of Kota Kinabalu. It is pristine,the double bed is very comfortable and there is a small lounge area with table and chairs and a small settee, it also has a very large flat screen, it has a balcony that overlooks the sea and allows you to appreciate the amazing sunsets.. it has everything that you could need. The location is right in the middle of the bustling town and just a 5min walk to the night markets and the The Waterfront which has numerous restaurants and bars.
