Kitchen suite room was clean, and comfortable.

The staff member checking me in was clueless. He gave the wrong room keys to the guest in front of me. She went to her room and was back at the desk interrupting my check in 2 minutes later because the keys he gave her was to an occupied room and she literally opened the door to someone else’s room and they were in there. I travel with a lot of money and jewelry so that is not comforting. The guy checking me in was also was cursing several times and just not professional.

The room was smaller than I expected.

We were headed to NYC on SW Airlines when we were diverted to Baltimore and the flight was cancelled. Went on Booking.com and found this hotel and booked two rooms. Got there close to 11pm and found the room, beds and hotel very clean and comfortable. Took the train early the next morning before breakfast was served and staff made us a bag of snacks to take with us.

It wasnt a dislike but because I booked through Booking.com, one room and check in was easy and the second took the clerk a while to get it to go through but he managed and we were off to our comfortable room. I had also booked a king room and received 2 queen's but honestly we liked that better.

Loved the location, breakfast and friendly staff. Shower was top tier I stayed in a king suite with 2 kids ages 11 and 15.

Pull out bed could’ve been positioned better to suite the room.

Hyatt house overbooked and ended up giving me an alternate room than what I had reserved. The hotel then had complications refunding me the difference and sent it to the wrong card even though I had clearly explained I wanted my refund returned to the debit card they charged the room to (which was also charged prematurely as I selected to pay at the property and should have been able to have the room confirmed prior to being charged).

Front desk staff were less than professional and a fire alarm disrupted our stay causing us to have to leave the premises in the cold late at night ruining our stay and relaxation. Nothing was offered for this inconvenience and staff was unpleasant and unprofessional in their response.

Microwave in the room didn't work, and the coffee pot smelled like coffee and wasn't suitable for heating water for tea. I was tired - I just didn't bother with the tea, which I am accustomed to having. The desk person was apologetic. I was in the room from 9 PM to 4 AM, and there wasn't a thing that he could do about the microwave other than to offer a different room, which I declined since I had already unpacked.

Paying for parking daily was a disappointment! Especially for that location. Check in there were issues with accommodations we did resolve it but totally could have been avoided.

The property definitely seemed brand new! It was well kept! Had great amenities! Location was accessible!

Only 1 elevator worked after our first night staying at the hotel. The breakfast attendant was frustrated by Saturday doing all the work alone due to having to keep food stocked and take trash out. It was our Family reunion and I felt their should have been extra staff. There was also a man riding around all weekend in a motorized wheelchair, sitting in parking lot touching on cars.

Location was in a safe and convenient area and the breakfast isn’t your ordinary hotel food

Yasmine was top notch. She went out her way to make me and family have a pleasant stay. She was always friendly and helpful every morning and every time we saw her.

We had a King Suite room. The room was very clean, the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel. The sectional sofa/sofa bed was comfortable and accommodating for seating and sleeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful for questions. Great location to where you need to go and easy Uber accessibility

Everything the location and hospitality and size of the rooms and the comfortableness of the beds.

Our first room had Beatles bugs all over it in several corners and in the side beans, and one flew on the off me while I was doing my hair. I was not gonna sleep good knowing that the bugs were in the corners of the ceiling in patches.

The Host Justin ! He was super nice, down to earth & accommodating. He got us checked in super quick.My man & I felt like he was someone so familiar because of how nice & welcoming he was. The hotel was overall nice, clean & comfortable. We only stayed one night but as far as the room & service itself we.dont have any complaints!

The Breakfast bar or buffet seemed thrown together kinda poorly, it wasnt very inviting & quite empty looking to be honest. We wanted to eat but walked over and looked and then just got coffee and left. We checked out early am so it wasnt like we waited till the last minute.

Front desk was amazing. Very welcoming and helpful to meet my needs. I was really impressed with how clean the hotel was. Breakfast menu was impressive, and the staff did a good job keeping the food available.

Location and cleanness

Our room was on the fourth floor in the front part of the building and it sounded like the door was being opened, but it was the surrounding rooms and possibly outside noise from people checking in and out

Air-conditioning unit in room was incredibly loud and noisy

This hotel delivers everything you would expect from an airport hotel in the middle of nothing interesting. The free shuttle to get to and from the airport is super convenient, there's even a monitor with flight info in the lobby. We made use of the gym, which was quite good, the breakfast was not great - but it's the standard Hyatt breakfast, so no surprises there. Staff was friendly.

The entire thing is kind of designed to be mediocre. Everything is plasticky and cheap, but that's totally what we expected for the price and convenience of the location.

The area is what you would wxpect near an airport. It was a great stay for us for a soccer tournament weekend. Room was spacious and the little kitchen was a nice option to have. We will likely book for another tournamnet later this year.

Shuttle operates from 4 AM to 11pm only. Some of the staff were lovely and helpful except for one front desk person. Hot breakfast was an excellent idea. Lovely stay.

I did like the updated rooms

The staff was not the most friendly or helpful. I tried to extend a day and was given the wrong info and pricing and then told they couldn't honor the pricing that they told me as if I made the mistake. Not a great experience at all and for that reason I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Modern accommodations with upscale touches. Real glassware, step in glass shower, shower wall soaps, lit mirror. Good bedding. Bright breakfast room.
