The staff are very freindly and super helpful. Loved the location, just a few steps to Galata tower, shops, restaurants, tram, just the perfect location. The room was so comfortable and well decorated. Loved our stay here.

Conveniently located hotel with the friendliest staff. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The bed was fantastically comfy and the shower was fabulous. The coffee shop on the ground floor of the hotel serves amazing flat whites, freshly baked cinnamon rolls and enormous slices of San Sebastián cheesecake with warm chocolate sauce. No notes - we would highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic location. Beautiful room. Amazing coffee shop. But most of all the staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable and hassle free. In particular Murat and Ishmel who were super friendly and always checked in that we were having a great time in Istanbul.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, que es genial, y el personal que es súper atento; nos dieron una mano enorme con el equipaje ya que nos tocó un 4to piso por escalera.

No hay ascensor. Las habitaciones son chicas y no hay mucho espacio de guardado. Además, el Wi-Fi es muy lento, se corta bastante, y a veces en las zonas comunes se sentía un olor no muy agradable.

We had a wonderful stay at World House Boutique Hotel and would happily stay here again. The location is perfect, just steps from Galata Tower and surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and everything you need. Despite being in such a lively area, the hotel was surprisingly quiet at night, which made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and full of boutique charm. We also loved the café overlooking the street. It added a lovely atmosphere to the hotel. The staff were exceptional, always friendly, welcoming, and quick to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Murat, the manager, for his warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. He made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived.

A TV in the attic room would’ve been nice and a wardrobe.

L’emplacement, la gentillesse, la disponibilité et l’écoute du personnel, la simplicité efficace des chambres, la climatisation dans la chambre indispensable avec la chaleur.

Le club de danse qui peut faire beaucoup de bruit donc être dérangeant mais l’hôtel sait parfaitement gérer le sujet. Peut-être que l’établissement gagnerait à installer la climatisation dans les parties communes et notamment la salle de petit déjeuner qui serait plus agréable encore.

The staff was so nice and accommodating ! They were willing to help with anything we needed and they helped us with a contact to make arrangements for our additional time in Turkey. They went above and beyond to help us!

There is no lift but they helped us with our bags. Luckily, we packed light!

First and foremost, the service is unlike anything I’ve had at other hotels. The staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The room was well furnished with comfortable beds. We had a great view of Galata Tower from our balcony. Plus, having a great cafe in the hotel is a big plus.

For some, the only downside would be that there is no elevator but this didn’t bother us.

The two Managers were excellent. They made the hotel worthwhile. Excellent location. They need to put in new safety boxes in the rooms. Their old style ones are a waste of time and do not work well.

There was some noise at night from inside the hotel (cleaners and guests) and outside the hotel. This can't be helped but if you are sensitive to noise then earplugs could be helpful.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral, wenige Meter vom Galata Tower entfernt. Dadurch liegt das Hotel selber natürlich nicht in einer ruhigen Gegend, sondern eher in einer sehr lebhaften Gegend. Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht, welches relativ klein ist, aber den Zweck erfüllt, wenn man viel in Istanbul unterwegs ist. Unser erstes Zimmer mussten wir leider wechseln, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat, was aber überhaupt kein Problem war. Grundsätzlich muss man sagen, dass das Personal einfach super toll war. Immer freundlich, immer lösungsorientiert und immer hilfsbereit.

Es sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Leider wurde der Kaffee im Zimmer nicht nachgefüllt und die Fenster zur Straße hin sind zum Teil lärmdurchlässig. Das Haus selber ist bereits sehr alt, daher auch etwas hellhörig. Dafür ist wie gesagt die Lage super zentral und man hat alles was man braucht um sich herum.

La struttura è bellissima e se dovessimo tornare tornerei sicuramente qui. La gentilezza, disponibilità e la struttura sono stupende. Non ho mai trovato persone in un hotel così gentili, l’albergo è pulito, confortevole, una piccola perla. Ci hanno consigliato benissimo cibo, trasporti e tutto ciò che abbiamo chiesto . The staff, especially Morad and Esmile, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating in assisting with restaurant reservations, recommending sites to visit, providing travel tips, and organizing transport to the airport. The rooms are very commfortable and spacious. They were very considerate in providing a small room for resting fter checkout considering we were not scheduled to go tot he airport until just after midnight.

The location was exceptional, as was the staff. We had a view of the Galata Tower from our rooms. The team there helped us with everything from booking a sunset cruise and Dervish show, to restaurant recommendations, neighborhoods to see, and transportation to & from the airport and various experiences. Top notch in every regard. We are a family of 4, with two college age sons and have traveled extensively.

Everything exceeded our expectations.

This is a very special property right next to the Galata Tower, perfectly positioned to experience the wonders of Istanbul. This hotel has only 15 rooms and it feels like staying with a very well connected hospitable family - they know all the restaurants (Murat the manager's wife is a very well versed on the very best culinary highlights of the city - and nothing is to much trouble). The small cafe that sits over the street has superb La Marzocco and authentic Turkish coffee and is the perfect place to watch the world go by. It's rare that a hotel has a genuinely cool cafe - staff here are kind, cultured, interest and very Istanbul cool - the San Sebastian cheesecake, pastries and morning stuffed simit (Turkish bagel but better!). Rooms are beautifully appointed, excellent linens, fluffy towels and excellent daily housekeeping services too. Tea, nuts and fruits welcome you and at night the hotel is sublimely quiet. As anywhere in the city, you will hear the muezzin call to prayer but this is a magical later of life in Istanbul. The hotel also organised a brilliant guide for us to explore the main UNESCO sights. The perks of such a great location is that we were just around the corner from the divine Museum of Innocence, galleries, second hand stores and wonderful cafes and restaurants - and we could not get lost as the tower can be seen from anywhere in the city. The hotel is terrific but what makes World Galata is the team, the depth of service, understanding of true hospitality and going the extra mile. We saw all the fancy expensive hotels (and even had a drink at the Four Seasons) and it has nothing on the feeling of staying in the wonderful area of Galata.

Wi-Fi was a occasionally patchy in the room but extenders manage this well. No lift but baggage service was brilliant!

Loved the location, great spot, very close to Galata tower, lovely restaurants and shopping. Their own coffee shop with 50% discount on all food and drinks was a great place to relax and people watch. Food was great. Staff couldn't have been more lovely or helpful. Rooms had beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, were spotlessly clean and little extra touches to make it a place I'd definitely recommend and come to again.

Le bruit dans la rue jusqu'à 23h30 le week end. Mais nous y étions un soir de match et l'équipe locale a gagné le titre. Cela a joué aussi probablement. Reste que la chambre que nous avions donnait sur la rue et que ce n'est pas très bien isolé.

Hotel was in a great location. Room was very clean and comfy. We were in room 401 and the balcony was lovely with a view of Galata and wider istanbul. We really enjoyed our stay at the World Boutique Hotel in Istanbul. The location is excellent — very lively and tourist-friendly, just steps away from the iconic Galata Tower, making it easy to explore the area on foot. The staff truly made the experience special. Everyone, from reception to the cleaning staff and café employees, was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Special thanks to Murat, Ismael, and Erkan for their kindness and helpfulness. They assisted us in organizing a walking tour and booking a hamam, which we really appreciated. The attached coffee shop was also very convenient for breakfast, offering delicious pastries, quiche, and great coffee. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary bottles of water refreshed daily, as well as the L’Occitane products in the bathroom.

A few things to keep in mind: the rooms are quite small, with limited space for suitcases and a very small wardrobe (we had the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony). Adding a few hooks or towel racks in the room would make it more practical. We stayed on the 4th floor and there is no elevator — not an issue for us, but it could be difficult for some guests.

It’s located in a hill so walking every day down to the metro station and then walking back up was difficult. Specially because it was super rainy and because I was traveling with my mom. So I wouldn’t recommend it if you travel with elder people.

I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a perfect location that made everything so easy to explore. It was exceptionally clean, and there is a café within the hotel that is open to both guests and the general public, offering a great selection of coffee, tea and pastries, all of which are delicious. What truly made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly attentive and kind, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They genuinely made our stay so much better. I would come back a thousand times. Highly recommended!

Сотрудники отеля и сервис в целом, нам сразу предложили чай, и при выезде также. Очень доброжелательные люди. В номере и в отеле было чисто, что сразу заметно. Месторасположение на мой взгляд уже опытного туриста в Стамбуле, одно из лучших.

Звукоизоляция соседнего номера. С улицы не было слышно ничего с закрытым окном. Но с соседнего номера было слышно все: от слива унитаза, до ночных утех, включая его разговор по телефону, то есть все, что делал сосед. Это было отвратительно. Я не знаю или мужчина впервые увидел женщину, или просто он и его эскортница безкультурные до максимума чтоб издавать звуки на всю свою громкость всю ночь. Мы не спали всю ночь до раннего утра, то из-за его разговоров, то от шума его ванной, то от противных порнозвуков. Уделяю этому столько внимание так как для меня звукоизоляция с соседних номеров это одно из главных в выборе отеля. Несмотря на все плюсы отеля, мне жаль, но это оставило неизгладимое испорченное впечатление.

Ich bin in meinem Leben schon viel gereist aber dieser Empfang war als würde ich Freunde in Istanbul besuchen. Wir wurden in allen Fragen und Anliegen immer freundlich und zuvorkommend unterstützt! Die Lage ist aus meiner Sicht nicht besser zu bekommen in Istanbul. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur Empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal an das gesamte Team wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Mitarbeiter Ismael war uns gegenüber jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Er stand uns jederzeit mit allen Fragen zur Seite und hat uns sehr gut beraten. Im Café drunter kann man sehr leckere Kaffee-Spezialitäten genießen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl.

Staff were soooo nice. Murad assisted me in every possible way: public transportation, transfers, city attractions. I’m so grateful they allowed me to have an early check-in so that I could have a quick nap before heading to Haiga Sofia after 11h flight. Bed was comfortable, great location and I loved room’s decoration. Modern and clean. They have a cozy coffee shop in the front.

Neighborhood is a little noisy into the late hours of the evening. But that should be expected when staing in this area.

The World House Boutique was exceptional and I would love to stay there again. The location was perfect - cafes, shops and restaurants and Galata Tower within walking distance. Also, the road catered to pedestrians and there were very few cars frequenting the area. Friendly staff, great facilities and modern artistically designed rooms. It was a perfect stay for me and my family.
