The rooms looks quite decent but can be better if repainted or renovate. Swimming pool was spoiled or not in use. Even the lift only 1 was in used..

Rooms were clean and comfortble. Shower area needs some work as water was not flowing our fast enough. Breakfast was very basic. Should have a bit more variety. Did not use the pool, hence no comments.

Probably a bar/lounge would have been great.

The connection room is so spacious.. if able to fit in small table and chairs much better for us to sit rather sitting on the bed. We love ur breakfast.

Breakfast - when refill food and drink.. take long time.. we have feedback to the staff there too..

Security was very helpful and friendly, assist us with luggage and photo taking etc without asking.

The hotel was very old and lack of cleanliness. Beddings like the blanket are very old and greyish and there are many mold around the room such as aircon vent, walls, toilet, fridge etc, uneven flooring, even the bedroom slippers seems to be old and reused.. Chairs and lounge chair are dirty with stains, we had to cover with towel to sit when needed. Can't walk to anywhere nearby, only can travel by car or taxi etc. Breakfast choices limited. Wanted to rebook another hotel but 99.9% were all fully booked due to holiday from neighbouring countries I supposed.

The room was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed and great service from the hotel staff.

The hotel is an old building situated quite far from the centre. It is easily accessible for grabs to come if you need one. No restaurants nearby. I have my breakfast at the hotel cafe and for lunch and dinner I have it outside. As for the breakfast menu I think it is OK with several choices.

4 of us stay 3D2N and didn't take breakfast package - need to add some money for it.

The room carpet too old and need replacement. The room bit smell need ventilation and refreshment.

The aircon ( sometimes too hot or cold even when temperature is adjusted. ). The toilet ( sometimes smells weird and it's not bcuz of me, it already smelled weird when I first entered. )

The hotel is built in secluded land. Vehicles need to go down on slopes to reach lobby drop off point. Grab drivers told me that some drivers even reject the pick up request. No convenience store nearby.

I was quite disappointed with my stay. The room itself felt poorly maintained. The floor tiles were chipped and made creaking noises whenever I walked around, which immediately gave the room an aged and neglected feel. The linens were another major issue. Towels, bedsheets, pillowcases, and even the comforter covers had a yellowish tint and did not appear properly cleaned. It didn’t feel fresh or hygienic. The toiletries provided were extremely basic, far below what you would expect from a hotel. The bathroom had several problems. Water pressure in the shower was very low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The sink drained slowly and water would puddle instead of flowing away. On top of that, the sound insulation was very poor. If someone in the adjacent room used their bathroom, you could clearly hear the pipes and water running, which was disruptive at night. The window glass was also not soundproof, so traffic noise from outside was easily heard, disturbing sleep. The swimming pool was not well maintained either. The water had an unpleasant smell, which made it uninviting to use. Breakfast was underwhelming. The spread was very limited and exactly the same on both days, with little variety or effort to offer something different. One more inconvenience was the deposit policy. A cash-only room deposit is required at check-in. Upon checkout, staff will inspect the room first before returning the deposit, which adds unnecessary waiting time and feels inconvenient. Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort. I would not consider staying here again unless significant improvements are made.

Abit off from the prime location of leisure.

Kakitangan sangat membantu friendly staff esp Mr Wan Wan ( front desk) and security Mr Marsudi..will come again..thumbs up

Overall - sceneries, customer service, securities and the connecting rooms. Easy access to grab/gojek, too.

The rooms furniture is quite old and there is no netflix installed.
