我不理解为什么一开始要提供一个不存在的门牌地址。导航到楼下了，就是找不到一开始提供的门牌号。 问了邻居，他们也不清楚。实际上Booking一天前发了几个邮件，要求预先登记一些信息后才提供正确的地址以及进入密码。但是很遗憾，这些邮件的主题都是我以下一家住宿酒店的名字开始的，所以我一直或略了。就是这样，我发邮件，打电话和booking联系。花了我两个多小时，没有任何反馈及帮助。几乎让我认为我遭到了诈骗网站。我几乎要放弃，准备另外订酒店。最后无意中点开了标题是下一家酒店的邮件，才发现这家酒店 要求预先登记后才提供真正地址及大楼进入密码。

Great deal and furnished well

The place was above my expectations! Super clean, comfortable, and had everything you could need. Let’s be honest—for this price range, it’s an absolute gem! Of course, since the property is a bit outside the city, having a car is pretty much a must. Just keep that in mind when booking. If you have your own wheels, you’ll be perfectly fine. Otherwise, this place is easily 10 stars in my book! Highly recommended!

I really liked how clean and comfortable it was. The staff were thoughtful, there was toys for kids, ac in each room, and multiple shower products.

- Sofa bed in the living room was not comfortable at all, - 1 of the comforters didn't seem to be washed, because some small hair was found in it, - insects found from time to time in the living room area.

Area appeared dirty and unsafe. Linens had an unclean odor. Coffee pot had leftover coffee residue. Oven wasn’t clean. Several spiders and bugs Tenants upstairs making extremely loud noises as if they were jumping. Received text from landlord at 2 am about noise. Sent several complaints to landlord without a response. We left premises the next day at 10:28 am after notifying the landlord of our unacceptable accommodations. We agreed to pay for first night even though we were not able to rest but asked for a refund for second night since we did not stay. We received no response.

Very clean and welcoming

Nothing much except that he has kept the inside clean to the best for such an old property.

Location is so bad. Around 1km near the property is bad that we were really scared to park the outside. The parking is complex that you cannot on one street on Monday other street on Wednesday etc. the worst part is there were lots of small flies and mosquitoes inside the house that my daughter had though time sleeping.

It was a cozy apartment, with a lot of space, we booked for 6 people it was huge, with kitchen, washer, dryer, refrigerator and AC in each room, there was enough parking too.

It was really far away from the downtown, if you have a car you should be fine. Additionally the apartment just had one washroom, we knew that while booking tho.

The only thing I liked was the laundry machine.

It wasn't clean. The sheets were not what you expect. Each bed has a different sheet. The towels were disgusting. I had to use papertowels even for taking a shower. The floor was creaking constantly making it impossible not to wake up people in the house with the noise. And there was a very bad smell in the building. As we walked in there was a musty smell in the hallways and as we walked in to the property it became worse. We opened all the windows and turned on the ceiling fans to get rid of the smell. The property owner completely ignored my request and refused to accommodate. It was my worst experience with Booking.com and I called them 3 times and was holding for 1 hour each time. It was a torture.

Un bel appartement, très spacieux et agréable. Bien équipé et moderne.

Le voisin du dessus était trop bruyant et la connexion wifi un peu instable, mis à part ça tout était bien.

Very well kept property. Everything as advertised. Convenient location near breakfast and restaurants. Hosts were very attentive and check-in/out processes were very easy.

Ma fille qui a dormi sur le sofa car nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants avait simplement une petite couverture type jeté de lit que nous avons trouvé dans un placard il aurait donc manqué de la literie supplémentaire mais sinon très satisfaits :)

Clean and quiet

Some of the towels had an unpleasant smell, and the air coming from the living room air conditioner also smelled bad, so we didn’t use it.

It’s very clean, comfortable and relaxing area. Not far from most parts of Montreal and the neighborhood is quiet and amazingly beautiful.

The floors make too much noise when stepped on. It keeps on waking me up whenever someone walks around. Other than that, the apartment is amazing

Tout ce qu’il faut Propre et bien équipé Bons produits pour la salle de bain Proche du centre de Montréal en Uber 20’ pour €15 (je recommande car Parking très cher en ville) Parking devant l’immeuble Centre ville Lachine proche de l’eau très beau à 15´ à pieds McDo et autres fast food également à 20’ à pieds ou 3’ en voiture Rapport qualité/ prix TOP 👍🏻

Pas grand chose, tout était correct et comme mentionné.

Le parking est gratuit est disponible à côté de l’appartement.

Deux choses nous ont déplu : - la parquet du salon est défectueux et fait du bruit . Si quelqu’un se lève la nuit le bruit peut réveiller les autres. - Si vous avez froid il n’y a pas de chauffage à part dans la salle de bain - à notre arrivée la climatisation était à fond alors que la température extérieure était de 16 degrés. Nous avons constaté qu’il n’y a pas de chauffage. Nous l’avons signalé par message au propriétaire et la réponse était d’ouvrir les fenêtres ? Sachant que les fenêtre alors qu’il fait 15 degrés à l’extérieur La première nuit était horrible.

The house was well maintained and clean!

Lack of some amenities - we ran out of dishwashing pods, teabags on our very first day. Reached out to the host to refill them, but they were unresponsive!

The place was wonderful, amazing facilities, very clean and comfortable. Very easy to get into, even had a balcony and a washer and dryer inside.

Not much to do around that location. Expensive but likely only because of events going on in the area that weekend.

The bathroom was very clean, the kitchen was neat. The host was great always checked in to see if we are comfortable

The living room was not the same as the pictures on the website.. there was a spider in the living room

Good facility. Like home. It was comfy and everything there and working fine. It can not be perfect but overall I kind of like it.

The floor is to squeaking. Every step, it makes sound and you can hear from your above apartment.

The exterior of the building would benefit from more cleaning. I would also recommend a regular change in cigarettes sand box, the sight of used cigarettes especially for non-smokers can be discomforting.

Honestly - all good.

Le check in simple, la climatisation, et la taille du logement . Il possède les équipements qu'on attend ( machine à laver( même de la lessive ), sèche linge, gaziniere ). Pas trop loin d'un arrêt de bus, et des places de parking assez disponible dans les alentours.

L'insonorisation n'est pas terrible, et les prises/fiches électriques ne fonctionnaient pas toutes. Les ressorts d'un des lits étaient un peu durs ( le plus gros ).

Apartment was very clean, they provided everything like a home, beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Only one cooling unit in living room, bedroom were warm when closed the door.

We had a good stay overall. The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and the free parking was very convenient. The location was nice and close to the airport, downtown, and nearby restaurants. Check-in was smooth and communication was easy. Overall it was a pleasant stay and worked well for our trip.

It was well equipped. Instructions were very clear. Communication with host was very easy.

Maybe they could have mentioned that it's on a second floor and we don't have elevators. Perhaps it's difficult for elder people.

The location was nice. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the instructions were clear.

The AC in the main hall stopped working after the first night, and it became very hot. The apartment team didn't do anything to remedy the situation. They kept deflecting the question and even when I sent them the photos of the faulty air conditioner, they didn't do anything. The owner always said that he was too "busy" somewhere else. Two of the 4 beds creaked even when my 10 year old was lying in it.

The apartment was perfect for our multi-generational family. It was clean, well-equipped, and had only a few stairs as it was on the main floor of the building. It was also close to the airport which was very convenient as we picked up our daughter. We didn't have to worry about timing our arrival with her flight arrival. I would definitely stay at this apartment again.

The place was very clean. All the equipment worked great. We loved the washroom a lot, great lighting. The sofas aren’t that comfortable but still good. All the appliances work great.

Location wise not that great but still a good place to stay. Very clean, very good staff, has a back door and very close parking as well. Place had couple of cafes nearby as well. In total 3 single beds and 1 big bed. Plus 2 sofas are sofa cum beds so they can be slept on as well ( not that comfy ) but good for young people on a budget still. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

This Is a great apartment to stay in. It’s well-equipped, it’s spotlessly clean, it’s spacious yet cozy, and you can catch an express bus into the city just across the road. The hosts were attentive and made sure everything was going well throughout my stay. It was great value for money too. I would definitely stay here again.

The amount of traffic going to the apartment, it takes about an hour for a 10km distance on a rush hour.

Very nice apartment and super friendly/helpful hosts. Great location and parking.

Unfortunately since it’s an old building the floors are very creaky and the people upstairs were walking around at all hours of the day and night.

It was a very cosy place. Very warm and comfortable. The tv was great. The facilities and amenities were great.

There was no hot water throughout the stay, and the entire apartment had a very strong, unpleasant smell. I tried contacting the host, but calls were not answered and I was asked to text instead, which didn’t help resolve the issues.

The apartment is clean. With everything you need in the rooms, the kitchen, the bathroom...! The floor is heated in the bathroom and you are totally independent. The apartment is also well situated. Thank you for receiving me in your cozy and clean place!

Had pretty much everything you need for a self-sufficient stay with family. Cozy living room. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets, and enough linens and toilet paper were provided. Kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Water pressure was good and hot water was hot. It even had a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Host was responsive and let us stay an extra 2 nights for a reasonable fee.

Minor things that don't affect overall livability: Needed a few more kitchen tools. A few broken items such as strip on the floor or lights that don't work. Squeaky floors and drafty windows. The neighbourhood is strictly OK. Can opener doesn't work very well.

The place is very thoughtful, and everything you need for a short stay is available. The owner is very responsive/ professional, and attentive, a big value for money, great for families

1-The furniture was dilapidated, and the plastic sheets were uncomfortable for sleeping; they were of poor quality. 2-The building is old, and we can also hear the neighbors snoring at night and all their movements.

It was Our first experience to stay at the apartment like that Very nice, clean, washroom was beautiful, clean, Need to fix the bed making noise . We can tell our friends to get that same apartment, no problem
