Very clean, respond to my requests about the room was immediate. Staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful.

This is a very nice hotel, super clean, with descent breakfast and very polite staff. It is ten minutes walking from the subway and then minutes from a bus stop. All of them can get you down town. Istanbul is massive so it was pleasure to be in a less tourist place. Also there is a street with cafes and restaurants about two street away. About 30 minutes walking uphill is a massive areas with clothing stores. It is next to the highway but there was no problem with sound. The people at the hotel were extremely helpful and allowed me to enter a bit earlier gratis that helped me a lot prepare for my job. A great choice!

Unfortunately, while everything seems brand new, some times there was a light smell of cigarettes coming from the vent - I believe there are some smoking rooms but not sure. All in all this was not an issue in the very good stay.

We loved everything about this property. The rooms were very clean, spacious, vey nice and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. Room service was so fast and great. The personnel were the best, bar none. I travel frequently and this is one of the best I have ever seen. I will stay at this property without hesitation everyone i travel to Istanbul.

There is not a single thing that I didn’t like about this property. It’s one of the greatest places I have ever stayed while traveling.

Персонал вежливый. Расположение отличное, метро рядом. Не хватает пандуса для коляски, хотелось бы чтобы завтраки были более разнообразными. До этого останавливались в другом отеле из этой же сети отелей в другом районе, у них завтраки были более разнообразнее и по вкуснее.

Among all, the front desk staff Kadir bey's professional and customer oriented approach made my trip much enjoyable and comfortable.

Rooms require much attention in terms of reaching the spotless clean level. Also, water pressure was very low in my bathroom.

Overall this hotel is not international. Staff is poor English, breakfast is poor Turkish.

Reception staff and helpfulness of maids

The room was very dusty, and my allergies even got worse. There were no toiletries, and the towels were changed every day unnecessarily, which I didn't like.

Our room was on the 6th floor, and the view was the only highlight of our stay.

Overall, I was disappointed with this hotel. The room wasn't as clean as expected, I even had to wipe dust off the desk and shelves before using them. Additionally, the desk design is poor, the shelf above it is so low that you can't see the laptop screen properly. Although I received the corner unit I requested, there was a huge, useless pillar in the center of the room that completely disrupted the layout. The bed was uncomfortably soft, while the pillows were too firm. Breakfast was also poor with very limited options. Regarding location, it is near the Merter Metro and Metrobus stations, but since it is far from the center, it takes 40-50 minutes to reach the main city areas. Forum Istanbul mall is 4 metro stops away. Marmara Forum mall is about a 10-minute drive, but it is difficult to reach by public transport (a taxi costs around 250 TL). Conveniently, there is a Migros supermarket next door for daily essentials. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, it is simply not worth $100 per night. I really don't understand why people give high review scores to hotels like this.

We came from Switzerland and although we didn’t stay the full week, we truly enjoyed our time at this hotel. From the staff who helped us on arrival, to the reception team, the service staff, housekeeping, and the hotel management — everyone was kind, professional, and always willing to make us feel comfortable. Instead of listing each name (which would take too long!), I can simply say that every single one of them was wonderful. We were very satisfied with our stay. If you are traveling as a family, you can feel completely at ease choosing this hotel.

WiFi неплохой, но потоковое видео не тянет. Хорошая кровать, хлопковое бельё, мягкие подушки. Есть отдельный шкаф с холодильником и сейфом. Наверху чайник и чайные принадлежности. Душ хороший, слив не забит. Есть фен, мягкие полотенца и тапочки. Температура регулируется кондиционером. Было оптимально.

Отель встроен в жилой массив, поэтому с ближайшим жилым домом вы смотрите окна в окна. Нет места для парковки такси. Посадка/высадка из такси крайне неудобна, а, порой, и опасна. Мне, например, чуть не проехал по ноге другой таксист, когда я выходила из машины. Завтраки скудные. Горячих блюд почти нет. Нет омлета, жареных яиц или каши. Только фрукты/овощи, мюсли, хлопья, джемы... Выпечки тоже очень мало. Номер просторный, но чистота не идеальная, особенно по углам. Тапочки самые дешёвые, ходить в них невозможно! Нет халатов! Ещё сняли денег больше, чем было заявлено изначально! 168 евро вместо 150

В целом чистый и комфортный отель, номера чистые, уборка каждый день, завтраки на троечку.

Расположение отеля неудобное для прогулок, добирались на нескольких видах транспорта, далеко от центра.

Heater broke down often

It was very comfortable hotel, clean and we basically got what we expected. The staff was very polite, helpful and willing to make their guests staying as enjoyable as they could. Breakfast was variant and very good.

The breakfast room was not private but a part of the reception and people walked back and forth there to get to the elevator.
