Comfortable, clean, convenient and perfect in details!

None of the hotels we stayed at afterwards in Japan gave us the same home-like feeling as this one. The beds were very comfortable, the toiletries were high quality, and everything was exceptionally clean. It’s not quite as close to Ginza and the metro as we expected, but the location is still good and away from the busiest crowds. My favorite part was definitely the public bath on the basement floor — perfect after a long day of exploring! The water refill station was also a great touch.

Really well thought out room. Comfortable bed. Extra amenities like cutlery and crockery easily ordered and quickly delivered. A great bar in the lobby selling food and drink at normal prices (and how rare is that in a hotel!) Excellent washer-dryer in the room and also a microwave. Beautiful onsen. A great location too - right by Tsukiji market and 12-15 mins walk from Ginza.

Rooftop restaurant let the place down - high prices and tiny portions. Just not in line with the rest of the offering. The table in the room was a bit too small for two people and there was nowhere to keep dry goods (cereal, crisps etc).

The facility was very nice, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was pretty and spacious.

We stayed in the corner room, which had great natural light, without compromising privacy, and all the amenities you can think of, including a personal modern washing machine that was silent and efficient. I loved having a hallway to leave luggages, hang jackets and set our shoes along. The small area across the TV where there is a table and a couch is also very functional, and we enjoyed the degree of customization you can have with the light intensity in the room (including a portable lantern which is very sweet to have). Spacious bath and beautiful tiling, and there is a separated WC from the main shower and sink area, which is also very useful. We loved the room, and the check-in check-out process was quite effortless, on touchscreens in the main lobby.

The room was relatively spacious, had a washer/dryer, and had alternate day room-service for replacing towels and cleaning. It came with a shared ironing board. There was also a small gym but we didn't use it.

Not a biggie, but the position of the TV on the side wall meant it wasn't super easy to watch from bed.

This was our second stay at this hotel. Great location, rooms are clean and comfy (especially love the washing machine and dryer in the room), and the staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Good value for money and highly recommend.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location. The rooms have their own washing machine and dryer and there a wonderful Japanese public bath in the basement of the hotel. Also a deli with a great menu option on the ground floor on the hotel. A beautiful temple and a traditional Japanese market 10 mins walk from the hotel.

Hotel nuovo, in una posizione strategica e centrale a Tokyo. Mi sono trovata benissimo, camere piccole ma non così tanto per gli standard giapponesi. Lavatrice in camera, cosa che ho apprezzato tantissimo e ho trovato davvero comodo! Inoltre tutto il personale, in particolare Stella, è gentilissimo ed accogliente. Rispondono immediatamente a qualsiasi richiesta

Davvero poche cose, l'aria condizionata troppo alta nel bagno pubblico. Trovo che in un ambiente come la Onsen fosse fuori luogo. E i cuscini piccoli e scomodi

I really enjoyed the onsen.

We couldn’t find any utensils in the room, so it was a good thing we had bought some chopsticks as souvenirs.

It was a very comfortable place to come back to after a long day. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, so is the location.

I liked that it had a public bath house, onsite coffee/ deli shop, and restaurant. Loved the in room washer dryer.

It lacked soundproof. I was kept up a few nights from the constant street sounds which included sirens, car sounds like racing, etc. Room felt a little dark, no where to hang towels, no body lotion.

Supertrevligt och med bra läge. Små rum men det är det ju på alla hotell här. Trevlig frukost och god gratiskaffe i loungen.

A little bit out of town

This hotel is 1 block a way from Tsukiji Market and a 5-7 minutes walk to th shopping district of Ginza. The closest train gate is the Higashi Ginza exit/gate A11. Once you come up and out of the A11 gate, follow the red arrow in the photo for 2 blocks to get to the hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. There is an onsen/public bath at the basement. It is amazing so make sure you use it after a long day of walking. There is also an coffee, water and ice station on the second floor. It's better than the buffet coffee. The buffet was alright and I would have liked it more it there were more meat/protein selection and the coffee should be more hot. The room was very comfortable except the pillows are very very soft. There's Plenty of electrical outlets and we didn't need a converted to use all our electronics. If you are from the USA and has a CPAP, the room outlet will accomadate our 110V CPAP (Japan outlet is 100-110 depending on the hotels). The room has a refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom, a microwave and a blessing of a washing machine with soap. Amazing!!! But Bring your own dryer sheets. The staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Some of them use google translate to communicate to us. If you need a taxi to and from the hotel, email the hotel and they can help set it up for you. We had an amazing time at your hotel. Thank you so much

The coffee was not hot and there needs to be more protein/meat at the buffet counter. And please get some pillows that are harder and will not sink to the mattress when you put your head on them. I will still give this hotel a 10 rating..:)

What a wonderful stay! The hotel is new, the room was very well designed and big enough for Tokyo. There's a washing machine and a microwave in the room, which is super convenient. There's also a traditional onsen in the hotel, great for relaxing after a long day. The staff was friendly and breakfast delicious. The location is great too : 5 minutes by foot from Tsukiji fish market and 10 minutes from Ginza.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a few minutes walk from great restaurants and the shopping area. Modern and always clean. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great, we really enjoyed the public bath

We didn't enjoy breakfast, the room is quite small and not comfortable for a couple traveling with a baby—if you have a lot of luggage and a stroller, keep that in mind. other than that the room is very nice

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the room nice and spacious and clean. Also loved the robot that delivered our room service.

The hotel is too reliant on digital services. The check on process involved a kiosk, but guests clearly struggle with it as an employee came over right away without being asked to walk us through it. I saw the same happen with other guests checking in. Similarly, ordering room service or even making reservations at the hotel restaurant could only be done through the television, which was a very confusing process. The staff was great, and it would have been much more useful to simply do these things through them rather relying on confusing tech. Along the same lines, we found it confusing to know when we could and couldn’t use the restaurant. Booking through the television would work better if it was clearer on the television what the days/hours are and when it’s already full for the evening. We showed up several time tired and hungry, only to be turned away because it stopped serving meals hours before closing, or was full for the evening.

The staff here are exceptional and highly attentive, greeting us warmly every time we entered or exited. A massive thank you to the team who went above and beyond when my wife dislocated her shoulder after hours—they contacted hospitals, called an ambulance, and assisted us with everything they could. The hotel itself is fantastic. The lobby is small but perfectly functional, with great free amenities on the bottom floor. We stayed in the Deluxe Corner Suite, which was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our family of three. We deeply appreciated the thoughtful touches for our child, including a toy and a nappy bin already set up. The room was spotless, the TV could tilt toward both the bed and seating area, and we loved being able to crack the sliding glass door open for fresh air. The bathroom was excellent, featuring a bathtub that is remarkably wide and spacious compared to typical hotel tubs. Location-wise, it is incredibly convenient for food—the Tsukiji Outer Market is just a 2-minute walk on the next block over, there is an awesome selection of convenience stores nearby, and the cheap udon/tempura place right across the road is amazing.

If you plan on spending most of your time in the main Ginza shopping district, the walk back and forth can become a bit cumbersome, even though it is a flat and easy walk. Additionally, the hotel sits a bit on the expensive side considering the location; for a little bit more, you could find options closer to the main action or with a higher level of luxury.

It was centrally located in the city with easy access to all the metro lines. The room and hotel were super clean and relaxing. The staff were superb and professional, I highly recommend staying here!

Frühstück war sehr gut, viel Auswahl. Sehr freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit. An der Rezeption besonders freundlich und engagiert und äußerst zuvorkommend als es um die Taxireservierung und das Gepäck bei der Abreise ging.

Outstanding service

First stay in Tokyo and couldn't be happier with the choice. Everything went really smooth, starting with the quick and easy check-in procedure. Everyone from the staff was really nice and went out of their way to help whenever we needed. The room was spacious enough and well organized. Location is also great, well connected and with many places to eat nearby. Would definitely book again if returning to Tokyo.

Very modern, has everything you need. Love the breakfast buffet. Can choose a set menu every morning. The French toast was amazing, can eat it everyday.

On the pricer end. It was like $500 ish including breakfast for 2 people per day/night.

This was my fav hotel in Japan . In beautiful Ginza perfect place to start your trip. We stopped 6 nights . Onsen - no swimsuits but separate sex - so luxurious. Room had washer/dryer - microwave and fridge freezer. Close to the fish market and shopping . The food halls are amazing!! The breakfast options were great. We had the option to try a traditional Japanese breakfast. Get the highest floor room non smoking as it’s on a busy road but cars are quiet. There’s many hotels with the same name so make sure you book the right one. It’s modern clean and comfortable.

We picked the hotel as it had a restaurant on top floor and ideally wanted to eat there 1st night after 14.5 flight from uk 🇬🇧. It was booked for private function. Bit disappointing but across road there’s many food options.

地點極佳，東銀座站與築地站都很近，距離築地市場的場外市場走路三分鐘就到了。要從機場過來也很方便。服務人員有會中文的可以選擇，早餐也很好吃。

Super Lage, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, im Zimmer wurde an alles gedacht. Sehr sauber, gemütliche Betten. Am besten fand ich den Waschtrockner im Zimmer (vor allem mit Kleinkind). Kann ich nur empfehlen und würde definitiv wieder kommen.

Zimmergröße sind für Tokyo Verhältnisse von der Größe okay. Wir haben zu 2. mit einem kleinen Kind im Zimmer gewohnt, und das war vollkommen okay. Es könnten lediglich mehr Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern im Zimmer sein.
