Nous pensons que l'isolation phonique pourrait être renforcée en particulier dans les villas situées à proximité des émissions sonores liées à la route en conte bas de la propriété.

La villa est très jolie et spacieuse. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires et l'accueil a été très chaleureux. C'est un bel endroit pour se détendre et terminer ses vacances. Le petit déjeuner est de grande qualité nous nous sommes régalés.

Le bruit a malheureusement impacté notre séjour. Nous avions la villa 201 à l'entrée du domaine et la nuit il y avait énormément de bruit de circulation , nous avions l'impression que les motos passaient dans notre chambre. Les maisons ne sont malheureusement pas insonorisées ce qui est dommage car elles sont très belles.

Excellent facilities, secure grounds, and an outstanding breakfast selection. We had a wonderful stay across our three villas. The accommodations were exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and featured lovely private gardens and pristine pools. The entire property is securely monitored, which provided great peace of mind throughout our visit. Additionally, the breakfast was a major highlight, offering a rich variety of high-quality options and the flexibility to choose different meals each day

Disorganized housekeeping caused an uncomfortable checkout experience. We booked three separate villas for our group and spent time socializing together by our respective pools. During our stay, some pool towels were naturally left in different villas. Housekeeping collected these extra towels from the rooms but failed to replenish the inventory in the original villas.Upon checkout, the front desk delayed our departure, holding us accountable for the missing towels. This lack of internal communication between housekeeping and reception created an unnecessary and awkward situation, making us feel unjustly accused of theft. The resort needs better internal tracking so guests are not penalized for standard housekeeping oversight.

Ganz gleich, ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant, beim Housekeeping oder die Mitarbeiter im Garten – alle waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und sehr engagiert. Jedes Mal, wenn wir etwas benötigten, wurde uns sofort geholfen – sogar mitten in der Nacht. Wir haben uns jederzeit gut betreut und willkommen gefühlt. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team für den hervorragenden Service und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Das Personal hat unseren Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall bereichert.

Grundsätzlich haben wir verstanden, dass sich die Unterkunft mitten in der Natur befindet, und genau das macht ihren besonderen Charme aus. Dennoch möchten wir einige Punkte ansprechen, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben. Die Türen schlossen leider nicht vollständig, sodass Mücken und andere Tiere jederzeit ins Zimmer gelangen konnten. Trotz der Verwendung von Insektenspray – sogar vor dem Schlafengehen – wurden wir mehrfach gestochen. Außerdem waren die Betten beziehungsweise die Bettwäsche durch Tiere verschmutzt. Die Garderobe befand sich im Außenbereich und war weder mit einer Tür noch mit einem Schutznetz versehen. Dadurch gelangten zahlreiche Tiere dorthin und verschmutzten unsere Kleidung. Aus diesem Grund mussten wir unsere Kleidung während des gesamten Aufenthalts im Koffer aufbewahren. Wir wissen, dass man sich hier inmitten der Natur befindet und Begegnungen mit Tieren dazugehören. Wenn jedoch Schlangen, Frösche, Geckos und andere Tiere ständig bis in den Badezimmer oder Wohnbereich gelangen, wird das für viele Gäste unangenehm. Vielleicht wäre es möglich, den offenen Bereich mit einem unauffälligen Schutznetz zu versehen. So könnte das Naturerlebnis erhalten bleiben, während gleichzeitig mehr Komfort und Schutz für die Gäste geboten würden. Für uns persönlich war die Nähe zur Tierwelt leider etwas zu intensiv.

Jedzenie było fantastyczne, bezproblemowa obsługa na stale wysokim poziomie od początku do końca. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci, na każdym kroku wsparcie w każdej kwestii. Obiekt zlokalizowany bardziej wśród lokalsów, co nam absolutnie nie przeszkadzało, widać było, ze jest na uboczu na mapie. Prywatny basen od rana do nocy i swoboda poruszania się po willi, do której tylko my mieliśmy dostęp - coś wspaniałego, jak u siebie.

Каждая вилла имеет свою огороженную, благоустроенную территорию с шикарными тропическими растениями, как и мини сад за ванной в каждой спальне. Бассейн с шезлонгами, открытая гостиная - всё очень удобно продуманно. Здорово, что в каждой спальне есть кондиционер. Уборка и смена полотенец происходят каждый день. Мы остались в восторге от команды, работающей на ресепшн. На все вопросы нам отвечали четко и без промедлений, при необходимости, оказывали помощь. Территория комплекса очень ухоженная и красивая - цветочные деревья, пальмы, различные кустарники, фонтанчик и пруд с водяными лилиями. В хорошую погоду с террасы ресторана открывается потрясающий вид на вулкан Агунг.

Жаль, что в спальнях нет вентиляторов. Немного насторожило появление обезьяны на крыше и заборе виллы, но это было только пару раз. Комплекс был бы идеален, если бы не шум с дороги, который, к сожалению, бывает слышно.

The facilities and the pool were nice and it was clean. The breakfast was decent.

I was unprepared for the 2 million IDR cash deposit requested at check in even though the reservation had already been made through booking by card. Not sure why card was not acceptable. The water temperature of the shower was inconsistent.

From the warm and friendly check-in to the very last moment of our stay, everything was truly exceptional. The team went out of their way to accommodate every request, and we felt comfortable and well taken care of at all times. The à la carte breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were among the kindest and most attentive we have ever experienced. We genuinely felt at home here and were honestly sad to leave. We would love to come back anytime!

Staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating to our needs. We received a cold drink and a chilled towel when we arrived, we went through all the documents, rules and information for the property. Then we were shown to our room. The reception area and the view were amazing!

It is really hot in the reception area, you cannot escape it. That entire area from reception and even the dining area are all hot and need more cooling systems or more fans if possible. We could see that even the staff we very hot, which made us a little uncomfortable as we felt sorry for them.

We’re used to five-star hotels, and this place truly met all our expectations. The two-bedroom villa consisted of two beautiful buildings surrounding a stunning private pool — absolutely dreamy. The breakfast was fantastic, the surroundings peaceful and lush, and the staff exceptionally helpful. The beds were super comfortable, and the little outdoor kitchen was such a lovely touch. The bathrooms were incredible — spacious, elegant, and designed with an open-air feel. The location is about 15 minutes from the town center, which was perfectly fine for us. They serve food until 5 p.m., so for dinner you’ll need to grab a quick ride into town, which is easy enough. All in all, an unforgettable stay — we’d love to come back!

If we could suggest one improvement, it would be the breakfast setup — the portions were quite large, and it would have been nice to be able to choose two smaller dishes (one savory and one sweet). It wasn’t until our second morning, after I insisted on paying for an extra dish, that they kindly agreed. A small note: we’d also recommend skipping the beach restaurants they suggest — they’re quite touristy and overpriced.

It was the perfect stay. The villas are located in a beautifully gardened, quiet area on top of a hill. Everything has been fantastic and we have already booked our next stay.

Waar zal ik beginnen? Voor een verblijf in deze prijsklasse mag je toch wel iets meer verwachten dan wat je voorgeschoteld krijgt. Er zijn omgeloofelijk veel dieren in en rondom de villa. Je moet niet raar opkijken als er midden in de nacht ineens een tokeh zijn behoefte boven je bed doet, waardoor er uitwerpselen op je terecht komen. Er zijn ongelooflijk veel insecten. Denk aan mieren, vliegen en spinnen. In het restaurant is slechts 1 kinderstoel beschikbaar. Het ontbijt stelt echt niks voor. Erg kleine porties en als je iets meer wilt, is er niks mogelijk. Zelfs een extra bakje koffie is niet mogelijk. Het begrip "service" kennen ze bij Arpana Villas niet. Op een dag besloot het personeel om onderhoud aan de elektriciteit te laten plegen. Dit werd vooraf niet kenbaar gemaakt aan ons. Gevolg hiervan was dat er 2 baby's moesten slapen in hoge temperaturen boven de 30 graden (de airco's konden ook niet aan). Op een compensatie vanuit Arpana Villas hoef je ook niet te rekenen, want het begrip "compassie" en "begip" kennen ze ook niet. Het personeel loopt erbij alsof ze er totaal geen zin in hebben en niet gemotiveerd zijn. Ik zou iedereen willen adviseren om een ander verblijf te zoeken, want Arpana Villas gaat geen ontspannen verblijf worden.

The place is beautiful. It’s a huge place and few villas. Aesthetically it was amazing. The staff is so lovely. Breakfast really good. To be honest, I couldn’t ask for more.

Its a 10 private villas in beautiful surrounding and one main building with reception and restaurant. It seems that there is 2 kind of villa – garden view and forest view. Villa consists of two simple yet stylish bedroom + bathroom buildings, divided by pool and one open air sitting area with small kitchen (water dispenser, full size fridge, small heater). All nice, clean and still new. Food in restaurant is not universal but very tasty and a view from restaurant is great – all Bali from high ground of Nusa Dua. Great breakfasts. Transportation here and from property is easy by Grab, Gocar or taxi however it’s not a walking distance to anywhere interesting. You may order food from outside. The staff is nice and helpful but not in very intrusive or pushy way – that was also great. Drying rack for towels or swimming suits would be nice. Some anti mosquito features in open bathroom would help.

到着日に1泊だけしたのですが、もう1泊すれば良かったと本当に悔やまれます。 施設は真新しく、とても清潔でした。 Villaの庭も美しい植栽でアウトドアリビングから見える景色も素敵でした。 プライベートプールは十分な大きさでした。 家族3人で泳いでも狭さを感じず、11歳の息子は何度も飛び込んでいました。 部屋はプールを挟んで両サイドに別れているので3世代の旅行にもおすすめです。 ホテルの敷地も花が咲き乱れ、少し高台にあるホテルのレストランから見る景色も素敵でした。 朝食はアラカルトで好きなだけ注文出来るようでした。何を食べても美味しく3泊くらいしても飽きないでしょう。 スタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、出発前からいろんな提案をしていただき、説明もわかりやすかったです。 またチェックアウトの延長も無料で応じていただきました。 Mr.IRVAN 素晴らしい滞在になりました。 本当にありがとう！ またこのホテルに戻ってきますね。

We spent a whole week here with our family (two teenage boys), and the experience didn’t fall short of our expectations. The photos you see online are beautiful, but the reality is even better. The setting is calm, exclusive, and premium, with a very clean environment and excellent service from the entire team. The resort’s 10 villas are surrounded by nature, giving you privacy and a real sense of escape. While it’s slightly outside the busy Jimbaran area (which we personally loved), you’re still only 5–7 minutes away from shops and restaurants, and about 10–12 minutes from the beach. We especially loved the private pool and the open kitchen/living room area, perfect for family time. We were lucky enough to enjoy 7 days of sunshine and no rain, which made it even more perfect. We loved it, we recommend it wholeheartedly… and we already miss it!

Location is a bit off, you need a taxi to go somewhere. But for a small amount you are at the beach.

We couldn’t recommend this place enough. From the moment you arrive, the customer service by the entire team is exceptional. The villa itself is outstanding. Clean, welcoming, open and luxurious. The on site restaurant offers breakfast and lunch, and we honestly struggled to decide what to have each time, the menu options were outstanding and incredibly generous. The location is quite tucked away and you can’t really walk out the front gate to do much, but we liked how private and exclusive this felt. We downloaded the local app GRAB and got a very cheap car to local restaurants, the beach, and also got dinner delivered via the app each night. We travelled with our 2 year old son and the entire staff doted on him the whole time. We will absolutely be back.

The only thing we would have liked is a small drying rack, just to be able to hang up bathers and towels etc. the towels are changed every day, but it perhaps would have been handy to quickly dry them before using again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! Everything was so well maintained — from the beautiful landscaping to the spotless rooms. The breakfast each morning was delicious and a real highlight of our stay. The view was simply stunning, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing, with plenty of poolside beds for sunbathing. All the bathroom facilities were modern and in perfect working condition — no issues at all. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their hospitality. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

One small suggestion we’d like to make is regarding the lighting. We would have appreciated a bit more lighting inside the room and especially in the outdoor area at night. It was quite dark, and we found ourselves needing to use our phone torch to move around safely. Adding a few more lights would make the space even more comfortable and enjoyable in the evenings.

We love that the villa is very quiet and private. The rooms and bathrooms are huge. The pool in the middle of the villa is perfect for cooling down in the heat. There's a lot of space for everyone. Throughout the whole stay, we hardly saw any other guest except at breakfast. This is a good place if you just want to chill and relax.

The rooms are too dark. Could do with more lighting. Can't see well at night. The bathrooms are very bright though. The villas are not near shops but this is no problem because Grab is cheap and convenient.

The villas and pool were absolutely gorgeous.

I read others reviews about the villas not having a phone to call reception. Before arriving I couldn’t understand why this was a problem but once we were there it was actually a bit annoying. Instead they insist on using an app. The concept is a good idea but in practice it’s a bit clunky. For example, ordering breakfast on the app took ages when it would have just taken seconds to tell a member of staff what you wanted.

My recent stay at Arpana Luxury Private Pool Villas from February 2nd to 7th, 2025, was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning – spacious, beautifully decorated, and meticulously maintained. The private pool was an absolute highlight, offering a serene and tranquil environment to unwind after a day of exploring Bali. The villa’s outdoor area, complete with lush greenery, provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having the option to enjoy meals in the privacy of my villa was a real treat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious, featuring a rain shower and high-quality toiletries. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the attention to detail. The staff was always available to assist with any request, whether it was arranging transport, recommending local attractions, or organizing a private in-villa spa experience. The location of the villas is ideal – situated just far enough from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to visit some of Bali’s famous attractions, restaurants, and beaches.

One concern I had was the noise from crickets and cuckoo birds throughout the night. While I understand this is a part of the natural environment, the constant sounds made it difficult for me to get a restful night’s sleep. It would be great if the property could consider solutions to reduce the impact of these nocturnal sounds, as everything else about the stay was perfect.

All staff are very kind and friendly, and also foods are very good!

The estate is a beautiful and quiet zone on top of a hill from where you see from Denpasar to Sanur, with the mounts in the background, just stunning. The breakfast is good with many options and served by the super friendly staff, special thanks to Senja. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with just the necessary to prepare lunch or light dinner. The whole staff is constantly making sure you're having the best stay. The location is great, right in the middle of the southern part of Bali which helps you reach all reknown beaches easily, within maximum 30 minutes by car (Uluwatu).

Lights in the rooms are very low, no telephones in the room so front office will coordinate with you on whatsapp. Property is new so they have no dinner facility, only breakfast and lunch and with limited options.

Amazing property, tho the overall design is quite basic, I would say for the price paid this is the best place we have stayed throughout our holiday in Bali. So worth my money. Food was great. Service was amazing, pool was just big enough and not too deep for the kids. There wasnt any sound that bother us at all throughout our 2 nights stay. If it wasnt for the location I would have stayed here the entire time I was in Bali. It is that good!! Totally recommend people staying here before departure or upon arrival to Bali.

The friendly and helpful staff, all 10/10. From Arta at the gate to Senja in the restaurant it's clear that service is a high priority. Loved the private pool, loved the breakfast. There was a short walk to a great coffee place too (Simplii).

The location is great for privacy and peace. But you need to leave to get dinner or get anything. Install 'grab' and you can get anywhere pretty cheap, but still something to think about it.

Stayed at 208 for 2 nights. Smaller villa (right side of swimming pool). Every time we came back from our beach/town trip, there were poops on the couch, sofa head, floor and TV cabinet. Could be birds, frogs or something else. Small poops and little bit bigger poops about my thumb nail size.. Attached one of big ones.

We stayed 6 nights here with a group of 22 people, some left early to fly back but it was easy enough to book villas to suit everyones timetable. I can say with a doubt, Arpana Villas and Private Estate is a Beautiful Villa, so comfortable and a true oasis! This is my new spot to stay when I come to Bali..just amazing! Beds are comfy, has everything you need including a filtered water cooler!, 5 star luxury, spacious with the best furnishings, stovetop cooking facilities and all you need to feel at home. Security 24hours on the front gate Staff were wonderful and the breakfast is high end cafe style with wonderful flavours. I will miss Arpana and will definitely be back!

There was nothing I didn't like, just a pre warning that you need to pay a $200 (2 million rupiah) deposit on the room/s.. we got 5 villas for our family so only $40 ($400,000 rupiah) paid per villa. Same price of just one villa. Breakfast is at 8am so you can't go anywhere until 9am if you want to eat first

Fantastic estate and villa. Location situated in a remote area not very well lit up. Not disability friendly due to slopes and no buggy facilities. Breakfast served in the lobby which is up a slope and have to climb few steps. We were told politely on arrival if we needed anything to come to the lobby as no room service etc and no telephone line had to communicate via Wotsapp. First night we were unable to get hold of anyone so felt vulnerable. Spoke to staff about our concerns next morning thereafter they were brilliant came to deliver our food which we ordered in, requested for an iron came straightaway. Villa not very well lit up from inside the front entrance and in the bedroom. Bathroom open to nature - insects. Otherwise ideal for people who wants peace and quiet and into nature. Pool was lovely and the gardens are absolutely beautiful with a tropical theme of flowers and fruits.

The whole compound and villas were lovely and brand new. We would stay here again. Great value for money and we loved being able to order our own breakfast.

Beautiful surroundings. Bali is Bali. The villas are new. But......

Although we had requested and agreed on a price for pick up from airport, the driver did not come on time and we had to arrange one at the airport parking area. WiFi connection is weak. Electricity experiences alterations. Currently there is construction noise on site. The property is far from any good restaurant. The Inhouse food service has limited options closes at 4 pm. Front desk team is not reliable. We asked to stay until 1.30 pm. They replied we had to leave by 12 as they had guests coming at 3. Minutes later, after we had arranged pick up on our own, they sent a message that we could stay until 2. Impossible as we had already agreed to leave and hired transfer on our own. A bit far from beaches. Good modern pools, but if you wish to move around, do suggest hiring a car. Do be aware that today, to reach from there any Balinese attraction it is no less than one and a half hour drive, for example, to Tanah Lot or to Ubud.

A very large new villa with plenty of space including an excellent pool area, including a kitchen. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom.

You couldn't lock the door to the open bathroom. Our Villa backed on to a main road so you could hear traffic constantly. Try to get a Villa in the middle of the property. The Wi-Fi was terrible. We asked regularly to have rectified however it was never resolved. Worst of all there is construction on site. They are constructing new Villas, which starts 8am until 6pm. This wasn't disclosed when booking (Booking.com)

Stunning villas newly opened in April 2024 in a great surrounding. They do great maintenance of the residence area with watering and keeping it clean and green, it absolutely looks beautiful when walking around. The villas are exactly as shown in the pictures, brandnew, spacious and great pool area with a lot of space around it, makes it super airy. The pool was beautiful and big, the water quite fresh but sparkling clean. Comfortable large beds. Very little mosquitos when we were there. Great food stalls/Warung within 5 mins walk, we liked it very much. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming, no matter if reception, restaurant or security at entrance. We would give it a 10/10.

No complaint but just so you are aware, as it is fully in tropical surrounding with open bathroom you might have spiders, geckos etc as visitors. After first night we asked for a room treatment and then it was all good, thank you very much for the efforts! :-)
