On a aimé l'appartement très grand avec deux douches et deux toilettes très pratique. l'emplacement a 3 minutes a peine du grand sylvia park shopping.

Notre demande d'arrivée plus tôt n'a pas été prise en compte, Envoyé le 20 AOÛT pour une arrivée le 30 AOÛT.Nous avons dû attendre 2h30 avec les valises pas de réception ou de salon d'attente....?Et il y avait dehors un vent glaciale. Nous avons appelé le contact donné mais il pouvait rien faire, heureusement qu'il y avait un salon d'attente juste a côté chez RESIDO APPARTEMENT un grand merci à eux. En ce qui concerne les lits trop petit pour la taille des chambres et surtout le confort, lits normale au lieu de lits KING-SIZE ...?

The couch was very uncomfortable and washing machine dryer found it hard to operate even with a manual

New and modern apartments, really clean, really roomy and was a nice surprise to see the two bedroom apartment had two bathrooms! Great location right across a small quiet road to Sylvia Park entrance

So many entry codes. No spare blankets an tv never connected to wi fi so no tv. Spent 40 mins on a phone to try and get it to work. No go.

The location was excellent, the washing machines and dryer as well as other amenities were really great and convenient for us. It was very clean and tidy.

The codes were a bit of a pain to use at every door and lift etc mainly bcos we had two rooms for our family. However I understand why codes are used and feel it’s a safe option. The beds weren’t very comfortable and needed more blankets.

Dog friendly. Mix of residents and short stays. Carpark close. IKEA round the corner. Warm, clean, great facilities.

Access was a bit painful. Having to use codes but figured them out pretty quickly. Perhaps a map of how to get to Sylvia Park would have been great.

Modern clean & well equipped, and the location was amazing… Right next to the largest mall in New Zealand… Coffee, shops, restaurants… Many stores and a grocery… Well maintained and staff was very helpful when I needed them! Would definitely stay there again!

Couldn't get into the apartment when I first got there because the entry code was wrong and had to call customer service to get that straightened out and it was tough having to wait another half hour after flying from quite a distance. Luckily the staff next-door in the rental part of the apartments was willing to let me in everyone I met. There was very helpful and nice.

The room was very clean and tidy.

Lovely apartment with great modern style. Everything worked perfectly. Spacious and very comfortable. We booked an extra month here. Common areas smell really fresh, assigned parking downstairs if you book a unit with parking, direct access to mall entrance was a bonus.

The only problem for us was parking for guests - during the day you can park at Sylvia park mall, but street parking was impossible and traffic is pretty bad in this area.

Frustrating to have to set up accounts etc to watch free to air tv. A small problem really, but I had issues doing it and gave up.

The parking spot we were allocated was muddy and had leaves and branches making it hard to get into our car.

The apartment was well presented and had all utensils we needed for a weeks stay. Location to Sylvia Park shopping centre was great. Allocated carpark was convenient as street parking was limited.

Appartement bruyant du fait de sa proximité d'une route très fréquentée. Odeur forte provenant du fast food du "Burger King". Éclairage du fast food et de la route désagréables malgré les stores occultant.

L’établissement est bien situé à proximité des commerces et pas loin du centre-ville.

Il n’y a de réception, tout se passe par internet et il faut Check la veille… ce que nous n’avons pas pu opérer…, l’opératrice nous a donné un mauvais code d’accès, impossible d’accéder… une tourmente car c’était impossible d’occuper l’appartement. On a réussi malgré tout à la recontacter et ce c’était pas facile un samedi pour avoir le bon code, c’est dommage et ça perturbe l’accessibilité des lieux… après un long vol c’est pénible.

Room was new, very clean and well presented. Kitchen facilities and shower were very good. Train station and shops/supermarkets are close.

Washing machine was faulty and didn't drain. Gym was good but had no cross trainers. Entry doors, room door, parking barrier and lifts are all operated by key pads. So you need a good memory or a notepad to write the codes down.

L' utilisation d'un code à 6 chiffres . On devait le rentrer à chaqye accessione, parking, immeuble, ascenseur, appartement, et même pour ressortir du parking.

L'appartement est très bien situé tout près de Sylvia Park Shopping Centre. Il est très propre, très bien équipé : cuisine, machine à laver, séchoir. Tout le confort. Par contre, Il n'y a qu'une seule climatisation située dans le salon. De ce fait, il faut laisser les portes des 2 chambres ouvertes pour avoir la clim. A part çà, je recommande ce bel appartement.

The security was very good, so we felt safe and comfortable. The room was also very clean, which we really appreciated.

We stayed as a group of four, but the living area felt a little small for all of us to relax together. We brought one chair from the neighboring room.

We loved staying here. The apartment was big with a proper kitchen. Very quiet. Modern. Shower was lovely. It was great having the mall and supermarket just across the road.

The only thing we thought would have been good is if you're staying for more than one night and have a few bags, a trolley would have been a huge help, but other than that awesome stay.

Spacious bathrooms and rooms. Overall comfortable. I love that the parking is at the basement close to the door. Big shopping mall next door.

There are mosquitoes flying in the apartment. The balcony window is dirty. I found someone just let his dog pee on one of the poles in the basement garage. There is another gate which guests can park, which is a bit confusing.

Location is a absolutely brilliant .. Just a few steps from Colombia Cafe and the room itself was very clean and spacious. No more keys and easy access everytime. Malo lava from Samoa

A bit noisy —- from the road and also neighbours singing quite loudly using microphones during 4-5pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

Very new apartment. Many take away spots & supermarket within a 5 minute walk. Full kitchen. Great for the business traveler.

The location is great. We could walk down to Sylvia Park Shopping Centre. The property was spotless, I am talking not a mark on anything. It was also very well equipped with things that make a stay very comfortable. A throw on the lounge, another on the bed, a heated towel rail, tea, coffee, oil, pepper and salt - all the little things.

Everything about the properly was to my liking, and made my stay felt like home.

If at all if I am to say anything to improve it would be the pillows on the bed 😊. Would have loved to have a few soft pillows. Those that were available were a bit too hard for a good night’s sleep 😊.

We were put into a room that wasn’t made up. No clean towels, beds slept in by someone else, and dirty dishes. We got moved to another room which was also not cleaned. They expected us to stay. Finally after 3 hours on the phone between the two of us, we were able to get into a clean apartment.
