The chef Mr Imran (if i am able to recollect properly) was kind to consider my dietary request and made some delicious food for breakfast :) (i had buffet breakfast included)

palak paneer was little bland. and Naan was Chewy.

Manager Varun Talwar. He took care of each and everything 24*7.

It’s new property, very clean, spacious room as I got upgrade to Executive rooms due to long stay here over 10 days, high level of hospitality, excellent food, especially sumptuous breakfast with lots of Indian food options. Simply amazing.

One day the yogurt had mosquito in it And a bowl had hair The housekeepings poocha had smell in it after cleaning the room had a weird smell But cleanliness was upto mark apart from the smell

If you are planing to visit New Delhi, the hotel is far from the center, but if your bussiness trip to Gurgaon, it is very convinient.

Un ottimo servizio all'altezza con le mie aspettative. Buona la varietà offerta nella colazione. Ottima la cordialità ed la disponibilità del personale.

Si sente il rumore in camera del traffico che inizia ad essere caotico già al mattino presto. Alla sera per cena, meglio il servizio alla chart che scegliere dal buffet.

The hotel is fairly new, and the location is good. Rooms are large with large windows.

Food was the same for the 3 weeks we were there. There is no variety at all. Rooms with balconies are not good at all because of dust from nearby construction

My recent stay at Hilton Bani Square was nothing short of exceptional, and I felt compelled to share my experience. What truly stood out was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. A special mention to Harsh Singh, the sous chef, and Monika from the lounge area, who went above and beyond to ensure all my food preferences were taken care of seamlessly. Dheeraj, our assigned butler, deserves the highest praise. I was hosting friends for dinner in my room, and his service was impeccable—thoughtful, proactive, and executed with absolute finesse. He made the entire experience effortless and memorable. Chef Irfan and Chef Abhishek Kumar were incredibly accommodating with my dietary requirements during breakfast, ensuring every meal was both delicious and tailored perfectly to my needs. Lastly, a heartfelt thank you to Pooja Chandanshive, whose kindness and constant support truly elevated the entire stay. Her professionalism and hospitality were evident in every interaction. It’s rare to come across a team so genuinely committed to creating a personalized and delightful guest experience. Hilton Bani Square has set a high benchmark, and I look forward to returning soon.

The cleanliness, service, ambiance, staff, everything was seven star. The food was excellent, as was the service offered by Saurav and Yogesh, at the restaurant. The front desk staff were also very helpful and efficient.

Restaurant staff Sourav took care of us and made us feel at home every day. He introduced the chef Irfan, such a nice person. We felt so comfortable staying in this property. Will surely prefer to stay here during our next visit.

Not clean, dirty windows . Little Unprofessional staff.

We stayed 1 night. Its Clean, quiet, efficient, comfortable is what were looking for that night. At the reception we were served brilliantly by staff at the reception we were beautifully welcomed. A staff named Tahir served us well.

The location and cleanliness. Pooja and other members were very very helpful. They took great care of us and provided a great customer support.

The wifi connection was not great. That can be improved and having a spa would be a good idea for guests who wants comfort.

Rooms are very nice and cosy

Check-in process is very slow but staff are very friendly as when they notice things getting delay, they immediately offer tea to ease off the environment..

May consider sectioning breakfast or eating area, not sure if ancillary staff can handle entire dining area, sometimes there were preventable delays.

The hotel lobby was grand and big. The room was spacious and spacious.

I had to wait more than 30mins for my room even after arriving after 9PM on my day off check in. The room’s thermostat was also broken, causing the room to be freezing half my stay. It was fixed after reporting to the front desk The worst thing is I was charged for the room TWICE. After waiting for my receipt, the hotel sent me a BLANK receipt, which makes me feel like they were also trying to hide something. I had to go through the main Hilton website before they contacted me via Whatsapp to discuss the refund which will take roughtly a MONTH to process. They should have done so IMMEDIATELY when they saw the receipt. Unbelievable. Never staying here again

Centrally located, clean and well kept

The location was good - it was very busy as there was a conference at the same time, but with the staff were excellent and found us when the room was quieter

Having stayed in India several times, I thought the choices were more limited than I have encountered before. What was there was however very good, especially the Dhosa. I thought the dinner buffet was very expensive and not very good value.

Varun, our receptionist, was exceptional, very accommodating and kind! The design of the hotel was beautiful and modern with great food. We would like to stay here again.

It was great, however they could clean better in some areas of the room !

The lack of prayer room In the lobby, if they expect international visitors to stay, it would be important to include everyone.

The hotel architecture is beautiful and the interior design of the rooms too. I appreciated the receptionist, the great breakfast, room service, and the personal assistant.

Everything was wonderful. There was a wedding in the pool area but they were very polite

Service was bad - They don’t help with baggage; you need to ask multiple times for assistance. When you arrive from the car, no one is there to help with your luggage. Even when you check out, you won’t receive any assistance; we have to carry it ourselves. Staff were generally too busy to help out Complimentary breakfast - Staff will not seat you but will make you change tables once you get settled. All the options are vegetarian, except for the omelette station. You will hear music if your room is facing the Blossom Terrace Garden, but it stops at 10 PM. We paid extra to get a late checkout till 3pm but were locked out after 12.

That the rooms have movement sensors…as soon as I left the room the house system would start to cool down the room to a freezing temperature! Very uncomfortable! Staff brought me a heater and a hot water bottle! But the heater was cut off electricity as soon as I left the room…

There were too many events happening at the same time, but for this time of year it should be expected.

Wonderful property, you can tell it's new. The overall aesthetics are supreme, and the front office staff is incredibly helpful and attentive. Rooms are decently sized as well.

While the food in the all day dining was extensive, the service especially for breakfast could be a little slow. Not sure if that's credit to less staff and more guests or training but that's the only challenge i faced.
