تعامل احد الموظفين بكل تجرد من الاحترام وعدم الذوق اسمه ايهاب وهذا يعكس صورةالادارة للفندق وعدم تدريبه . لم اجد اي شامبو في الحمام بالغرفة 501b رغم ان سعرهم مرتفع بلا مبرر .

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026الموقع: الواجهة البحرية لسان ستيفانو وجيرة سان ستيفانو جراند مول وفندق جويل وقربه من جليم باي وتوسطه كورنيش الإسكندرية واعتلائه سوبرماركت جملة ماركت وجيرته لجميع الخدمات المطلوبة والبنوك، اكيد ما في افضل من كذا تصميم الاستوديو: ستوديو 601A في غاية الدهاء والذكاء، وفر منطقة مخصصة للطريق والغسيل، مساحة مطله على الواجهة البحرية، شرفة طويلة ظريفه على زاوية 90 من جهة شمال الإسكندرية تطلق العنان البصري والهواء لتهوية من أوسع الأبواب حتى ساعات الظهر الساخنة ناهيك عن مساحة دورة المياة الواسعة الافطار: 5/3.5 لانه توصيل في بوكس وجبات وحقيقي جودته عالية رغم انه بارد لكنه متنوع وانا فضلت الافطار الشعبي في 7 ليالي عن اي شى اخر الانترنت: يبدو لي مستوى جودة الانترنت في الجمهورية عامة دون التوقعات من باب الإنصاف الفريق: مؤبد وبشوش ورائع وخدوم ... كل الشكر للجميع خاصة في: التدبير المنزلي: * محمد ابراهيم * محمد احمد * منصور * عبدالله الاستقبال: * يوسف * حسن * بلال * جابر * مصطفى الأمن: * طارق * حسن * مصطفى باذن الله توفقت لوجه الله في حقائق لمستها وتعايشتها

Cleanliness was very poor for the room we checked in. It appeared that it was neglected for long time and no actual inspection prior to check in. Staff tried to recover service and offered to clean, then offered to move us to another bigger room on a lower level. Cleanliness needs to be improved and assigned to professional cleaners and house keeping that pays attention to details of the room. Communication was not the best, the staff would happily acknowledge making you feel appreciated then they do nothing about your request that you need to ask again! Also wifi was not working during our stay. Overall, it has a great potential if these points gets addressed.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026I've been traveling to Egypt for the past three years, and I've stayed at Rhactus during every visit. I keep coming back because there are many things I genuinely appreciate about this place. The property is always very clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby, making it very convenient. Overall, it's a comfortable place to stay, which is why I've continued choosing it over the past three years.
The biggest issue is the internet and mobile reception. The Wi-Fi is extremely unreliable, and there is almost no mobile (4G/5G) signal inside the building. During my last stay, the Wi-Fi stopped working completely. I was told it was an issue with the internet provider, but it remained unresolved for my entire eight-day stay. Because there is also no mobile signal inside the building, I had no reliable way to communicate or access the internet. It felt like being trapped inside the apartment, as people couldn't reach me and I couldn't work or stay connected. Another recurring issue is that renovation work is carried out without informing guests in advance. The construction noise is very disruptive, especially when trying to rest or sleep. If I had known there would be renovation work during my stay, I would have booked somewhere else. Guests should be informed beforehand so they can make an informed decision.

The room was very well equipped and had everything needed for a longer stay, making it comfortable and convenient throughout my visit. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly stay here again.
I moved the bedside table to retrieve something that had fallen underneath and noticed that the area had not been cleaned. Overall, the room appeared clean and tidy, but a closer look at some corners and less visible areas showed that they could benefit from more thorough attention and cleaning.

ولكن هناك 3 اشياء سيئين جدا اولا : المرتبة كانت سيئة جدا لدرجة ذهبت بعد السفر لمعالجة ظهرى ثانيا: الفطار اسوأ ما يكون ولا يليق بالمكان وجودة تشطيبه وموقعه ثالثا : فى منظر من البلكونة ينظر على ارض فضاء فيه باركينج للسيارات ده منظر سئ جدا جدا ولا يليق بالسياح ومكان سياحى اتمنى من الادارة العليا تلتزم بالنقاط السابقة اللى ذكرتهم لو يريدون المحافظة على تقييمهم الجيد على بويكنج

اهم شغلة ما في ارمة او لوحة تدل على اسم الفندق و ما في لوبي بمعنى اللوبي التقليدي الافطار جيد لكن هو عبارة عن بوكس انت بتختاره مسبقا بطلعوه الصبح باب الغرفة وانت بتاخده وقت ما بدك فما في مطعم لكن قياسا بين الايجابيات والسلبيات راضي جدا جدا عن الفندق

Breakfast could be much better if they used better ingredients and a higher quality. The price of the hotel is not cheap so please get better ingredients. The toilet seat in my apartment 203 was much smaller than the toilet itself ! This is not very good hygiene wise. Please get a bigger toilet seat that would cover the whole toilet. Pamper yourself and get a full sea view studio / apartment as the side view / back view are terrible ( it’s not the mistake of the hotel ). Thanks

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026من افضل الاماكن فى اسكندريه من حيث الموقع والنظافه والامن والهدوء .. الغرفه متكامله من كل شئ واقصد عرض الصور لانهم منسيوش اى حاجه خالص اى بيت يحتاجه بالاضافه الى ان الغرفه مطله على البحر والصور المعروضه على booking.comً نفس الحقيقه وبرغم انه مش hotel لكن الاستاف والفطار مثل اكفئ اوتيل موجود وبرغم دوشه السيارات ولكن اعتقد زجاج الشباك والتراس معزول .. انا سعيده جدا بأقامتى وحقيقى مش هتكون آخر مره ليا .. اشكر بالأخص استاذ بهى الدين وشخص آخر فى الريسبشن لحرصهم على اقامه متميزه وانصح بتجربه اقامه مميزه هناك
