Nothing almost. It is an old fashioned apartment but charges are too high. Only deserves 2 star. The sofas were torn and damaged, covered up with a sheet. All the carpets were dirty and frayed and need to be ripped off & new carpets laid, mattresses and towels were old & hard and need to be thrown out. Not at all worth for the money we paid. The mini bar is rusted and full of ice the whole time. If we had the option for immediate refund, we would have cancelled our booking. The only advantage is the Mall where many good restaurants & retail shops are there, alongside NSK Supermarket where prices are reasonable. We will never again book at these apartments in Berjaya Times square.

Everything. Never to stay there again. Even their microwave & kettle didn't work as the power switches didn't work and they didn't fix them.

Convenience of stores and food

It was not well maintained and there were roaches in the bathroom. There was no form of entertainment in the apartment, the TV was damaged

I love the location because it’s so convenient to get around by public transport. It’s easy to go anywhere you need to, like Pavilion, Sungai Wang, KLCC, KL Sentral, etc. 😊

Location was great. Right in the middle.of all the malls. Convenient to travel with the monorail just a few mins walk from.the hotel

Everything else, the staff was impatient, calling me non stop to check on my arrival even after i have advised on my eta. The hotel room was very run down, cockroaches present, the sofa looks very dirty, the towel was very worned off. The pillow and bed were not comfortable. The TV was spoilt. The toilet was dirty and smell. Very bad experience. If not for the convenient location, the experience would've spoilt our trip. Look for other rooms direct from the hotel. This room is not recommended at all. Nothing like the photos shown.

Non ci è piaciuto praticamente quasi niente. Entrati nell'appartamento siamo stati accolti da un puzza indicibile a metà tra lo stantio e la naftalina. Non essendoci assolutamente la possibilità di aprire le finestre la prima notte abbiamo dormito con quest'odore nauseabondo. Avevamo prenotato per 5 persone e nell'appartamento erano presenti solo un letto singolo e uno matrimoniale, giusti per 3 persone. Sulla prenotazione erano indicati genericamente 2 letti e un futon: il futon era un materasso polveroso di almeno 15 anni piegato in un armadio e ovviamente non fornito di lenzuola. Su nostro sollecito ci è stata portata una branda, in tempi abbastanza rapidi. La seconda notte l'odore era leggermente diminuito, ma di sera tardi abbiamo utilizzato gli asciugacapelli che ci erano stati forniti e la presa è andata letteralmente in fumo (l'edificio ha alcuni decenni e sembra non essere mai stati ristrutturato), la spina dell'asciugacapelli si è addirittura piegata dal calore e ovviamente non è stata più utilizzabile. C'è da dire che nonostante fosse sera tardi, dopo poco ci è stato dato un phon nuovo, ma l'odore di fumo è comunque rimasto per qualche ora. Le condizioni di pulizia erano comunque abbastanza scarse in generale, anche la mini cucina (che non abbiamo utilizzato) era parecchio datata e poco invitante. Giudizio complessivo: scarsissimo, non ci andate! Allo stesso prezzo a Kuala Lumpur si può trovare molto meglio. Viaggiamo spesso con Booking, trovandoci sempre molto bene, ma devo dire che questa volta siamo rimasti parecchio delusi.

Je n'ai pas pu apprécié mon séjour dans l'appartement, mon/votre hote m'a planté avec 3 enfants à la dernière minute un soir où la ville était hyper busy, J'ai galéré jusqu' 1h du matin, et j'ai récupéré une chambre dans un hotel à Pudu que j'ai payé plus de 10 fois son prix, c'est inadmissible. Sans vous parler de tout le stress engendré, de la perte de temps, des enfants fatigué, nous épuisé par le voyage depuis Langkawi. C'est absolument inadimmssible. Sous prétexte que je n'ai pas précisé mon heure d'arrivée. non mais oohh!

The apartment guy cancelled my reservation by the time I arrived. Lot of chaos and ended up going to another hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Mit einem Grab kam man sehr schnell überallhin. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und auch der Poolbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet.

Der Check-in war eine Katastrophe. Da es keine Rezeption gab, hat die Security für uns den Mitarbeiter des Hotels gerufen. Etwa 10 Minuten später war er da, total gehetzt und wir schienen ihn mit unserer Anwesenheit schon zu nerven. Wir sollten zu dem normalen Betrag ein Deposit zahlen, was nirgendswo klar ersichtlich war. Zudem alles in bar, was auch nirgendwo deutlich stand. Bargeld mussten wir dann erstmal holen. So ganz hilfsbereit wie es zum nächsten ATM geht, war der Mitarbeiter auch nicht. Das Zimmer an sich war schon in einem deutlich schlechteren Zustand als auf den Bildern. Zum Teil hing noch Maler tape an den Wänden. Im Waschbecken waren noch Haare.

Many of the electrical outlets in the room are broken. The bathroom door handle is also broken, so the door cannot be closed. The air conditioner is leaking water. The chairs are about to fall apart. There are cockroaches in the bathroom. The curtains cannot be closed.

Location was great at Berjaya Time Square, one of the biggest & oldest mall with economical varied array of clothing, toys, luggage, food etc.

The property is abit old, there was also some initial hiccups which was remedied quite speedily

Its an old apartment with not very good furniture condition. If you desperate for prime location, this will work.

Worn out furniture seems like can be exchange. Even the bedding is torn and stain on the comforter. No lobby, you need to see the staff at the door area. If you paying cash, he will rounding of 55cent to become Rm1. He asked for IC which is by law that was wrong. So please be more mindful over identification you request from your guest

Местоположението е перфектно и стаите са доста добре поддържани.Служителят,който ни посрещна беше любезен,но не желаеше да ни помогне със съхранението на багажа за два дни в които щяхме да сме извън Куала Лумпур.

Всичко беше прекрасно,но една пералня и една хубава печка,щяха да са от полза.

The bed felt uncomfortable causing me to repeatedly wake up and also sore. One of the bed was rough to sleep on. The tv cabinet has roaches inside…very disgusting. No pool view like it said it would. Tv was also disappointing.

I like nearby Mega Star Arene. Easy to find transportation and food

No free parking, no discount for parking and the fee is very expensive. The room was a bit dated and needed renovation. I saw cockroaches. The mattress was old and the springs were peeling, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
