Süßer Bungalow mit guter Austattung, das Outdoor-Bad war sehr cool und die Pancakes beim Frühstück waren sehr lecker! Die Unterkunft liegt nur 10min zu Fuß vom Hafen entfernt, liegt am Strand und hat alle möglichen Restaurants, Cafés und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe

Leider hatten wir über das Hotel eine Schnorcheltour gebucht, die ein völliges Desaster war. Nichts war wie vorher abgesprochen, wir haben uns bei der Tour leicht verletzt und mussten sie dementsprechend abbrechen. Touren also NICHT über das Hotel buchen sondern im Umkreis schauen.

The staff were so friendly, especially the receptionist who helped us book snorkelling and arrange our drop-off at Gili T. It was easy to rent bikes too—they kindly let us try the electric bikes first, then swapped us to pedal bikes when we couldn’t get the hang of them! The evening food and cocktails were gorgeous, the bed was really comfy, housekeeping was excellent, and the whole place smelled amazing.

The only things we didn’t like were that the electric bike price was inconsistent—one staff member told us 200K, while another said 250K. The rooms themselves were lovely, including the bedroom and bathroom, but they were not very soundproof, so you could hear everything from neighbouring rooms and surrounding areas, which meant there wasn’t much privacy. Also, the breakfast menu said beef brisket was included, but it didn’t come on either morning.

De ligging direct aan het strand en op loopafstand, ook met backpack, van de haven. Bij het zwembad lekker rustig.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, das Frühstück beim Meerblick ist köstlich und das Personal ist unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wenn ich etwas frage, tun sie alles, um mir zu helfen.

What's not to like. Perfect location. Bungalow was better than I expected. Outdoor shower was awesome. Hot shower under the sunlight.

The fact they were booked out and we couldn't stay longer

Recsegett a padló. Zajos volt. A nyitottságából fakadóan előfordultak csótányok és gekkók a kertben és a bungalóban.

Die Lage war sehr gut, unweit vom Hafen, den schönsten Stränden und mitten im Geschehen. Das Frühstück war einfach aber gut. Toll war die Außendusche und das Moskitonetz über dem Bett.

Gute Lage, zu Fuß von der Anlegestelle der Schnellboote erreichbar. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe- ins „Zentrum“ ist man auch schnell gelaufen. Sehr saubere Bungalows und Anlage, ruhig und gemütlich mit saubere Pool, gutes Frühstück und schöner meerabschnitt zum Schnorcheln… sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal

Hellhörige Wände, aber das fanden wir überall auf Bali so vor… man wird vom Gebet um 4:50 Uhr geweckt und hört jeden Hahn krähen und die Vögel früh morgens zwitschern (viel lauter als in Deutschland)…

Great location, walk out and you're at the sea. Breakfast was good and had beautiful views overlooking the ocean. Staff were all friendly. I wore earplugs so I didn't get woken up by the early morning call to prayer.

Rooms could do with more storage, we only stayed for 1 night but any longer we would struggle with space as we had an extra bed for our child.

I really loved this place! Such a friendly and helpful staff, thank you all one more time! Location is great. Room was big and beautiful and you had separate pool and hand towels also. Pool was great for refreshing! And the restaurant, really nice breakfast and dinners also. If I ever get a chance to come back to Gili Air, I would definitely choose this place ❤️

I'm so sad not to be able to give full 10! But in my room the walls were so thin, that you could hear neighbours clear and loudly.

Gewoon een topvakantie gehad bij Unzipp. Wat een prachtige locatie, huisje, omgeving etc. Te veel om op te noemen. Hele aardige behulpzame mensen die het jou zo aangenaam mogelijk willen maken. Prachtige tuin die zeer goed onderhouden wordt en zwembad tussen al het groen. En niet te vergeten het heerlijke eten in hun restaurant. Alles vers bereid op de bbq. Heerlijke vis gerechten, heerlijke lobster en dat allemaal voor een zeer lage prijs. Ik zou ze wel een 11 willen geven. Ook vervoer van onze locatie op Lombok naar Unzipp door hun laten verzorgen.

The restaurant staff were a little pushy. Always asking if you were eating there at night etc whenever you went past (we did eat there one evening and it was good). At breakfast, staff would ask what you were doing that day but it would always lead to them wanting to sell/recommend someone or something. It was the only place in Bali and the Gilis where we felt a bit of pressure. It’s also not really beachfromt. The rooms are one side of the road and the restaurant is shore side but there is no beach as the tide comes right up.

Struttura splendida. Camera accogliente, personale gentile, piscina meravigliosa. Colazione con piatto di frutta ( ananas, papaia e cocomero), bevanda calda e succo frutta fresco a scelta, piatto principale a scelta tra pancake, wrap, uovo con toast, yogurt. Ti accolgono con cocktail di frutta fresca di benvenuto e 2 bottiglie acqua in camera. Disponibile sul tavolo fuori la stanza bollitore con the, Nescafé. Ti danno asciugamani per mare e quelli per bagno. Colazione al bar davanti al mare.

Amazing wooden-style bungalows! The breakfast was delicious, and we loved being able to enjoy it at the restaurant right in front of the sea. I only wish we had stayed for a few more days so we could have enjoyed the beautiful accommodation even more!

The best thing about the hotel is definitely the staff, super friendly and always providing useful tips and recommendations with a big smile! Our room was really nice, bed was comfy and the pool area was nice and well kept.

There were problems with the amount of water coming out from the taps in the sink and the shower. The hot water was also pretty irregular. I guessed this is because the hotel gets the water from a deposit behind it and it regularly gets emptied and needs to be refilled to have water available again.

Struttura davvero ottima: camere belle, spaziose e tenute benissimo. Il bagno è elegante e aperto, in perfetto stile balinese. Ci sono diverse soluzioni di bungalow, ognuna diversa dall’altra. Sia il nostro che quello di nostra figlia erano molto belli e curati. La piscina è bella e ben tenuta, ma il vero punto di forza è sicuramente lo staff: personale fantastico, sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Siamo rimasti tre giorni e non abbiamo mai sentito la necessità di cercare altri ristoranti. Il ristorante della struttura, direttamente sul mare, offre un menù abbastanza vario, con cibo buono e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo: si mangia bene e si spende poco. Anche la posizione è molto comoda: la struttura è facilmente raggiungibile dal porto anche a piedi, senza essere necessariamente costretti a utilizzare i pony. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

- personnel au top - petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix et vue mer - emplacement idéal, à 10 minutes de marche du port - très bonne literie - laverie très pratique

- nous étions dans un bungalow dans le fond, c’était une grosse cabane divisée en deux et le mur était très fin, nous entendions absolument tout chez les voisins

Skvělý bazén, klidné prostředí dál od hlavní ulice, přátelský personál, součástí je i restaurace, ve které se můžete najíst.

Pro laundry servise nedoporučuji - některé oblečení se mi vrátilo sice vyprané, ale stále špinavé. Obecně se mi více líbil sever ostrova, zde je to více rušné a pláž se nám líbila až 15 minut pěšky. Hotel je kousek od turtle pointu, ke kterému je velmi špatný přístup přes korály

Beautifully by the beach with a good restaurant nice private bungalow feels like a high end resort for only a fraction of the price. Directly by the beautiful east coast which is perfect for snorkeling and many nice dive shops around. Highly recommend ZeroToHero Dive only a few meters away, one of the few Indonesian owned dive centers.

We had a snake living inside our roof. Nothing to worry about I guess and nothing you can do as the roof is fixed from two sides and it just stayed in the middle room but you could see the patterns when it was moving and heard it. So definitely something we needed to get accustomed to 😅 beds a bit too soft for me but I know most people like it that way.

The position of the hotel was great. Stuff friendly. Room quite big but very dark.

We chose these bungalows based on the reviews, so I was extremely surprised to read that the property was clean. As soon as you arrive, you see the restaurant, where the floor tiles look like they haven’t seen a mop since the day they left the shop. Our room was number 1. It was large, but very dark. Every morning, someone came to “clean” the room, but all they did was make the bed. The bathroom still had toothpaste stains after three days, and there was at least 1.5 cm of dust along the edges and profiles of the cupboard doors. The patio had a sofa and a mattress where you could sit and spend time outside. The outdoor mattress had no cover whatsoever, and I can assure you it was absolutely black with dirt. I don’t even want to imagine how many people—and cats!—have sat on that mattress, which clearly has NEVER been cleaned. It was disgusting. Breakfast was very poor, but even worse, the plates, glasses and cutlery were dirty. One morning, we had to send everything back twice because it was so dirty. All in all, a complete disaster when it comes to cleanliness. The only reason I am giving a passing score is because of the staff, who were friendly, and the location.

Perfect location for this side of the island.Easy access to busier and quieter areas for the beach and other restaurants. The pool area was well kept and the little villas and gardens were a delight. Staff were really friendly ,helpful and good fun.The food at the restaurant was good and the views so relaxing overlooking the sea,we loved our stay here.

The hotel was good. For Gilli Air there are too many electric scooters ,often driven by very young tourist children.

We loved the location, the staff, the villas were clean and well maintained. The grounds were lovely with lots of lush gardens. The staff were very attentive and looked after us very well. We were able to hire bikes and scooters and organise day trips with their help. The restaurant was well priced, great food and good cocktails. We would definitely stay here again.

Leider konnte ich aufgrund hoher Wellen nicht nach Nusa Penida reisen und musste meine Reise umplanen. Dedi war so nett und brachte mich nochmals zwei weitere Nächte bei sich unter und organisierte meine Bootsfahrt um. Die Kosten des zweiten Bootes wurden netterweise mit dem ersten verrechnet. Vielen Dank an Dedi für die ganze Organisation und das superliebe Team. Das Barbecue war auch super! Komme gerne nochmal 🙃

La habitacion, el baño y la terracita estaban genial. El baño al aire libre es una monada pero se oye todo desde el exterior. Te dejan un bolso para la playa y toallas. El desayuno tambien muy bien, con vistas al amanecer. La ubicacion genial, se puede ir andando desde el puerto principal, son 10 minutos

Enkla bungalows med stor jättehärlig uteplats, bra pool, fint område och god frukost i restaurangen som låg precis vid vattnet. Läget var toppen med nära till allt. Extra plus för uteplatsen med hängmatta, bord, soffa.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y están limpias. Ponen 3 toallas por persona (ducha, cara, piscina). Tiene agua caliente y buena presión de la ducha. Desayuno muy rico.

Escalón muy alto desde la habitación al baño. Ningún problema real, simplemente un poco incómodo.

La chambre est spacieuse. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Petits déjeuners incroyable (beaucoup de choix) et servis en face de la mer. Localisation parfaite et excellent rapport qualité prix.

Manque d’intimité entre les logements. Les 2 chalets côte à côte (chambre double standard) était seulement séparé par une cloison. On entendait les voisins se lever ou même parler donc ça peut être très dérangeant selon les voisins.

Hotel je na nádherném místě ihned u korálového útesu. Bungalovy jsou umístěny za restaurací v klidné zahradě. Moc se nám na tom místě líbilo.

Eine entspannte Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Alles war sauber und gemütlich. Das Außenbad hat mir sehr gefallen.

Der über das Hotel gebuchte Schnorcheltrip war leider sehr enttäuschend. Es sollte über einen besseren Anbieter nachgedacht werden.

The rooms were very noisy. Our neighbors had young children who woke up at 6 a.m., and the noise woke us up as well.

Skønt lille sted, som ligger perfekt på øen i forhold til snorkling. Vi boede i to hytter, som var pæne og rene. Personalet var utrolig søde og hjertelige. Morgenmaden var virkelig god.

Az elhelyezkedese tokeletes. Kozel van a kikotohoz, gyalog is egyszeruen megkozelitheto, minden a kornyeken van. Az etterem kulon kiemelendo, mind etel szempontjabol, mind pedig hangulat szempontjabol. Nagyon jol foznek, mindennap itt ettunk, nem is szerettunk volna kiprobalni mas helyet, csak itt ‘vegig enni’ az etlapot. Biztosan visszaterunk meg GiliAir-re es akkor is az Unzippban fogunk megszallni. ☺️

Absolutely wonderful. Staff are friendly and accomodating, room was beautiful & comfortable, quiet area with impeccable views. Breakfast was delicious. Ate dinner there and the restaurant was very affordable and great food. Will be back.

Staff were very overpowering most of the time trying to hard sell boats tours etc constantly really made us feel uncomfortable a lot of the time.

en la descripcion decia sobre la playa pero en la zona del hotel no habia playa porque el agua llegaba hasta el borde del hotel, para ir a la playa debiamos caminar dos hoteles mas alla.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter, Restaurant direkt am Meer. Zimmer war sehr gemütlich. Das Bad im freien war eine neue tolle Erfahrung.

We love staying here! This is the second time we've stayed at Unzipped and it has exceeded our expectations on both occasions. We first choose this accommodation for its perfect location to the best snorkeling on the island, its proximity to the town center and the sunrise, but soon found it has so much more. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Julio and Adi, who we had daily contact with at breakfast and dinner, were always eager for a chat and to help organize anything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The menu at Unzipped is great with plenty of varuety to suit all tastes and fantastic cocktails at happy hour. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed with a huge comfy bed. The surrounding garden and pool are groomed daily which extends the feeling of care and cleanliness to the outside too. Overall we can't recommend this place to stay more! It's it's available book it! You won't be disappointed.

If you worry about people hearing you go to the loo then the open bathroom adjoining the next room is a bit off putting but I love the outdoor idea of it! Lots of ventilation!

The location and the staff here were great! They helped us when we needed to rent bikes and also where to go snorkeling. There is a lot of stuff around and the way the bungalow is laid out is really nice. So all in all positive.

Only a few things that need to be improved. Our bungalow was quite dark and we could make it lighter if we opened all the windows but, that would make it really hot. Our four poster bed was so wobbly, if you moved in the night the whole bed would shake and finally, there was a limited amount of hot water so one of the two of us would have a cold shower. Apart from that, really good!

We liked our bungalow - big enough, nice little verandah to park our snorkelling gear, towels etc. and all cleaned daily or on request. Nice restaurant right on the water with *very good food, well-priced along with the drinks ( check out happy hour! Staf are super-friendly and helpful, especially Dedi on the desk! See him for boat trips or transfers, laundry service or anything you need. The bed was very comfy, both bathroom and pool towels were provided. Great location, close to plenty of east side action (checkout Raja Bar!) but quiet when you go ‘home’. All round, excellent value for money. Would stay again.
