Biba Beach Village

La mia camera era pulita, con lo staff ci siamo trovati bene e la posizione é fronte mare. Per me basta questo per godermi il posto. Tra l'altro hai a disposizione i lettini e gazebo in spiaggia dove puoi mangiare dopo una bella nuotata mattutina (dove vedi quotidianamente le tartarughe) ottime colazioni e a pranzo il menù era più che soddisfacente. Non capisco le critiche alla pulizia fatte in altri commenti. Non mi dispiacerebbe ritornarci. Di fronte hai anche negozi per il noleggio di maschere, pinne, biciclette, GoPro e tour per fare snorkeling.

Se qualcuno in strada (una lingua di sabbia tra la.struttura e la spiaggia) parla a voce alta lo senti ma, soprattutto di notte, é infrequente. Un locale nelle.vicinanze fa musica dal vivo ma mi pare stacchi a mezzanotte, in ogni caso per me non era così disturbante

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It's well positioned near restaurants and you can snorkel right out the front. The massages at the hotel were excellent.

It was clean and tidy but slightly run down.

Le lieux , proximité plage , le personnel toujours à notre service et souriant et le style de la chambre , la petite terrasse , le coin plage privé .

La literie était moyenne , des petites bêtes étaient présentes dans le lit et il a fallu un gros nettoyage de la chambre. La piscine n'est pas très grande.

pour moi c’est le meilleur hôtel de gili air , dispose d’un restaurant vous avais -10% si vous séjourné à l’hôtel , de très beau bed bien placée juste devant le spot des tortue , elle sont la tout les matin , une équipe formidable su petit soin surtout alip coul une très bonne personne 🥇je vous recommande tout simplement cette hôtel

Die Lage war sehr gut, das Zimmer groß genug, die Terrasse davor mit Blick zum Meer schön. Wir bekamen täglich frisches Wasser ins Zimmer.

Die Handtücher waren grau/gelb und fleckig, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken, der Himmel über dem Bett war so grau, dass wir ihn nicht berühren wollten und daher auch über Nacht nicht schlossen. Wenn Handtücher und Bettwäsche nicht mehr sauber werden, müssen Neue gekauft werden, das gleiche würde ich fürs Waschbecken und die Armaturen in der Dusche und die Toilettenbrille empfehlen. Die tägliche Reinigung klappte aber gut.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt auf Gili Air mit den besten Gastgebern und dem besten Personal. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Personal war stets bemüht und super freundlich. Die Lage ist super und das angeschlossene Restaurant lässt für jeden etwas über. Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Sdb un peu vétuste. Parois de la piscine qui pourraient être nettoyées ! Mais rien de bien gênant ! Bon massage mais le lieu pourrait être amélioré (pas très cosy et masseuses qui parlent entre elles)

Świetna lokalizacja przy plaży z żółwiami. Za każdym razem jakiegoś dopadłem :) śniadania dobre choć poprosiłem o większy omlet i dostałem bez dopłaty. Uśmiechnięty personel i przyjemne domki.

Łazienki były na zewnątrz i mogłoby być czyściej.. pamiętajcie też by rezerwować leżak na plaży bo przychodzą goście do restauracji i dla gości hotelowych po prostu brakuje.

La posizione è perfetta, proprio di fronte al Turtle Point, ideale per fare snorkeling e vedere le tartarughe. I servizi offerti dalla struttura sono eccellenti: possono organizzare transfer, laundry e snorkeling, rendendo il soggiorno molto comodo. La stanza era pulita, confortevole e ben organizzata. Il cibo invece è molto basico.

L’unica nota negativa è stata l’ultima notte, quando un geko tokay è entrato in camera e ha disturbato il nostro sonno.

L’emplacement juste au bord de la plage : pas besoin de louer un bateau, il suffit de nager un petit peu pour voir de magnifiques tortues et poissons. L’hôtel est tout proche des restaurants. Le personnel est adorable - merci à Tam pour son charmant accueil. L’équipe du spa est top aussi ! Le petit dej sur la plage est un plaisir ! L’endroit est top et calme !

Certaines chambres ont des sdb qu’il faudrait vraiment refaire. Le réveil a 4h du matin lié à la proximité de la mosquée est parfois un peu difficile

Τίποτα. Το μόνο που μπορώ να πω ότι ήταν καλό ήταν το προσωπικό που ήταν όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν εκτός προδιαγραφών ξενοδοχείου. Η υγιεινή του ήταν πολύ ελλειπείς ειδικά στο μπάνιο. Οι πετσέτες ήταν πολύ παλιές και τριμμένες από τα πολλά πλυσίματα. Δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες προσώπου και οι πετσέτες της παραλίας που μας δόθηκαν ήταν γεμάτες αντηλιακό και μπορεί να μην ήταν ούτε πλυμένες. Το μπάνιο είχε σκουριές στις βρύσες και άλατα παντού. Η αποχέτευση του ντους ήταν βουλωμένη και οι τοίχοι είχαν οριακά μούχλα. Η πόρτα του ψυγείου εσωτερικά περιμετρικά είχε μούχλα. Τι άλλο να πω;

Excellent location, only 10 mins walk to harbour and beautiful coral, turtles and fish about 100m in front of the accommodation which is practically on the beach. Staff all fantastic, very helpful and friendly, helped us organise a private boat trip for snorkelling. Recommend the private boat trip to beat the crowds and get into the water early before the afternoon winds. Breakfast also very good and the swimming pool a big plus in the afternoon. We would definately stay again.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but is a noisy area, there is a local bar that plays loud music until midnight, also local mosque which starts early in the morning. However we expected this and it didnt stop us from sleeping.

Fabulous friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were lovely. Great breakfast. Beach across the road where we could swim out to coral reef and swim with turtles. Just loved Biba Beach, and some of us girls will be back next year to stay again. Thank you Biba Beach.

Traditional island style bungalows, small property with 8 in total. Nice pool. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Great location. Everything at hand, nothing was too much trouble for the staff to get for us and help us out (scooter hire, snorkel etc)

No hand rail to get in/out of pool and steps were very steep. Bed was quite firm but as can be expected on the island. Would prefer water dispenser rather than bottles. Tiles slippery in bathroom.

La,climatisation fuyait et ne marchait pas bien. Nous avons passé les nuits à régler cette climatisation soit trop froide ou rien, elle brassait de l’air chaud de dehors. Nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir une nuit correctement. Le petit déjeuner est servi de 7h30 à 10, gare à vous si vous arrivez à 9h40, on nous a fait la réflexion !

Sehr freundliches Personal das inmer zu einem Spass aufgelegt war. Unsere Tochter wurde krank und sie haben sofort einen Arzt organisiert und immer wieder nachgefragt wies geht. Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück kann direkt am Meer genossen werden.

Auflagen der Liegen sind sehr gebraucht und müssten ersetzt werden.

Being able to swim with turtles right at the front of the resort was amazing. The staff here truly make your stay special - always happy to help and have a laugh. Will definately be back.

Beds are a bit firm for my taste. The complimentary ear plugs are necessary for the call to prayer and the roosters. Bathrooms were a bit icky.

Location was excellent for snorkelling- lots of turtles and fish to see. 1hr to walk around the island so lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Can hear the call to prayer several times but think you can hear it from everywhere on the island. Did experience loud music till the early hours one night however they do supply earplugs.

Biba Beach is een paradijsje op Gili Air. Het ziet er prachtig sfeervol en verzorgd uit, gezellig terras aan de zee waar schildpadden zwemmen, vriendelijk personeel, lekker eten en heerlijke massages. De huisjes zijn mooi ingericht. We voelden ons er helemaal thuis.

Fantastic location, close to the beach.

It was challenging to sleep at night. There was alot of music (guitar) close by and the walls of the room were so thin that you could hear each and every noise from the surrounding streets.

Great location, friendly staff, especially Ani for massage & Ramdan for room & general service . Snorkelling out the front & amazing sunrises.

Nothing - only consideration is that superior room has 3 steps down into the bathroom which could be an issue for senior visitors.

새벽에 숙소 바로 앞에서 보는 일출광경은 환상이다. 꼭 즐기시길. 바다를 바라보며 휴식을 취하기좋다. 직원들은 친절하고 도와주려고 애쓰는 것이 고맙다. 숙소 2층에서 받는 마사지는 최고다. 다른데 가지말고 여기서 받길 추천한다.

숙소 샤워기 물이 자주 끊기곤 한다. 숙소 앞 업소에서 스킨스쿠버 투어 강요가 심하다 숙소앞 해변 거북이는 휴가 간 듯하니 참고 하시길..

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel, la proximité de la plage. C'était parfait.

It was right next to the beach, staff and pool area were great. There were a lot of good retaurants nearby.

We had the closest bungalow near the road and as the walls were quite thin we heard a lot of street noise. Everything else was great

Location was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Accomodations were good. The pool was clean and properly was well kept.

We stayed five night and on one night tge music from a venue just down the road was super laid until 2am.

The staff is super nice, the place is right by the turtle beach, both are great. The interior of the cabin is getting old, although I think it´s intended to be old and used it could be refreshed quite a bit. We stayed for four nights and at two of the nights we could hear music from nearby pub, until 01 in the morning and 11pm in the night, something to consider for light sleepers. I tried the Continental breakfast, it´s ok but nothing specieal. After two mornings I decided to walk to a close by coffee house for much fresher breakfast and good coffee.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet établissement sur Gili Air. Le logement est bien. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le jardin est beau. Le personnel est toujours prêt à vous aider. Il faut savoir qu'en face de cet établissement, il n'est pas vraiment possible de se baigner car la plage est restreinte lorsque la marée est basse et impossible lorsqu'elle est haute. Nous allions dans un autre endroit de l'ile pour nous baigner. Merci à tout le personnel...

Had to ask for more towels and sheets weren’t changed in 5 days. Breakfast was average.

The water in the room stopped working twice, there main light in the room was broken and did not work. The beach is with stones and corals, need water shoes to go in the sea. Breakfast was poor- no any sausages, just eggs and bread.

Joli bungalow avec vue sur mer et une belle terrasse. Une piscine bien appréciée en alternance avec les bains de mer et snorkling où nous avons vu des tortues 🤩. Superbe petit déjeuner avec vue mer. Ah oui aussi, les massages sont vraiment top ici. Et le personnel adorable.

La salle de bain a vraiment besoin d etre rénovée...tres vieillissante dommage ça ne fait pas clean. Réveil a 5h par la mosquée prévoir de bonnes boules quies.

Lovely little hotel at very close to the beach where you can go snorkeling and see lots of turtles! Location is good, you can walk everywhere. Room was spacious, and terrace was nice. Hotel staff is super friendly.

Unfortunately hotel is little bit dated. Needs renovation. At least our room. The soundproofing of the rooms is non-existent. You can hear everything that is done in the next room. And on weekends there were some parties held by tourists on the beach that lasted until 7 am and the noise was so loud that it felt like they were partying in our room. And I had earplugs (the hotel distributes them for free)

Location to the swimming beach and snorkeling

Loved the location & the staff were super friendly & accommodating. The room was very comfortable & clean, the day beds on the ocean wall were a real treat & a fabulous spot to park yourself, swim & snorkel, eat & drink

We had a family room for 3 which was gorgeous. The staff made us feel right at home. Perfect location by the beach but also super close to lots of restaurants and shops.

Hned u pláže, poklidné kokrhání kohoutů, ale večerní zvuky z nedaleké restaurace kde denně hraje živá hudba, jinak dostatečné, ale nevolili bychom znovu, personál milý, ale průměrný.

Šílený smrad v bungalovu po savu, zatuchlině, celou noc nás z toho bolela hlava….nevím možná jen náš, ani bych raději nedoporučovala

Am petrecut un timp minunat, inconjurati de zambete si voie buna, de grija si discretia intregului personal. Am apreciat curatenia, confortul, stilul exotic, distanta mica fata de plaja.

Micul dejun a fost bun, insa ar trebui diversificat. Pentru cei care stau doar doua, trei zile, nu ar fi o problema, dar in cazul nostru, da. In cele sapte zile am avut de ales intre oua, orez si paste, insotite de fructe, suc si cafea.

Super nettes freundliches und witziges Personal. Haben uns in dieser Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Liegt direkt am Strand und hat Hütten und Liegen am Strand. Essen ist auch gut(italienisch)

Les bungalows avec toutes les commodités, le personnel accueillant, le petit déjeuner copieux, la propreté, la présence d'une grande table pour dessiner, écrire, peindre, les éclairages, la situation géographique à 50m de la plage, les bons spots de snorkeling..

Il y a du bruit régulièrement à côté au warung Sasak, des hommes jouaient dont certains trop bruyants entre 21h30 et 00h00 !

Le personnel est incroyablement gentill et relax. L'accueil est super, les bungalows magnifiques propres et confortables. Proche de l'arrivée du bateau, pas loin d'un bar à concert et de restaurants cool. Vous pouvez y aller sans réfléchir ce ne sera que du plaisir!

Rezension: Leider extrem schlechter Kundenservice. Wir hatten im Biba Beach ein Zimmer für drei Nächte gebucht. Aufgrund hoher Wellen wurden jedoch alle Bootverbindungen von Bali nach Gili an drei Tagen in Folge gestrichen. Dadurch war es uns unmöglich, überhaupt nach Gili Air zu gelangen. Wir haben mehrfach angefragt, ob man uns in dieser außergewöhnlichen Situation – für die wir nachweislich nichts konnten – entgegenkommen könnte. Auf keine dieser Nachrichten kam eine Antwort. Ergebnis: voller Preis bezahlt, keine Leistung erhalten. Absolut enttäuschend und nicht kundenorientiert. In solchen Fällen zeigt sich, wie ein Hotel wirklich mit Gästen umgeht – und das war hier schlicht unakzeptabel.

Cea mai rea cazare din toată Indonezia! Acoperișul are scurgeri multiple la cea mai mică plaoie (mai pe scurt te trezești ca îți plouă în cap noaptea), pe lîngă ploaie acoperișul se macină și tot gunoiul ăsta cade pe totul în interior! Prin pereți și acoperiș toată noaptea se aude de parcă sărbătoresc revelionul șobolanii și șopârlele! Un miros absolut insuportabil de umezeală și mucegai (chiar dacă pentru Indonezia umezeală e ceva adesea întîlnit dar nu în așa măsură)! Curățenia e așa de bine făcută încât te temi să pui mâna pe plasa pentru țânțari și de restul în odaie! Albiturile au un miros oribil! Apa la dus vine doar pe o țeavă și logic rece plus cu un miros urât! Aerul condiționat de cea mai proasta calitate! Vecinii se aud de parcă ar fi lîngă tine în pat! La restaurant 5 chelneri dintre care 3 se joaca in telefon și 2 fumează dar niciunul sa se apropie să-ți aducă meniul! Am închiriat de la ei biciclete ca înainte de termenul achitat cu frustrare să le vrea înapoi, personalul e amabil doar la nivel de salut… și multe altele!!! Nu mereu pozele de pe booking sunt echivalente cu realitatea dar în acest caz e prea exagerată diferența fiind nevoit să achiti 2 cazări concomitente.
