Oneroa Bay View Apartment

The view from the bedroom is amazing. It’s such a lovely peaceful & pretty property. And Veronika was a lovely host. Great location too.

Just a few minor issues that were resolved by Veronika as soon as she was made aware.

Beautifully located just a short 2-minute walk to Oneroa Village, making it incredibly convenient for shops, cafes, and restaurants. The property also offers distant water views, adding to the relaxed feel of the stay. The host was warm and welcoming, making everything easy from arrival onwards. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure—always a big plus after a long day out. A great place to stay when visiting Waiheke.

It’s very tidy and well put together for a private stay. There’s a lot of extra thought put into what a guest may enjoy, a little different (in a good way) from what you might expect

Expensive for short stays given $150 cleaning fee, bedroom/ensuite on second floor, cubicle shower, cupboard kitchenette with outside sink.

Outside kitchen sink was unexpected. While it functioned ok as we did not need to use it when it rained there was no mention of this in the listing.

The view was AMAZING! Veronika was the most lovely host! We could not have asked for a better stay!

Absolutely perfect apartment for my wife and I during our 3 night stay on Waiheke. Lovely private apartment with a stunning view of the sea, nicely fitted out with everything we needed, and perfect walking location down to the lovely Oneroa beach and town. Veronika the host was super welcoming and helpful, as was Kiwi the dog. Would gladly recommend!

Veronika is friendly and helpful. The apartment is lovely and very handy to everything. The bedroom is sunny and has beautiful views. Pleasant courtyard to sit.

The stairs up to the bedroom and bathroom were unexpected but we managed them. Good handrail helped.

Perfect Location! Easy short walk to all you need and the bus stop. Beautiful views of the water from the bedroom and the private patio. Nice coffee and tea setup. The host is very kind and helpful. She picked us up at the ferry landing since it was late and dark when we got to the island.

Beautiful, clean apartment with spectacular views of the sea and sunrise! Host was lovely and great with communication, easy check in and check out with a complimentary drive to the ferry terminal, which was very generous!

Excellent location, super close (5 minute stroll) to a range of eateries and buses that take you across the island. We had a great view over the water from the bedroom upstairs and enjoyed a relaxing downstairs and outside area.

The location was excellent. It is just a short walk to Oneroa village, providing easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Upon our arrival, Veronika welcomed us and gave us a tour of the apartment. The thoughtful touches, like the complimentary wines and biscuits, instantly put us in holiday mode.

Veronika provided lots of nice extra touches from samples of the wines and grapes from their vineyard to the tasty cookies upon arrival. Extra towels for the beach were truly appreciated.

The view unbelievable. It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Veronika thought of everything we could possibly need. So close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Loved it!

We had an amazing stay at Veronika’s place! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Oneroa village and just 1km from the ferry terminal. It’s super convenient to get to many attractions on the island, whether by taxi, bus, or even on foot. Veronica was incredibly friendly and gave us all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The highlight was the stunning sea view from the bedroom window—it was absolutely breathtaking! If we visit Waiheke Island again, we would definitely stay here.

We didn’t find anything we didn’t like about this place.

We had a great time. Veronika is a very friendly host who gave us good tips on the island. She even picked us up and dropped us off at the ferry which made the trip even more enjoyable. The location is perfect to explore the island with many shops around the corner. The house offers everything you need and has a fantastic view towards the sea. We definitely recommend this place.

The apartment was an incredible stay, perfectly located within walking distance of all the main shops and cafes. The bus stop was just a short walk away, and the view over Oneroa Beach was stunning. The host was exceptionally kind, leaving us chocolates and wine upon arrival and even driving us to the ferry when we departed. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine, BBQ, hair dryer, and a very comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect

I had a wonderful stay with a beautiful view of the bay from my bedroom upstairs. A small kitchenette downstairs was available to warm up my food and the coffee provided was wonderful. I did not get a chance to enjoy the outdoor seating area but would have if my trip had been longer. It was only a short walk into town for groceries or down to the beach. I had everything I needed! The owner was very helpful in pointing out places to visit during my stay.

Loved the location only 5 minutes from the ferry. Easy walking distance to the Main village restaurants, and Oneroa beach. The location was sunny and sheltered . The entrance has a lovely private palm clad courtyard, then there is a well fitted out living room . The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful Northern view of the bay and I watched a magnificent sun rise over the sea enjoying a fresh coffee from the Nespresso! There are great walking tracks nearby the host directed me to the island bay walk which is close by and stunning. Waiheke island is a great place to holiday and so close to Auckland city this is a great central location to see Waihele from .
