Het vriendelijke en gastvrije personeel. Ze dachten echt met ons mee en de service was uitstekend. Vooral als je met een baby reist, maakt dat een groot verschil.

Très cher pour ce que c'est. Bien que nous ayons été upgradés, nous avons été très déçu : hotel mal entretenu : Beaucoup de prises électriques ne ponctionnaient pas ; manque de rideaux dans le salon (donc lumières extérieures gênant le sommeil : éclairage faible et insuffisant ; le frigo ne marche que quand le client est dans la chambre ; la commande de l'air conditionné était cassée (donc pas d'AC) ; ménage mal fait (pousière épaisse sur la tête de lit en bois ; nous sommes restés 3 nuits et une tache très visible dans la chambre est restée pruve que le ménage est mal fait) ; il y un coffre mais il était bloqué ; absence de clapet dans le lavabo et la baignoire.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfaitement organisé, de l’accueil chaleureux à la propreté irréprochable des chambres. Le personnel est particulièrement attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Nous souhaitons adresser une mention spéciale à Monsieur Joussef, dont le professionnalisme, la gentillesse et la disponibilité ont vraiment marqué notre expérience. Il a su répondre à toutes nos attentes avec efficacité et sourire, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Me gustó todo el hotel, perfecto estancia en fez en familia. Ideal piscina, relax, descanso, vistas, habitaciones amplias y bien dotadas. Personal amable.

This property I stayed two nights 14-16 Oct It is very clean the rooms are big my bed was king size. There is a balcony with views towards the town and views of the pool The pool is big and very clean and surrounded by grass and trees and very well kept My room greeted me with bottles of water and a plate of fancy biscuits which was a nice touch The staff are attentive and helpful . The manager is welcoming. Food is presented very well and many choices for both breakfast and evening meal The terrasses are perfect fir a pre dinner drink Apparently This hotel is one of very few to have a swimming pool in fez and this pool is large well there’s two pools actually All in all a very pristine outside and very clean rooms

I liked everything

L accueil, le service du personnel. Ravie de revoir Mme Hanane, qui ne m a pas oublié, car tjrs fidèle à cet établissement. Hôtel proche du centre commercial, du Mc Do. Belle vue sur la médina ( voir photo). Merci aussi, aux femmes de chambre ( Mme Hajar et Myriame) pour le gentillesse et pour le soin. Le petit déjeuner. La douchette de la douche fonctionnait mal. La chasse d'eau qui fuit. Musique trop fort à la piscine l'après midi et même la nuit jusqu'à 2h du matin. Impossible de faire une sieste ou de dormir la nuit avec le bruit pour les personnes sensibles.

Nice location and beautiful views from the balcony

The room had no tea or coffee maker (but it was listed in the description on Booking.com). Telephone in the room did not work, so for any problem we had to go downstairs to reception -- but they did not help either. Room service available until 10 pm, there is no way to get tea after that time. When we asked a guy at the reception to call a taxi, he refused and said that he will only call a local guide who will help us& the we said we do not need a guide, he suggested us to go out and find a taxi on our own. We did, but that sums up the unfriendliness of the place

The Hotel staff made our stay one of the most enjoyable stays we have had! From the Hotel Director to the staff, they treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived until our departure! Thank you for a wonderful stay in Fes!!! I will definitely be returning to Menzeh Zalagh City Center Hotel.

Staff is very friendly!

The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure me and my family (wife, kids and parents) had an amazing stay. From the reception to restaurant and cleaning staff, everyone was lovely and genuinely friendly. The hotel is beautifully set with lovely views, an amazing sun terrace where we enjoyed sitting in the morning and plan the day. Location wise we also found it a very easy 10-12mins walk to the Royal Palace and front there another 10 mins to the medina. Easy walk out and 6 mins taxi ride back in the evening, so a lovely and peaceful place to stay after a busy day visiting the medina. Lovely landscaped garden and swimming pools, and the kids lived roaming around. Amazing breakfast as well. Highly recommend! We extended our stay and stayed longer.

Everything was excellent

1. The hotel staff is very friendly and is eager to help always. 2. Breakfast is great, lots of local options as well as fresh fruits and good coffee. 3. Great outdoor garden space and a pool. 4. Grocery shop is opposite to hotel, 2 restaurants within 2 mins walks. Pharmacy is 5 mins, McD is 5 mins and shopping mall is 10mins walk.

1. The hotel lobby was almost never clean. 2. You can see people smoking in lobby and buds lying on the floor. 3. We had to change room access cards multiple times every day as access cards never worked properly. 4. The wifi was not working at all, despite technicians visit it could not work. Just because hotel was empty we were moved to a suite during last days of our stay where internet was better, but if hotel is full then you have no choice.

The staff was very accommodating with the last minute booking late in the night. They were super nice and welcoming.

Reception staff is soooo friendly and helpful. They really try to accommodate you in every way. Helped with changing the rooms and printing out the boarding passes with a smile and no hesitation.

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Menzeh Zalagh and I am very grateful for my stay there. Both of the rooms in which I stayed were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable and the mini fridge was unbelievably convenient. Each room also had a balcony with a beautiful view - this was a really nice touch and allowed me to soak up the atmosphere and relax. The rooms also had a desk which I personally found really helpful to use when going through emails and doing my skincare. I also really enjoyed the food that I had in the hotel. The breakfast selection is varied with a mixture of hot and cold items. There are also pastries and a coffee machine. The hotel Pizzeria restaurant was my preferred go to for my evening meals and I would absolutely recommend the steak dish - it was so so so good and I wish I could have some right now! Finally, I have to give a special mention to the staff of this hotel who made me feel so welcomed and looked after. I met multiple staff members during my stay and all of them were so kind and helpful. It was reassuring to know that I had someone to call upon if I needed help. This is a really nice hotel and it is one that I would love to visit again whether on my own or with my family.

You get what you're looking for; a balcony with a gorgeous view and a huge pool. Some of the staff was extremely helpful, especially the front desk.

Music at the pool is often very loud. Safe in my room didnt work.

I like everything about the property. The hotel is central, room is large and has a balcony, bed sheets and towels are clean, breakfast is delicious, and staff are polite & helpful. I will always stay in this hotel when I am in Fes.

Upon arrival, the staff were nothing but friendly, providing us with a room with a beautiful view. They even went out of their way to bring water and a platter of Moroccan treats to our rooms, and ensured that we always had water throughout our trip. The director of the hotel also checked up on us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and even offered us breakfast during our stay. The rooms were very clean and had room service clean our rooms everyday. The staff were also very helpful in directing us to nearby restaurants and things to do nearby. We also had the most amazing treatment in the Spa&Hammam on site, would highly recommend. The location of the hotel is brilliant with everything and main attractions being less than 10 minutes away!

Easy enough to find

While the title is city centre, it’s a taxi ride to the old town. When I checked in to my room, bed was unmade and reception didn’t seem fussed about it. Was just told not to worry. Breakfast was poor, the “hot” food was cold

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Menzah Zalagh City Center, and I must say it was an excellent experience. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality by the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist with any request made my stay truly enjoyable. The restaurant staff were very kind too. They even offered me a variety of suhur options to ensure that my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration. Their level of kindness & hospitality truly exceeded my expectations. The traditional Moroccan decoration of my suit added a charming and authentic touch to the ambiance: intricate tile work, and elegant furnishings, transporting me to bdautiful & calming world. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with exceptional staff who prioritize guest satisfaction and go the extra mile to make your experience memorable.

I would have appreciated having a small desk and chair to comfortably sit & work on my computer, as well as improved lighting.

Cold water was not working.

The staff at the hotel, especially the reception staff were very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall experience staying at Zalagh was great! I would prefer to stay again if I visit FEZ next.

Nice swimming pool and overall commodities

The power supply was always going down...the toilet flush wasn't so good...

From the moment we stepped inti the lobby, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff. the check in was smooth and we were very impressed by the space and cleanliness and comfort of the room.

The breakfast was very limited and does not worth the price so I would highly recommend you to take only the room without breakfast.

Good bed, availability of food, location

Room was cold, heat did not work. Water pressure and temperature were inconsistent and made having a shower difficult or impossible. Breakfast was less than mediocre and a very poor value. Lunch and dinner menu was very limited.

Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a convenient location make it a top choice for travelers.

The Staff was kind. Especially the dorman Ahmed. He was the most kind in the hotel. He was there for everything. The girl/woman Halima from the Spa was also perfect. She was very professional for Moroccian hamam and very kind. During the breakfast the woman ( chief), some other girls and the one in reception very a little bit unkind.
