There was no handwash in the bathroom. Cleaning fee of EUR 59 was too much for a stay.

It is equipped with all that we need fir staying on for a some days.

The ventilator for the vacuum of the bathroom was not working. The couch is not so comfortable to stay on it and also for sleeping. The lingerie from the couch was not clean.

Чисто, є все необхідне, по запиту безкоштовно надали дитяче ліжечко. Легкий доступ до ключа. Зручне розташування- недалеко метро, магазини. Авто ставили на платній стоянці доба 5,5 євро. Власник завжди був на звʼязку, зорієнтував по парковці.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed, including fans in every room, which was especially appreciated on hot days. The key handover was completely hassle-free. We even forgot something at the apartment when we left, and the host helped me resolve the issue very quickly, even though it was already late in the evening. I would like to thank him once again for his kindness and willingness to help. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the metro, and the surrounding area is pleasant.

Somos familia de cuatro Apartamento amplio. Cama principal, muy cómoda. El sofacama mejorable. Dos toallas limpias y buenas para cada uno. Todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios. Dos televisores de gran tamaño. Muy silencioso y tranquilo. La comunicación con el anfitrión fácil y rápida. Cerca de supermercado.

Hay que utilizar transporte público para ir al centro. Viena es muy grande, el transporte público es necesario para poder recorrerla.

Como cómodo, ya me he quedado en otras oportunidades y buena buena

Un po' troppo fuori zona , lavandino del bagno intasato, l acqua faticava ad andare giù , l ultimo giorno si è rotto il lavandino in cucina e ho dovuto lavare i piatti in bagno ,mancava lo scolapiatti e mancava la lavatrice invece nelle foto era presente

Ev sahibi İbrahim bey ilgili ve sorulara cevap verdi.Herşey söylendiği gibiydi Ev temiz geniş ve yeni eşyalar vardı. Ulaşım araçlarına yürüme mesafesinde Türk konuklar için tuvalet yapısı uygundu.

The Sofa bed was not comfortable, it was not balanced and made noise. The provided small fan did not help much.

Mieszkanie w spokojnej, dobrze skomunikowanej z resztą miasta okolicy, blisko sklepy spożywcze i inne, plac zabaw, pralnia publiczna, restauracje. Bardzo dobry kontakt z gospodarzami i bardzo dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Czysto, wygodnie.

L'emplacement, la proximité des transports en commun, la communication avec le propriétaire, l'agencement de l'appartement... Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

El apartamento tenia telarañas y en el baño se salía bastante agua cada vez que te duchabas. Avisamos con estos inconvenientes y vinieros a solucionar lo de la limpieza, lo de la ducha se quedó asi toda la estancia

Çamaşır makinesi rezervasyonda gösteriyordu. Ama bu odasında yoktu.

Locatie is prima, op 4 minuten lopen van de tram en 10 minuten lopen van de metro met genoeg supermarkten in de buurt. Huis was echt schoon, we konden onze baby door het huis laten kruipen zonder dat we ons zorgen hoefden te maken. Faciliteiten van het huis zijn verder ook perfect voor een verblijf van een gezin met een baby. Echt alles was perfect!

Als we ècht iets moeten zeggen, het had alleen douchegel en geen shampoo. En de wifi viel wel regelmatige weg, maar neemt zeker niet weg dat het geen 10 punten waard is.

Oldukça temiz bir yerdi ve ulaşım açısından da iyi bir konumdaydı. 3 çocuklu bir aile olarak bize gayet yetti. 1 tabak ve 1 bardak yıkarken düşüp kırıldı maalesef bu vesileyle özür dilemiş olayım 😄

Evde ayakkabıyla dolaşma kültürümüz olmadığı için bir kaç terlik olabilirdi diye düşünüyorum ancak yerleri silmek için mop talebim hemen karşılandı o şekilde telafi edilmiş oldu. mutfaktaki tencere boyutu biraz yetersiz geldi.

Posizione non centrale, ma vicinissima alla metro, quindi ben collegata. Appartamento essenziale.

Ingresso buio e poco curato. Spazi angusti e troppi caldi. Ambiente asfittico, zero possibilità di areazione perché la stanza da sulla strada. Bisognerebbe dotare le stanze di climatizzatore.

Apartament sam w sobie był w porządku. Było w miarę czysto, a dużym plusem jest dogodna lokalizacja – blisko metra i przystanków tramwajowych, dzięki czemu łatwo dostać się do centrum.

Niestety, podczas naszego pobytu nie działała klimatyzacja. Do dyspozycji otrzymaliśmy dwa wiatraki, z czego jeden był uszkodzony, co przy wysokich temperaturach było dużym utrudnieniem. Największym minusem okazała się jednak okolica. Choć jest blisko centrum, wieczorem nie czuliśmy się tam bezpiecznie. W okolicy jest dużo osób przy których nie czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, ulice są bardzo brudne, można natknąć się na porozrzucane śmieci i buty czy nawet stare meble, a niektórzy załatwiają potrzeby fizjologiczne na ulicy, na oczach przechodniów. To sprawia bardzo nieprzyjemne wrażenie. Szkoda również pięknego kościoła znajdującego się w pobliżu. Wygląda na nieczynny, a jego otoczenie jest zaniedbane – dzieci wykorzystują teren jako plac zabaw, a ściany budynku służą niektórym jako miejsce do oddawania moczu. Jest to bardzo przykre, biorąc pod uwagę wartość i urodę tego miejsca. Podsumowując, sam apartament był przyzwoity i dobrze skomunikowany, jednak problemy z klimatyzacją oraz bardzo nieprzyjemna okolica znacząco wpłynęły na komfort naszego pobytu.

The apartment location, near to tram 7 Mins walk and metro stop 12 Mins walk, going to many connections, firm bed, toilet, beddings. Small Kitchen functional, communication OK, BILLA plus grocery 5 Mins walk. Near Restaurant and bars, safe area.

No airconditioning, needed specially in summer months, but addional electric fan was delivered.

Mutfak bölümü yeni ve eşyaları yeterliydi. Temizliği iyi sayılır.

Kliması yok, daire zemin katta, dikey vantilatör vardı 2 tane hiç serinlik vermiyordu ve bir tanesi kırıktı ayakta zor duruyordu. Odanın boya badanaya ihtiyacı var.

Taharet musluğu vardı,metro ve tramvaya yakın,klima var

Çarşafla temiz değildi kıllar vardı yenisini istedik oda lekeli geldi onun haricinde sorun yoktu

Muy buena ducha, camas cómodas, departamento espacioso, buen wifi. Cerca de transporte al centro. Además tiene lavadora.

Podría tener aire acondicionado, si bien había ventiladores.

Отдыхали с семьёй 3 дня. Квартира чистая, есть всё необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи. Есть сушка для белья, утюг, гладильная доска. В день заселения разрешили оставить вещи до официального времени заселения. У нас в квартире были мокрые пододеяльники (недосушеные), я об этом сообщила и в течении нескольких часов эта проблема была решена. Хозяин выходит на контакт моментально. Мы остались довольны.

Cleanliness was definitely spot on.

Everything was fine.

The property looked exactly as in the picture. There is a supermarket very close where you can buy things for breakfast. The bed from the bedroom was very comfortable. All in all, was a comfortable stay with few issues, but we passed over it.

As we were 4 persons , I would have expected to find 2 beds ready for us. Instead , I found only one. We have talked to the property and they explained how to make the 2nd bed ( it was a sofa) , so all was fixed , but I panicked a bit at the beginning. Because we had to make the 2nd bed, I also saw the dust and the food packing behind the sofa, so obviously, nobody cleaned there.

The apartament was very spacious and clean, there was a sweet surprise waiting for us, there was everything you need, with well equipped kitchenette, location was great, aprtament was easy to find, many shops around and just few minutes to metro, tram and bus stop. I would really recommend!:)

Mutfak malzemeleri çok yetersiz ve kirliydi. Daire çok havasızdı,içeride çok fazla toz partikülü vardı.

Die Wohnung war groß genug für 3 Erwachsene, relativ sauber und in der nähe von Strassenbahn

Der Eingang des Hauses war verdreckt. Die bettdecken waren stark abgenutzt, fleckig und schmutzig. Die Matratzen hat Urin flecken als wir um einen Wechsel der Bettsachen gebeten haben, bekamen wir am nächsten Tag eine neuer Bettdecke ( die Stark abgenutzt war) die Matratze würde nur neu bezogen dann haben wir nochmal auf der Urinfleck aufmerksam gemacht. Am nächsten Tag hat man einfach nur die Matratze gedreht. Unter dem Schlafsofa haben wir sehr viele benutzte Tashentücher gefunden. Die Bratpfannen waren nicht nutzbar.

The apartment was easy to reach by public transport, 3 mins away from the tram station and 10 mins from the U-bahn. There was a nespresso machine in the kitchen with some capsules and a small treat, which we found lovely. The amenities were enough. The blow dryer even had a diffuser head for curly hair, which was a pleasant surprise for me. The apartment was super clean, as well. Self check-in was also quite easy.

The knives in the kitchen were a bit too blunt. I think they could be replaced. And the shower leaks into the bathroom floor. Apart from these minor issues, we had a pleasant stay.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The apartment contains everything you need. Better conditions than in many hotels. The neighborhood is quiet, close to shops, public transport, various fast food. The owners are friendly and available when you need them.

Smestaj je u mirnom kraju, relativno blizu je metro, a ima i stanica za tramvaj na 2 min od smestaja. Preuzimanje kljuca je bilo lako. Smestaj je prostran. Culi smo se sa vlasnikom preko poruka oko par sitnica i odmah je bilo reseno. Wi fi je bio dobar.

Mislim da postoje neke sitnice koje bi mogli da urade da gostima bude prijatnije. Npr bilo je hladno u stanu, nema nikakve cediljke za sudove niti sundjera za pranje sudova,tiganji su bas izgrebani i stari. U sustini smestaj je dobar za taj novac ali mislim da bi bio jos bolji kada bi se malo potrudili.

Appartamento molto bello e semplice da raggiungere, spazio adeguato per massimo 4 persone con tutti i comfort necessari. Posizione piuttosto buona, si trova in un quartiere tranquillo e godibile, con molti negozi e locali vicini che rendono tutto più semplice. Comodo anche raggiungere le fermate di mezzi pubblici di qualunque genere.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la Viva La Vienna Apartments. Locația este excelentă, aproape de transportul public și ușor accesibilă pentru a explora orașul. Apartamentul a fost curat, bine întreținut și dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur confortabil. Check-in-ul a fost simplu, iar comunicarea cu gazda foarte bună și promptă. Raport calitate-preț foarte bun. Recomand cu încredere pentru un city break în Viena.

În general, șederea la Viva La Vienna Apartments a fost plăcută și confortabilă. Locația este bună, iar apartamentul este curat și bine echipat. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost rapidă și eficientă. Ca aspecte mai puțin pozitive, aș menționa că izolarea fonică nu este perfectă și se mai aud zgomote din exterior sau din alte apartamente. De asemenea, unele facilități ar putea fi ușor îmbunătățite (detalii mici, dar care ar crește confortul). În rest, experiența a fost ok și potrivită pentru un city break.

Obiekty bardzo czysty i wszystko zgodne z opisem . Łatwy i bezproblemowy dostęp do kluczyka . Blisko metra.

Ogromnym minusem jest lokalizacja . W apartamencie czułam się bezpiecznie jednak dzielnica w której znajduje się apartament jest pełna ludności z bliskiego wschodu . Na każdej ulicy znajduje się żebrak i wyłudzacz pieniędzy . Nie polecam chodzić po nocy gdyż ciągle napotykasz gangi ciemnoskórych pijanych lub nacpanych mężczyzn .

Faceva un po troppo caldo dentro ma non potevo regolare la temperatura dei caloriferi.

Przestronny pokój, miły gest na wejściu w postaci słodkiej przekąski.

Wyrwane gniazdko w toalecie, uszkodzony prysznic z którego przy każdym użyciu wylewała się woda, bardzo brudna ściana w okolicach łóżka. Na pierwszy rzut oka czystość była okej, niestety po dłuższym czasie odkrywaliśmy takie rzeczy jak pajęczyna w rogu sufitu, pająk oraz sporą ilość kurzu w okolicy łóżka. Po kontakcie z obsługą ten problem został rozwiązany.

El apartamento fue sencillamente maravilloso. Fui con mi mujer y mis suegros y la verdad que no nos faltó de nada. Estuvimos 4 noches y tanto el sofá cama como la habitación fueron suficientes para nosotros 4. La ubicación es buena porque a escasos 5/10 minutos andando tienes ya el tren con línea directa al centro. El apartamento completamente nuevo y reformado, limpio y con todas las comodidades posibles. No puntúo mas alto porque no me permite más la aplicación.

Heizung nicht regulierbar. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, Waschmaschine defekt.

Moderno, con buenos acabados. TV gigante funcionando bien. Wifi. Vecinos muy tranquilos. Barrio tranquilo, sin ser lujoso. Vecinos silenciosos. A 7 minutos de la estación Reumanplatz, y a 2 minutos del tranvía O que te lleva directo a la estación central Wien Hauptbahnhof. Baño moderno y amplio. Buena limpieza general. Secador de pelo (sin difusor). La cocina está bien surtida de sartenes y cubiertos, con cafetera de cápsulas y sandwichera. Es un bajo, pero las ventanas tenían la mitad inferior pavonadas para preservar la intimidad. Las dobles cortinas aislaban bien de la luz del día al despertarte. Calefacción con radiadores perfecta, no pasamos frío. Sofá cama del salón cómodo, de fácil apertura. Ya venía con las sábanas. Cama gigantesca. Firmeza media. Me gustó. Buena comunicación previa a la llegada. Durante la estancia no necesité contactar con él/ella. Buena relación calidad/precio

Faltaba una bayeta para limpiar la cocina. Solo había un trapo de cocina, pero es una cosa poco importante, la verdad. El dormitorio tenía las paredes sin decorar. Estaba desangelado. Las almohadas no son de viscoelástico o similar, se desarmaban. Le falta difusor al secador de pelo. En la ducha solo había un jabón que no hacía espuma, sin champú.

An apartment that we heartily recommend to everyone. Communication with the host is perfect. The apartment is absolutely clean and well equipped. After long walks and tours of Vienna, it was nice to come back to a warm room and drink a cup of coffee. Public transport in Vienna works very well, so you can easily get to any location. We will definitely choose the Viva la Vienna apartments for our next stay.

Affordable. 10 min walk from metro. 5 min walk to Tram. Overall it was good. Apartment was well equipped. Beds comfortable.

Apartment building is a bit run down. Could be improved with better lighting, cleaning of apartment entrance area. Apartment we were in requires some light maintenance such as paintwork and minor works. As a suggestion as an avid traveller, communicate with your guests especially to check if all is well. it helps to keep high rating.

it is really close to the train station. The bathroom is very clean and quite enjoyable to use. With oven, you could cook more stuff. The owner is very nice and kind. She speaks English very well so it is not hard to communicate. She was thinking my potential needs.

The apartment was lovely.

Items that were listed were not present. I emailed the staff twice and have had no reply which is disgusting. That is why I have given the staff a bad score. Great shame they obviously don't care once they have your money.

Everything was perfect!

Newly renovated, stylish and very well equipped apartment. The heating system worked perfect, managed to warm up the place fast. Also, the communication with the owner was flawless.

There were some broken items and one of the TVs did not work. We also experienced problems with the WIFI-connection. A small lamp next to the sofa bed would have been appreciated.

Struttura con i servizi minimi essenziali presenti.

Abbiamo segnalato la prima sera che l'asciugacapelli non era funzionante e sollecitato il giorno seguente ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta, siamo stati completamente ignorati.

Appartamento grande, con stile moderno e dotato di ogni confort. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Non bisogna farsi ingannare dell'entrata che è un palazzo vecchio, perché l'interno è tutta un'altra cosa! La fermata della metro è posizionata a una distanza abbastanza comoda. Lo consiglio.

È andato tutto bene. Unici due appunti: i saponi del bagno sarebbero da rifornire. Inoltre sarebbe preferibile un sistema di risposta almeno ai messaggi whatsapp, perché può servire in caso di necessità.

The room was clean, well equipped, big enough.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. While heating works well, floors were very cold, especially tile in the bathroom. No slippers were available. Also while minor inquiry emerged, team were not reachable on a timely manner by phone or messages. While our inquiry wasn’t urgent, another time it may be. Surrounding area is not very well-looking. If you need site seeing without walking 30 minutes one way or using public transport, it is not your option.

Hezky zařízený pokoj, teplo, kuchyňský kout, hezká sprcha, funkční wifi, vysoké stropy, čisto, kávovar i s kapslemi, sladká pozornost. Vše dle popisu. Vstřícnost při řešení speciální prosby.
