The hotel is a bit removed from Ta Hien Street, so it isn't the most convenient spot if nightlife is your main priority. For us, though, the slightly quieter location was actually a nice change after spending the day in the busy streets. The staff were genuinely lovely and made us feel welcome from the start. They were friendly without being overbearing and were always willing to help when we needed something. Overall, a very comfortable stay in Hanoi.

Absolut enttäuschend und für uns eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen überhaupt. Wir haben bewusst eine Familiensuite mit Balkon und Straßenblick gebucht und genau dafür bezahlt. Stattdessen bekamen wir einen winzigen Balkon mit Blick auf eine graue Betonwand in einem engen, geschlossenen Schacht. Von einem Straßenblick war absolut nichts zu sehen. Das entspricht eindeutig nicht der Zimmerbeschreibung und ist für uns irreführende Werbung. Direkt vor unserem Fenster und Balkon befanden sich mehrere Außengeräte der Klimaanlage. Diese liefen ununterbrochen Tag und Nacht und verursachten einen extrem lauten Lärm. Da die Fenster uralt sind und überhaupt nicht schallisolieren, war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass wir am nächsten Tag eine lange Heimreise vor uns hatten und dieses Hotel extra gebucht hatten, um uns vor der Abreise noch einmal richtig auszuruhen. Statt Erholung verbrachten wir eine schlaflose Nacht. Hinzu kommt, dass der Bereich direkt vor unserer Zimmertür ständig mit fremden Koffern, Wäschewagen und anderen Gegenständen vollgestellt war. Es wirkte eher wie ein Abstellraum als wie der Flur eines Hotels. Das hinterließ einen ungepflegten und unprofessionellen Eindruck. Für dieses Zimmer Geld zu verlangen, ist aus unserer Sicht eine Frechheit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist katastrophal. Wir fühlen uns getäuscht und können dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Für uns war das leider rausgeworfenes Geld.

Las dos chicas que atienden el recibo, me solucionaron la vida, dandome datos de restaurantes, de lugares para visitar, pidiendome el taxi, etc. Merecen ser mencionadas Mina y Catherine por toda su cordialidad y profesionalismo.

Une fois arrivé dans le nouvel établissement, la chambre attribuée n’a pas rempli nos attentes, alors qu’on nous avait assuré le même standing que celui réservé initialement. Les couloirs étaient bruyants toute la nuit, et la salle du petit déjeuner était petite et bruyante. C’était une expérience médiocre.

What impressed us most was how quiet and comfortable the hotel felt despite being surrounded by the energy of Hanoi. It was the perfect place to relax after busy days of sightseeing.

We were a group of three, but they insisted on giving us only one room key, which was very inconvenient. They also asked us to pay outside of Booking.com to avoid the fee, which felt shady, especially having just arrived in a new country. Breakfast was another issue: they don't just stop serving at the set time, they'll literally take the plate out of your hands. On the second night we moved to a nearby hotel that was much better and even cheaper.
