Unfortunately, almost everything. The room was extremely small and in a very disappointing condition. The bathroom facilities were particularly poor and unpleasant. If you want hot water, you have to wait an extremely long time. The humidity in the room was unbearable and made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The cleanliness and overall condition of the room were far below what you would expect from a hotel. The location was also a huge disappointment. It was extremely noisy, and there was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the surrounding area, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the value for money is very poor. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel and absolutely do not recommend it.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026They accomodated an early check in for us as we were only there for our transit stay in KL. Location is right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. Great place to be if you’re in transit and want to rest up.
We got the twin room but the other bed was more of a single size bed. Kids were tired so they squeezed in.

I booked a triple room for 4 nights, once we arrived, the staff said that they cannot give the room because the AC is under maintenance then they give us a standard room which is very small and he say for only one night and give us the triple room on the other day, unfortunately they still cannot give us the roomamd we have to stay another night in a small room for us and yet we were still charge the same price, when i asked for my refund they said i have to apply through booking.com, eventhough i paid at the property. and we were not happy with the towel given as the towels were so old.

The room is small, the toilet layout is uncomfortable. I booked the triple bed. But there is no information to me about leakage and everythinh and they suddenly change me to a room with an extra bed. But the extra bed is on the floor. It is really like a boarding house. You can easily hear people's voice on the next door.

Inside the room is not very good, such as no coffee supplies, face towel. Very important that my credit card is showing as Novotel Hotel, this is very fishy, if need I can provide a screenshot. I asked the front desk manager, he is not aware of it, he took a screenshot from my phone. Just wondering if it part of money laundering

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026The location is amazing it’s right in the city centre and can pretty much walk anywhere. Staff were good, helpful when needed.
Rooms weren’t clean regularly which is fine but we had to consistently ask to get fresh towels and toilet paper. Should be a necessity to check and make sure that people have the amenities needed instead of needing to ask consistently. There were bugs everywhere and even jumping spiders, if you didn’t close the toilet there would be bugs floating in the water at the end of the day.

La habitación era muy humeda y el aire no iba especialmente bien. El baño es horrible lleno de moho en las juntas. La ducha encima del wc, y ademas no desagua bien asi que todo es un charco de agua. Las toallas estaban en muy mal estado.

one or two in the morning. The bedding in the room is really damp, aending around one or two in the morning. The bedding in the room was really damp, and the shower sprayed water everywhere. We only got four bottles of water on the first day of our two-day stay (for four of us), and when we asked for more at the front desk on the second day, they didn't provide any until we checked out.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026The staff member on the second day was very helpful and quickly moved me to another room on the third floor. The second room had a good air conditioner and was much more comfortable than the first one.
When I first arrived, I was given a different room than the one originally assigned to me. The room felt unpleasant, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. After the first night, the air conditioner leaked water onto my laptop. Fortunately, my laptop was not damaged. The bathroom in the second room also had an unpleasant smell.
