No me gustó que no tenía ventanas, que al tener moqueta había demasiado polvo en la habitación y que la luz la tenías que apagar por completo y no podías ni cargar el teléfono por la noche

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Die Lage vom Hotel war gut. Direkt vor der Tür ist eine Tram Anbindung und auch sonst kann man überall gut hinlaufen. Das Personal war nett. Der Fernseher war Chromecast kompatibel, weshalb man sich mit Netflix etc. Verbinden konnte.
Im Hotel gibt es ein internes Belüftungssystem für alle Zimmer, weshalb man die Fenster nicht aufmachen kann. Das Problem daran ist, dass die Belüftung im Bad so laut war, dass man nachts teilweise davon wach geworden ist. Laut Rezeption kann man das für das Bad auch nicht ausstellen. Dazu kam, dass unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss war. Sobald jemand das Hotel durch die Eingangstür verlassen oder betreten hat, ist die Tür wie ein Knall zugefallen. Auch die Tram Anbindung war in unserem Fall nicht wirklich von Vorteil, da die Fenster absolut keine Geräusche von Draußen gedämpft haben. Wir hatten also das Badezimmergeräusch, die Tür, die Tram und alle Passanten vor den Fenstern, die uns jede Nacht so ziemlich jeden Schlaf und jeden Nerv geraubt haben. Kleinere Nachteile wie fehlende Schränke für Klamotten oder die dreckigen Handtücher wurden da nebensächlich. Da man sich ein Hotel zum Schlafen nimmt, würde ich nicht nochmal herkommen.

Il n’y avait pas de fenêtres qui donnaient sur l’extérieur donc aucune lumière naturelle. La chambre était constamment dans le noir. Une lampe restait constamment allumée donc il était impossible de dormir dans le noir. Nous devions entièrement éteindre dans la chambre pour pouvoir dormir correctement. Nous ne pouvions donc pas recharger nos différents appareils.

A room to use as a base, to sleep in, but not to spend a lot of hours in in the daytime, and why would you, being in Amsterdam? The location was tops, a 10-15 minute walk to just about everything, on a Tram line. I would stay there again on another visit.

Reviewed May 23, 2026De kamer -1.2 was heel netjes en praktisch ingericht. Ook de douche was superfijn en schoon. We hadden een kamer in het souterrian, voor 1 nacht was de meer dan voldoende. We zijn geholpen door een aardige receptioniste. Ik kan dit hotel aanbevelen.
Ik heb via booking.com de kamer te teveel betaald.

This was keyless, which was my first experience with that so you have to make sure your phone is charged The young man who ran the coffee shop and was the on-site person was very helpful We were able to store luggage for the afternoon before we left and go over to the museum. Easy access from airport to Subway in a 10 minute walk.
The stairwell was very narrow, but there was an elevator for the luggage

Über dem Fenster war leider eine sehr grelle Lampe und um schlafen zu können musste man die Vorhänge zuziehen, für einen längeren Aufenthalt zu zweit leider zu klein

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Das Hotelzimmer im Keller war eine reine Zumutung. Es entspricht in keiner Weise den Bildern der Website. Es gab kein Außenfenster und erinnerte eher an eine Gefängniszelle. Ich kann das Hotel KEINSTENFALLS empfehlen.
Zimmer im Keller! Kein Außenfenster vorhanden. Man bekommt Platzangst.

The penthouse is more of an attic and temperature control in the room was problematic. Additionally, the newly installed elevator (very slow, but much worth it with bags and Ditch staircases) only goes to the third level. Our room was on the fourth, so the last set of stairs you really need to be careful of, especially with luggage.

Me metieron en un Zulo. Antiguamente seria una casa, y me metieron en una habitacion en un sotano sin ventana al exterior. Mucho olor a humedad, ruidos de las cañerias y tuberias, al lado del ascensor. Si apagas la luz los enchufes dejan de funcionar. El desayuno se sirve a partir de las 8 AM y a las 8:05 todavia no tienen ni la bolleria preparada , un desastre.

Que después de las 6pm no hay recepción, las llaves son digitales en el celular, no muy recomendable para turistas ya que estas fuera usando el googlemaps, tomando fotos, corriendo el riesgo de que te quedes sin carga y te quedes fuera de tu habitación, la habitación estaba muy pequeña a pesar de haber pagado la más grande, no tenía vistas, pero la de recepción nos ofreció desayuno por este inconveniente

I would not recommend this hotel. My stay was quite disappointing for several reasons: (1) There is no 24/7 reception, which caused inconvenience. (2) The hot water was completely unavailable throughout the entire night, so I was unable to take a shower at all — this turned my stay into a nightmare. (3) Prior to arrival, I received around 10–15 emails from the hotel, which felt annoying. (4) The room was very small.
