Other than like the bed other didn’t like the toilets I couldn’t have a proper shower in the toilet because there was nothing covering the floor and the water was all over the toilet and on the floor also the carpet is in the room we’re all cut and the floor wasn’t very comfortable

Very unclean , smelled like cigarettes really bad , the table had used chewing gum on it and the bed had stains and bedsheets smelled like mold, shower had Pubic hair everywhere and the owner is an absolute idiot that reads your messages and ignores them and ignores booking.com calls and emails , Before I booked another hotel I kindly messaged the owner and asked him if we can swap rooms if he had any other that were not being used he read my messages and ignored them, I kept messaging him every 10 minutes to give him a chance till I couldn’t stand the smell of the room anymore and sat in my car till I booked another hotel to stay at, been a couple days since I reported this to booking.com and still waiting save your money spend an extra 40-60£ and get a decent hotel instead of the stress.

Unfortunately, my experience with this room was very disappointing. The room was not clean on arrival and was in a poor overall condition. There was visible dirt, unpleasant smells, and a general lack of basic hygiene, which made it very uncomfortable to stay in. This fell well below an acceptable standard, and I would not recommend this room to others unless cleanliness and maintenance are significantly improved.

We like the location. It was very convenient.

It was dirty, very dirty. One of the toilets looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The showers were thick with grim and another sink had hair shavings in it. The bedding had dirt marks on it, the wardorbe was broken, a shelf was hanging, looking like it was ready to fall and one of the plug sockets were burnt and broken, like a BAD fire hazard! The room liked similar to the pictures advertised, but like it hadn't been cleaned in a while! I have attached 4 pictures as thats the maximum it will allow but I have at least 20.

Couldn't stay at this place, Looked nothing as the pictures shown. The room looks run-down nothing "deluxe" about it, there were we many hairs on the bed, short which look like pubic hairs a damp smell all around the place which is unbearable, the toilets are unwelcoming Hideous place all around, I had to leave immediately. Property did not get back to me after I complained, although having written to me 20 mns prior to reaching the property and knowing that I had nowhere else to go/stay.

Renovated bathrooms. Easy access to room. Parking available outside till checkout.

Mauvaise odeur que ce soit dans la chambre ou à l’entrée, la salle de bain laisse à désirer les gens ne nettoie pas après avoir utilisé la salle de bain il y avait de l’eau partout à chaque fois la moindre des choses est de prendre une serviette et essuyer! Des saletés sur le mur sur les bords du lit, la moquette cassé franchement je déconseille et pourtant je ne suis pas le genre à laisser des commentaires négatifs!

Check-in was okay, though it was odd that I was only told after paying that ID was required. The room itself was filthy — there were hairs in the bed, stains on the sheets and duvet, and some sticky residue on the desk. Since we arrived late, we stayed one night but had to buy our own sheets just to feel comfortable. I contacted the manager asking for a refund for the remaining nights, but they refused, saying I’d have to pay for the whole stay. They offered to send a cleaner, which they did, but the dirty sheets were just left in the corner. Even after cleaning, we still found hairs in the bed. The room was advertised as soundproof, but it wasn’t — we could hear street noise, footsteps, loud music, and people in the room above us. There was also a cold draft coming from outside. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, noisy, and not at all as described. I wouldn’t recommend booking here or trusting the property’s description.

First of all, it was a great price. The bed was comfortable. The location was in a good place, very close to Leyton station and had local restaurants and shops. I like that on the TV it is logged into Amazon prime, Disney+ and YouTube etcetera. It was easy to navigate, staff contact you with clear instructions and have fast and reliable responses if needed.

My fault for not looking or reading too much into it. I didn’t realise there were 5 rooms in which one bathroom is shared between. The cleanliness could have been better. The Tv remote didn’t work for the first hour but luckily we got it working. Check out was at 9:30, which again I can’t necessarily complain providing the great price, but even if extended to 10am would be much more convenient. A few broken items in the room, such as an extension lead that had melted and looked like a health and safety hazard, and a shelf that was seemingly hanging on. All in all, if needed, and on a low budget, I’d keep in mind as an option to stay again but most likely not. You do get what you pay for, so for a great price like this you can’t really expect much.

Probably the walls need some maintenance but nothing that would prevent me to book here again. Should’ve been 2 of us - if it had been 2, the room would’ve been a bit too small.

Everything! The room was run down and dirty! The mini fridge was empty! The bathroom is manky and I had to remove hair from the shower to stop the bathroom flooding, the list goes on.

Couldn’t access late emails that were sent on day of arrival due to poor internet to send ID so stood on doorstep for sometime before entering. No chocolate as stated on Booking.com website. Carpet had large whole in it. Only one pillow each on bed. Headboard broken and when laying down, the mattress at headboard end sloped backward so legs were higher than top of body, making it feel very weird!

Was not aware our 2 rooms would also be sharing a bathroom with another room. Bathroom and toilet facilities filthy. There was rust on the floor front the cleaning caddy, a filthy mop and bucket, stains over the front of the toilet brush, the under silk drawer was filthy, there was a piece of cardboard in the shower with a used bar of soap. In the separate toilet, the window sill and window was filthy, sink was marked with dirt and cobwebs everywhere. The description stated a minibar ??? All we had in the fridge was a half opened carton of greek yoghurt. The write up of the property uses the word 'luxury' on numerous occasions, I am in no way a hotel snob, but there wasn't any part of our stay that was luxurious, it was below basic at best. We phoned to ask for a couple more pillows, as the ones provided were the width of an envelope. We were told they would be delivered by 10pm, they never arrived. Our room (4) smelt of weed. I understand we did not pay a fortune for 2 rooms, however at the very least, I do always expect any accomation we stay to be clean.......this was far from clean. I think all that had happened was clean bedding and a hoover. It is such a shame, as the location was great, but we definitely will not be staying there again.

The property was clean and safe to stay

Location and proximity to Leyton station was great, regular bus services too. Good contact from property and easy access to the property and my room! A bathroom and toilet on all floors to no issues having facilities to use. Tea and coffee in room and TV too! Fast and quick contact from the owner!

As it as mostly painted white there were areas that looked tired and unkempt as white shows all smudges and chips, but this was minor. The open plan staircase Altho it looks great I felt a bit uneasy on it because of no bannister. Wouldn’t be good for kids.

All was Excellent

Quite close to the underground station. A tiny room, but since we only stayed there for the night, it wasn't a big issue. I stayed there with my son, and for one of us to move into the room, the other had to be on the bed, as literally, we couldn't pass each other. We came to London for a concert, so all we needed was a bed and a shower/toilet for the night, and I'd say the price we paid was reasonable for this.

It would be nice if the place were cleaner. Since it was a room for two, I wish two people had slightly more space to move.

Rembourser moi et je l’effacerai J’ai réservé un logement via Booking.com, notamment parce qu’il était indiqué qu’un parking gratuit et privé était disponible sur place (uniquement sur réservation). J’ai fait cette demande le dimanche dernier à 17h29. On m’a simplement répondu “à côté”, ce qui m’a contraint à me garer dans la rue, contrairement à ce qui était promis dans l’annonce. Ce premier point constitue une non-conformité. Mais au-delà de ce désagrément, j’ai constaté à mon arrivée que le logement était dans un état inacceptable, aussi bien en termes d’hygiène, de vétusté, que de confort. J’ai pris 25 photos détaillées pour illustrer l’ensemble des problèmes rencontrés. Voici la liste précise : 1. Mur de droite abîmé et sale 2. Haut de la porte fissuré, poussière noire 3. Toile d’araignée au plafond → preuve d’un ménage non fait 4. Intérieur de l’armoire très sale, présence de poils et poussière 5. Sur-matelas taché (sang + poils) 6. Matelas taché, cheveux, poils, totalement hors d’usage 7. Lit cassé, tête de lit instable, penche vers l’arrière 8. Mur derrière la porte sale et abîmé 9. Moquette trouée 10. Sommier cassé (lattes endommagées) 11. Barre de fer du sommier tordue/cassée 12. Lustre rempli de poussière 13. Tête de lit cogne contre un mur abîmé 14. Salle de bain : plainte imbibée d’eau et pourrie 15. Mur avec champignons visibles 16. Sous le lavabo : carrelage sale, plainte pourrie 17. Intérieur du meuble sous lavabo sale et mal entretenu 18. The place was so clean and beautiful. The location was great. Very close to the underground station with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The room was so comfy and the house itself was beautiful. Highly recommend staying here and looking forward to coming back!

The location of the property was good

I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this property. The room itself was not the cleanest upon arrival, which was already frustrating. What made matters far worse was that we were not informed prior to confirming our booking that extensive work was being carried out on the property. This was not a minor inconvenience — the works continued throughout the entire duration of our stay, completely disrupting what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I reached out to request a partial refund given the circumstances, but since then I have been ignored and avoided by the property, which is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Transparency and basic courtesy were completely lacking. Overall, this was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. The lack of communication, disregard for guests, and refusal to take responsibility speak volumes. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property, as it is simply not a great place to stay.

The bed was really comfortable but no protecter and dirty under the sheet really quite rd nice people great location. Staff helped on but rude when wanting a refund cleaning really bad had to clean myself. Smoke alarm nit connected in our room telly kept disconnecting quite sign after 9.30pm very loud the second night. Dirty mop bucket stunk in the shower room.

The property was well situated to the music festival I was attending

My first impressions were quite good. The entrance lobby looked nice but the toilets and shower rooms weren't so good. The bedroom was small and reasonably neat but the bed was uncomfortable and furnishing really cheap and nasty. There wasn't even a spoon to stir a cup of tea. Generally poor but fairly cheap I suppose. It doesn't excuse the bathrooms though

The property was filthy when we got there. The bedding and the facilities were not clean and so we were unable to stay at this accommodation. When I spoke to the manager on the phone he was extremely rude and accused me of lying. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else that is clean with nicer, more accommodating staff

Het is oud en vies. Schimmel voetafdrukken op de muren. Vuilniscontainer voor je kamer als uitzicht. De foto’s zijn gemaakt na dat ze dit hebben opgezet. Hierna is het niet onderhouden en is het stoffig. Niet eens geslapen gelijk contact opgenomen en ergens anders geboekt. In de ochtend zou de hostes contact opnemen nooit gebeurd. Een klacht ingediend bij booking en hoop dat ik me geld terug krijg en dat deze accomodatie van booking verwijderd wordt.
