Stunning lovely flat. My partner and I stayed here whilst on holiday. Lovely location within walking distance from shopping malls, Restaurant’s and the jetty to go island hopping. Has pool facilities with a infinity pool.The flat was clean and comfortable, had everything you might need from washing facilities to cooking facilities. We arrived late in the evening and Em was communicating throughout with a plan to get us into the property late at night. I would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you Em for being a fanatic host☺️

De locatie en het uitzicht van de kamer was geweldig. De kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien. Kookplaat, wasmachine, heerlijk bed, fantastische kussens. Het zwembad was ook echt geweldig.

Er kwam een bijzondere geur uit de badkamer.

Very modern, clean, had a washing machine, swimming pool and Netflix , the host Emily was very welcoming and helpful, she helped us with booking a tour. The apartment is super central near everything you would need for an enjoyable stay in Kota Kinabalu.

Drains smell sometimes but I think that is just Malaysia and host has lots of sprays etc

Emily is a lovely lady, she made sure we had everything we needed and recommended places for us to visit. The apartment is beautifully furnished with everything that we needed for our week long stay. There is a a hot and cold water dispenser with drinkable water in the kitchen area which was a bonus as it saved us from having to buy bottled water and it was instantly hot or very cold. The balcony was perfect to sit and read and watch the sunset over the sea. Perfect location for hypermarket, shopping malls and night markets. Plenty of street food and restaurants close by.

The only thing that we found frustrating, which has nothing to do with the apartment, was there are only three lifts and it is a common occurrence to wait 10 minutes or more to squeeze into an already full one.

Hallo, wir sind ein Verheiratetes Schwules paar aus Köln. Zum.ersten mal in Malaysia und haben uns super auf die Reise und natürlich das ende unserer Reise in Kuala Lumpur gefreut . Nach der Ankunft aus Kota Kinabalu sind wir zuerst am Empfang sehr freundlich begrüßt worden, als um unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit einem vorab gebuchten Doppelbett ging , bekamen wir von der Rezeption den hinweis das sie uns in ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett stecken wollten was wir freundlich zurückgewiesen haben mit dem hinweis das wir gerne gerne das gebuchte Doppelbett hätten......fas war wohl schon etwas merkwürdig für die Mitarbeiterin des Hotels was sie dur eine kurze Äußerung wie ..wirklich ein doppelbett ....zum Ausdruck brachte. Wir fanden das schon ein wenig komisch. Wir haben dann unser gebuchtes Zimmer im 15. Stock bekommen was wirklich schön ist. Anschließend sind wir an die Pool Bar gegangen und wollten mit einem Cuba Libre starten, auch hier eine kleine überraschung.....laut Preisliste kostet ein longdrink etwa 45RM was völlig ok wäre, da der drink aber eher aussah wir ein halbvolles Glas Cola und wir das anmerkten kam der Kellner mit zwei kleinen Shots mit Rum und dem rest Cola , anschließend kam die Rechnung ....120RM und keine 90 RM. Abends nach einem.besuch in China Town sind wir nochmals in die Poolbar um zwei Bier zu Trinken, Nachdem wir diese getrunken haben haben wir mal nach dem Preis gefragt und das hat sich gewaschen ....fa wir das zwwite Bier schon betsellt hatten gab es kein zurück mehr ......sage und schreibe 41 RM für ein kleines Bier .....das heißt wir haben am ende ca 165RM für 4 Boer bezahlt was faßt der Zimmermiete für win Nacht nahe kommt. Das steht wirki h in keinem verhältnis und wir finden als als abzocke und haben diw auch den Angestellten vor Ort so gesagt. Für die verhältnisse völlig überzogen und absolut überzogen. Wir würden leider nicht mehr wiederkommen da wir zwar nicht in Europa sind aber nicht in einem 5 Sterne Haus .

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and beach. Attractive, clean studio apartment. Responsive host. Big pool.

Bad smell in the bathroom, which is a building problem rather than just the apartment. Sometimes there was a very long wait for a lift. The infinity pool in the photos does not belong to the building, although the large pool does.

Perfect location on the waterfront, close to the local and artisan market, shopping Malls and Street food. Very comfortable and tastefully furnished. An asset to have a washing machine after time travelling.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Kota Kinabalu. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin war sehr gut. Wir wurden in der Lobby super lieb und herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns wurde alles Wissenswertes im Apartment erklärt. Man hat alles im Apartment, was man benötigt und die Lage ist 10/10

Great location. The bed was very comfortable, and it was lovely to have a balcony, and with a superb view. EM was very hospitable and friendly.

The apartment was a little smaller than expected. There was an incident with the washing machine flooding, but the host was quick to respond. The smell from the bathroom and the wait for the lifts has been mentioned before.

Advertised as having a dishwasher but does not. We had no water 4 mornings out of 5 and 2 evenings. Building could not cope with number of guests. Waited 15 mins for lifts before giving up and walking down 9 flights of stairs.

The accommodation is new and clean, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. We had a great rest after climbing Mount Kinabalu. Emily is very friendly and helpful, responding messages quickly and doing her best to answer all our needs and questions. I recommend this accommodation.

Die Vermieterin war außerordentlich gastfreundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Check in war einfach und effizient. Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon und eine schöne Aussicht. Die Wohnung verfügt über alles was man braucht..

Der Geruch aus der Toilette war nicht gut. Das liegt aber mehr am Gebäude als an der Sauberkeit.

Appartamento consigliatissimo. Vista bellissima, pulito e in centro. La proprietaria è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile.

The apartment, with a sunset view was located on the ninth floor and had 1.5 rooms, with a modern and clean interior. Included was a kitchen with a huge fridge and a washing machine and the big bathroom 2 A/Cs were available The host was super friendly and helpful Location 15/20 min by foot to the jetty, 5 min to nightmarket and sunset spot, 1 min to supermarket

The elevator takes time, the infinity pool is for the hotel guests only

Only the downside is the toilet, the smell. But other than that all good.

The property was spotless, well situated, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The host was friendly and met me at the property even though I arrived late. Everything about the stay was positive.

Nothing to improve upon.

Following last year, I went on vacation in Kota Kinabalu this year and made a reservation at the shore, my favorite accommodation. I completed the reservation because I wanted to experience the new host's room. She welcomed me with a bright smile, and introduced by showing the room. This makes me think about what kind of host is good. After a wonderful experience for about 13 days, the biggest attraction of the room is that the attractive swimming pool view of the shore is spread right in front of it. Other facilities are also considered perfect. I recommend her and her wonderful room to other travelers, who also made her see-off perfect on the last day.

I think the only regret was that the ventilation system in the bathroom was weak. I didn't bother you much, but I think it's different for each person to accept it.

the location is close to Gaya street (5mins walk) and Pasar Kraftangan (3 mins walk), even the Waterfront is within walking distance (7mins) The unit is clean and homey

the building has four lifts, but for the five nights we stayed, only two were working at all times, which means you need to allocate enough time for waiting. Luckily the unit is on the 9th floor, so you could walk down the stairs. each floor has about 20 units for 20 floors

Nice and cozy apartment near Waterfront, perfect location and really well decorated. You can do your laundry in the apartment which is great. Emily was an amazing host and kept my luggage at the checkout as my flight was late. Thanks to her! I recommend this place without hesitation

Great location, great apartment and great host

We stayed here for a month. Love the door lock code so no need for a key. Easy check-in and out. Host is excellent. The unit is small but very thoughtfully put together. Loved the washer/dryer, desk, microwave, smart TV. There are a lot of very thoughtful touches. Modern. It would suit a short stay. Location is ok - 10 minute walk to Suria Mall, 20 to IMAGO (or Grab).

Couch is only for one person (unavoidable due to the size of the unit) but you can watch TV from the bed. I needed to work so the internet was a little slow for that (10-15 up and 10 down), but for Netflix it was perfectly fine. We couldn't use the balcony due to the smell from the trawlers opposite, the midgies or the loud children in the pool all day and until 10pm every night (school holidays?). We preferred the convenience of the area around the IMAGO mall for a long stay.

First rate. Beautiful clean apartment in the best location. This place is amazing. Highly recommended.

Having travelled Asia for many years I've not come across an accommodation as good as this. Exceptional. Cannot fault a single thing. I really highly recommend. Difficult to express how pleased I am with this place.
