Todo lo demás, la limpieza del lugar fue un absoluto desastre, al llegar nos encontramos el baño lleno de pelos de otros huéspedes, las sillas del comedor llenas de mugre, la lavadora estaba llena de toallas de a saber cuántos días porque olían fatal. En la ducha, la alcachofa no iba nada bien. El baño estaba súper descuidado, con cables pelados colgando. Cepillos de dientes usados. Las toallas del baño, llenas de mierda, oliendo fatal. La basura del piso del huésped anterior sin tirar. La terraza tenía un panal de abejas. Por último, y alguna cosa me dejaré, el piso tenía bastantes hormigas. En definitiva, nada recomendado, por 6€ la noche tienes en Hanoi sitios con la misma limpieza que este.

It’s not far from the lake and only a short walk to the main areas, cafés, and restaurants, but the surroundings feel much less hectic compared to the busiest tourist spots. I found that really refreshing after long days of walking around the city. One thing I especially enjoyed was exercising every day at the nearby square. It became part of my daily routine during the trip and gave me a chance to experience the local lifestyle a bit more closely. The area felt lively in a natural way without being overwhelming. Everything was easy to access on foot, which made exploring simple and enjoyable. Overall, the location created a very comfortable balance between convenience, local atmosphere, and relaxation.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Căn hộ thuận tiện đi lại, phù hợp với lịch trình mà mình đến. Nhà có em bé nên có liên hệ để nhờ checkin sớm thì chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhiệt tình khi khách trước trả phòng sớm. Checkin, chẹckout thuận lợi dễ dàng.
Căn 2 phòng ngủ nhưng chỉ có 1 nhà vệ sinh nên hơi bất tiện. 1 phòng ngủ không có rèm thông với phòng khách phía dưới nên bị sáng. 1 phòng có đủ rèm nhưng rèm không đủ che hết ánh sáng. Mặc dù ở tầng 15 nhưng thấy khá ồn vì tiếng xe di chuyển ở dưới. Lúc mình đến thì thấy trong máy giặt có đầy đồ nên cảm giác chưa được chỉn chu.
